Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極、有機膜及び第2電極を備え、有機膜が2,6−ジシアノメチリデン−1,3,4,5,7,8−ヘキサフルオロナフタレン及びフェニルアミン系化合物を含む有機発光素子。

Description
前記有機膜のうち、前記化学式1の化合物は、均一に(homogeneously)または不均一に(non−homogeneously)分布されうるなど多様な変形が可能である。
または、前記電子輸送層は、電子輸送性有機化合物及び金属含有物質を含むことができる。前記電子輸送性有機化合物の非制限的な例としては、AND(9,10−ジ−(ナフタレン−2−イル)アントラセン)及び下記化合物101及び102のようなアントラセン系化合物などを挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。
前記燐光ドープ剤は、Ir、Pt、Os、Re、Ti、Zr、Hf、またはこれらのうち、2つ以上の組合せを含んだ有機金属錯体であり得るが、これらに限定されるものではない。
アノードはコーニング社の10Ω/cm2 ITO基板を使用し、前記基板の上部に化学式1の化合物98重量部とNPB2重量部とを真空共蒸着して、正孔輸送層を600Å厚さに形成した。
正孔輸送層の形成時、化学式1の化合物とNPBの代わりにNPBのみを利用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によって実施して有機発光素子を製造した。
前記実施例1及び比較例1による有機発光素子において、電流密度による電圧特性を調べて図1及び図2に示した。
Claims (9)
- 前記化学式1の化合物の含有量は、
化学式1の化合物とフェニルアミン系化合物との総重量100重量部を基準として1ないし10重量部である請求項1に記載の有機発光素子。 - 前記有機膜は、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、または正孔注入及び正孔輸送能を持つ中間層である請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 正孔注入層、発光層、電子輸送層及び電子注入層からなる群から選択された一つ以上をさらに含む請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 燐光ドーパントを含む発光層をさらに含む請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記燐光ドープ剤が、Ir、Pt、Os、Re、Ti、Zr、Hf、またはこれらのうち、2つ以上の組合せを含む有機金属錯体である請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記電子輸送層が電子輸送性有機物質及び金属含有物質を含む請求項5から7の何れか一項に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記金属含有物質がLi錯体を含む請求項8に記載の有機発光素子。
