Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 耐用年限の間当該共振駆動装置の作動を適応させるシステムを有する共振駆動装置であって:
ステータコイルを有するモータアセンブリを有する共振駆動システムを有する装置;
前記装置がオフされた後に該装置の作動部によって前記ステータコイル又は該ステータコイルとは別の感知コイルで生ずる逆起電力を測定する回路;
前記逆起電力から前記装置の固有共振周波数を決定するシステム;
決定された前記固有共振周波数を前記装置の固有共振周波数を示す既知の装置周波数と比較する比較器;及び
前記決定された固有共振周波数と前記装置の前記既知の固有周波数との間の差が所定量より大きい場合に前記装置の駆動周波数を変更する調整回路;
を有する共振駆動装置。 - 前記固有共振周波数は、基準信号に対する起電力信号の連続交差の間の時間を測定し、該連続交差の間の期間を決定し、該期間から前記固有共振周波数を決定することによって決定される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 基準交差は少なくとも10の交差を有する、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記既知の装置周波数は、複数の過去に決定された周波数の移動平均を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の過去の周波数は少なくとも20である、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記差は少なくとも1ヘルツである、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記装置の固有共振周波数を決定するために使用される前記逆起電力は、前記ステータコイルから得られる、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記逆起電力は、前記ステータコイルとは別の感知コイルで生ずる、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 当該装置の耐用年限の間共振駆動システムを有する装置の動作を適応させる方法であって:
前記装置がオフされた後にデバイス内のコイルに生ずる逆起電力を測定する工程;
その時点での前記装置の固有共振周波数である前記逆起電力の周波数を決定する工程;
決定された前記周波数を、予め決定される基準周波数と比較する工程;及び
前記決定された周波数と前記基準周波数との間の差が所定量より大きい場合に前記装置の駆動周波数を変更する工程;
を有する方法。 - 前記固有共振周波数は、基準値に対する起電力信号の連続交差の間の時間期間を取得し、該時間期間から前記固有共振周波数を計算することによって決定される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記起電力信号による少なくとも10の基準値交差があり、
前記決定された周波数は、基準ライン交差からの周波数決定の平均であり、
前記基準周波数は、複数の近い過去の周波数決定の移動平均である、請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記周波数差は少なくとも1ヘルツである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 耐用年限の間当該共振駆動装置の作動を適応させるシステムを有する共振駆動装置であって:
ステータコイルを有するモータアセンブリを有する共振駆動システムを有する装置;
前記装置がオフされた後に該装置の作動部によって前記ステータコイル又は該ステータコイルとは別の感知コイルで生ずる逆起電力を測定する手段;
前記逆起電力から前記装置の固有共振周波数を決定する手段;
決定された前記固有共振周波数を前記装置の固有共振周波数を示す既知の装置周波数と比較する比較器;及び
前記決定された固有共振周波数と前記装置の前記既知の固有周波数との間の差が所定量より大きい場合に前記装置の駆動周波数を変更する手段;
を有する共振駆動装置。 - 前記固有共振周波数は、基準信号に対する起電力信号の連続交差の間の時間を測定し、該連続交差の間の期間を決定し、該期間から前記固有共振周波数を決定することによって決定される、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記既知の装置周波数は、複数の過去に決定された周波数の移動平均を有する、請求項13記載のシステム。
