Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a laminated timber of cedar, and more specifically, efficient and effective drying and deformation correction, a standard set, a finger joint, lamination, no warping, no bending, and cracking. The present invention relates to a method for producing a superior cedar medium grain laminated wood.

Although cedar wood has played an important role as the core of tree planting in various places after the war, cedar wood products are easy to use, but they are difficult to use in terms of surface softness and overall strength. When used for building boards, etc., there was a defect that caused warpage with the progress of use, and also caused folds and madness.

Therefore, paying attention to the drying of cedar wood, it has been attempted to dry the cedar wood and make a laminated wood that does not bend, bend, or go mad as a laminated wood, and use it for various purposes. (See Patent Documents 1 and 2)
For example, in Patent Document 1, when drying thinned wood such as cedar in the warehouse, the temperature inside the warehouse is detected by a sensor, and when the inside temperature rises from the set temperature to an allowable upper limit temperature, the introduction of steam is stopped and When part of the heated air is exhausted to the outside and the allowable lower limit temperature is lowered, steam is introduced to humidify, and the temperature and humidity inside the chamber are adjusted and maintained. On the other hand, in Patent Document 2, a required number of cedars having a required length of a trapezoidal cross section are joined together to form a required length plate, which is laminated in a plurality of stages to obtain a trapezoidal laminated material. It is disclosed.

However, all of these disclosed methods are somewhat complicated to obtain cedar timber laminated timber, so recently, cedar timber is gradually shunned due to the trend of profit society with the increase in imports of foreign timber. I have won. However, cedar wood is the leading role in post-war afforestation, and even if it is popular as an external material in Japan, there is no substitute for domestic cedar wood. Improvement of the processing method of the eye material is desired.

In view of the actual situation as described above, the present invention is particularly important in order to cope with this, and it is an important issue to find out how to effectively use it in terms of domestic forestry and domestic timber promotion because cedar wood is currently in low demand. The purpose of this project is to contribute to the expansion of demand for cedar wood products and to revitalize the cedar forest industry by finding an improved manufacturing method for cedar medium grain timber.

That is, the manufacturing method of this invention cedar medium grain laminated lumber which suits the said objective consists of the following (a)-(g) each process.
(A) A process of cutting a cedar wood with a required length into a long plate having a thickness of about 5 cm.
(B) A step of cutting the long plate having the required thickness into short pieces having a required length to obtain a plate having a required width of 10 cm or less, and selecting nodule, wrinkles, and the like.
(C) A step of laminating a plurality of width plates that have undergone step b, further juxtaposing them and drying in a sun for a required period, and then dehumidifying and drying for a required period. The drying period is preferably about 1 week.
(D) A step of separating the dried width plate, addressing one sheet, correcting deformation of the plate material, removing spots, determining a width of about 90 cm, and finishing the rectangle as the short cut length.
(E) Next, a step of bonding a required number of cedars finished in the above-mentioned rectangle in the width direction and setting them in a standard size.
(F) A step of adhering a set width plate material in a length direction with a finger joint to obtain a cedar plate material having a required length.
(G) A step of laminating cedar board materials having the required width and length obtained in the above step f in a required step to form a laminated intermediate material laminated material.

Thus, as described above, for example, a laminated middle-layer laminated material having a maximum dimension of 4000 mm × 300 mm × 800 mm is obtained and used for each application.

The present invention is a method for producing a cedar medium grain laminated timber through the above-mentioned steps, and is a process for assembling cedar medium grain having a required width and length in which indefinite and unglazed materials are selected and deformed. As a result, the resulting laminated lumber reinforces the fragility, which is one of the weaknesses of cedar wood, and the strength of the timber has been made uniform, making it impossible to obtain the same strength conventionally. It is expected that the strength of the timber can be made uniform, the demand for cedar products can be expanded, and the cedar forestry industry can be activated.

It is explanatory drawing of the first half part of the process which concerns on this invention. It is the latter half part explanatory drawing of the process which concerns on this invention.

Hereinafter, each process of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 and 2 show the specific steps of the manufacturing method of the present invention separately. FIG. 1 shows the first half and FIG. 2 shows the second half. First, as shown in FIG. It starts by carrying in the raw wood and cutting it into plates. It is known that the medium grain material generally refers to wood having an end diameter of a log (cut on the treetop side of the log) of 20 to 28 cm. In the present invention, the end diameter is usually less than 25 cm and a length of 2 m or 3 m. , 4m medium mesh material is used. Then, the medium stitch material 1 is split into a long plate 2 having a required thickness, usually about 5 cm, and then cut into a short length of about 650 mm. Of course, the short cut length is not constant and is selected as needed.

With respect to the short medium material cut in this way, the selection of the innocuous portion and the selection of the flaws are performed. Then, it is processed into a no-joint material at the selected no-joint portion, and a no-width plate material 3 having a required width, for example, 10 cm or less is obtained. The selected secondary material with knots can also be used as a no-slipping material by applying a surface decorative process.

The jointless width plate material 3 that has been subjected to the above-described splitting and sorting is then laminated in a plurality of stages, placed in parallel on the underframe 4 and subjected to sun drying. In addition, when stacking, the cedar timbers with similar annual rings, colors, and materials are basically combined in several layers, with 4 rows in the figure, 4 rows in the figure. Place them side by side and subject them to sun drying for about a week to achieve an equilibrium water content of 20% or less.

Next, the above-mentioned laminate subjected to sun drying is accommodated in a drying cabinet 5 having an appropriate space, and dehumidified and dried for about one week. Dehumidification drying is performed by spraying steam into the chamber and artificially drying the laminate housed in the chamber as a steam heating space, so that the equilibrium moisture content is about 8%, and then, if necessary, the equilibrium moisture content is about 13% by curing. To be. In addition, when steam heating is performed by introducing the steam, a sensor that detects the temperature and humidity in the cabinet is installed at the same time. It is preferable that steam is introduced to humidify the inside of the cabinet when it has been partially discharged, and this is repeated to keep the temperature and humidity in the cabinet adjusted to a predetermined temperature and humidity. Dehumidify so that the equilibrium moisture content is maintained at about 8%.

The medium eye material 6 dried by the sun drying and dehumidifying drying in this way is corrected to the deformation of the material in the next blotting process, finished in a rectangular shape having a width of 90 cm and a short length of 650 mm. After that, as shown in FIG. 2, they are juxtaposed in the width direction, bonded as an juxtaposed body 7 with an adhesive or the like, and pressed and integrated. The number of rectangular medium materials arranged side by side is not necessarily limited to the three illustrated. The above-mentioned juxtaposed material 7 arranged side by side is further bonded to the length required by zigzag fitting called a finger joint 8 in a longitudinal direction so as to have a predetermined length.

Through the above steps, a material 9 having a required length that is a basis for using the cedar timber is used, and the material 9 is laminated according to the purpose of use. Create as 10. This medium grain laminated wood 10 reinforces the weakness that is a weak point of cedar wood, obtains a uniform strength of the material and finishes it into a pillar angle, and is completely dry (equilibrium moisture content 8%), core cracking It is possible to obtain a product having a uniform column strength without any fear of cracking and the like and without warping.

Thus, it is possible to promote domestic forestry and domestic timber by making effective use of cedar wood, which is currently in low demand.
