Claims (13)
- 一体型多機能センサシステムであって、
変形可能な材質のチューブを受承するスロットを含むヘッドと、
前記スロット内のチューブに対面するように前記ヘッドに配置され、チューブ内の液体に関する状態を検出する複数のセンサ素子と、
前記複数のセンサ素子と接続され、前記各センサ素子によって検出された状態の測定値を供給する電気回路と
を備える、一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 全ての前記センサ素子は、
前記スロット内のチューブの外側に位置している際に各検出機能を実行する、請求項1記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 前記複数のセンサ素子は、
前記スロットの側壁に互いに対向するように配置され、スロット内のチューブの外壁に接触する一対の圧電素子と、
前記スロットの一側壁に配置され、スロット内のチューブの外壁に接触する力覚センサと
を含み、
前記電気回路は、
マイクロプロセッサと、
前記マイクロプロセッサにより制御され、前記一対の圧電センサ素子の一方に超音波エネルギーを供給し、チューブを介して伝達された超音波エネルギーを受け取り、受け取ったエネルギーからスロット内のチューブを流れる液体における気泡及び粒子の少なくとも1つの存在を判定する気泡及び粒子検出回路と、
前記マイクロプロセッサにより制御され、前記スロット内のチューブの変形による変化から、液体流の閉塞を示す、チューブを流れる液体の圧力の変化を判定する力覚検出回路と
を含む、請求項2記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 前記力覚検出回路は、
前記スロット内のチューブの存在又は不存在を判定する、請求項3記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 前記複数のセンサ素子は、
前記スロット内のチューブに赤外線エネルギーのビームを照射する赤外線温度検出素子と、
スロットの一壁面に配置され、スロット内のチューブの内側に光を伝達する発光素子と、
前記スロットの対向する壁面に配置され、チューブを介して光を受信する受光素子と
を含み、
前記電気回路は、
前記赤外線温度検出素子により検出された赤外線エネルギーに応答して、前記スロット内のチューブを流れる液体の温度を判定する温度検出回路と、
前記受光素子により受信した光に応答して、前記スロット内のチューブを流れる液体の色を判定する液体型検出回路と
を含む、請求項3記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 前記液体型検出回路は、
チューブが存在しないことと、チューブを流れる液体の存在との少なくとも1つを判定するように動作する、請求項5記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 前記電気回路は、
タイミング信号により制御され、気泡及び粒子の少なくとも1つを検出する回路と、力覚検出回路とを別々に動作させるマルチプレクサを含む、請求項3記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 前記電気回路は、
タイミング信号により制御され、気泡及び粒子の少なくとも1つを検出する回路と、力覚検出回路と、温度検出回路と、液体型検出回路とを別々に動作させるマルチプレクサを含む、請求項5記載の一体型多機能センサシステム。 - 多機能センサシステムのセンサヘッドであって、
変形可能な材質のチューブを受承するスロットを含むヘッドと、
前記スロット内のチューブに対面するように前記ヘッドに配置され、チューブ内の液体に関する状態を検出するように作用する複数のセンサ素子と
を含む、センサヘッド。 - 前記ヘッドは、
透過性の樹脂材質からなる、請求項9記載のセンサヘッド。 - 前記複数のセンサは、
前記スロットの側壁に互いに対向するように配置され、スロット内のチューブの外壁に接触する一対の圧電素子と、
前記スロットの一側壁に配置され、スロット内のチューブの外壁に接触する力覚センサと
を含む、請求項9記載のセンサヘッド。 - 前記複数のセンサは、
前記スロット内のチューブに赤外線エネルギーのビームを照射する赤外線温度検出素子と、
スロットの一側壁に配置され、スロット内のチューブの内側に光を伝達する発光素子と、
前記スロットの対向する壁面に配置され、チューブを介して光を受信する受光素子と
を含む、請求項9記載のセンサヘッド。 - 前記複数のセンサは、
前記スロット内のチューブに赤外線エネルギーのビームを照射する赤外線温度検出素子と、
スロットの一側壁に配置され、スロット内のチューブの内側に光を伝達する発光素子と、
前記スロットの対向する壁面に配置され、チューブを介して光を受信する受光素子と
を含む、請求項12記載のセンサヘッド。
