Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁ガスが充填される密封容器10内に少なくとも一つの通電導体を配置し、密封容器10の一部に開口部11を設けて閉鎖板12にて閉鎖しており、密封容器10内の通電導体13を取り囲んで閉ループを形成する光ファイバ14を配置している。光ファイバ14は、閉鎖板12から密封容器10外に気密に引き出すと共に、引き出し端側に少なくとも光源部と光信号処理部とを設けている。密封容器10内の通電導体13には、所定距離を隔てて周回させて配置する気密性中空管30を設け、この端部は閉鎖板12に封止結合手段31により気密に固着し、この内部に光ファイバ14を挿通可能に構成している。

Claims (7)
- 絶縁ガスが充填される密封容器内に少なくとも一つの通電導体を配置し、前記密封容器の一部に開口部を設けて閉鎖板にて閉鎖し、前記密封容器内の通電導体を取り囲んで閉ループを形成する光ファイバを配置し、前記光ファイバは前記開口部を閉鎖する閉鎖板から前記密封容器外に気密に引き出すと共に、引き出し端側に少なくとも光源部と光信号処理部とを設けたガス絶縁機器用光変流器において、前記密封容器内の通電導体には所定距離を隔てて周回させて配置する気密性中空管を設け、前記気密性中空管の端部は前記閉鎖板に封止結合手段により気密に固着し、前記気密性中空管の内部に前記光ファイバを挿通可能に構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
- 請求項1において、前記気密性中空管はその内径が前記光ファイバの外径の2倍以上に形成され、前記気密性中空管内に少なくとも2本の前記光ファイバを挿通して構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれかにおいて、前記気密性中空管には金属中空管を用い、前記金属中空管の両端は、挿通孔を有する取付板と、前記取付板と金属中空管とを気密に固着する固着部材からなる封止結合手段にて取付けて構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれかにおいて、前記気密性中空管には絶縁中空管を用い、前記絶縁中空管の両端は、挿通孔を有する取付板と、前記取付板に気密に固着する継手部と、前記継手部に前記絶縁中空管端を着脱自在に気密に固定する結合部材からなる封止結合手段にて取付けて構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
- 請求項1又は3のいずれかにおいて、各相の前記気密性中空管はそれぞれ個別に樹脂成型体内に埋め込んで構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
- 絶縁ガスが充填される密封容器内に三相分の通電導体を配置し、前記密封容器の一部に開口部を設けて閉鎖板にて閉鎖し、前記密封容器内の通電導体を取り囲んで閉ループを形成する光ファイバを配置し、前記光ファイバは前記開口部を閉鎖する閉鎖板から前記密封容器外に気密に引き出すと共に、引き出し端側に少なくとも光源部と光信号処理部とを設けたガス絶縁機器用光変流器において、前記開口部は密封容器の外周面の一箇所のみに形成し、前記密封容器内の各通電導体には所定距離を隔てて周回させて配置する気密性中空管を設けると共に、前記各気密性中空管の端部は前記開口部側に引き回して前記閉鎖板に封止結合手段により気密に固着し、前記気密性中空管の内部に前記光ファイバを挿通可能に構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
- 請求項6において、各相の前記気密性中空管は樹脂成型体内に一括して埋め込んで構成したことを特徴とするガス絶縁機器用光変流器。
