Abstract
【解決手段】攪拌装置は、糖水溶液を醗酵菌により醗酵させて処理物を得る醗酵槽10と、ポンプ20により醗酵槽10下部から処理物を抜出し、再び処理物を醗酵槽10に戻す循環配管30と、処理物を醗酵槽10内に吐出すると共に、醗酵槽10内に挿入された循環配管30に設置されたノズル40とを備え、ノズル40は、醗酵槽10の周方向よりも醗酵槽10の内周面側に、かつ水平方向よりも上方に、醗酵槽10下部で処理物を吐出する。

Claims (5)
- 糖水溶液を醗酵菌により醗酵させて処理物を得る縦型円筒状の醗酵槽と、
ポンプの作動により該醗酵槽の下部から該処理物を抜き出し、再び該処理物を該醗酵槽に戻す循環配管と、
該処理物を該醗酵槽内に吐出すると共に、該醗酵槽内に挿入された該循環配管の端部に設置されたノズルとを備え、
該ノズルは、該醗酵槽の周方向よりも該醗酵槽の内周面側に、かつ水平方向よりも上方に、該醗酵槽の下部で該処理物を吐出することを特徴とする攪拌装置。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌装置において、
前記醗酵槽には、前記処理物のpHを至適pHに調整するpH調整液を供給するpH調整液配管が該醗酵槽内に挿入され、
該pH調整液は、該醗酵槽内に挿入されたpH調整液配管の端部に設けられた供給口から該醗酵槽に供給され、
該供給口は、該処理物を吐出する前記ノズルの吐出口近傍に配置されることを特徴とする攪拌装置。 - 請求項2記載の攪拌装置において、
前記供給口と前記ノズルの吐出口とは並設され、
前記pH調整液は、該ノズルの吐出口から吐出する前記処理物と同じ方向に該供給口から供給されることを特徴とする攪拌装置。 - 請求項1記載の攪拌装置において、
前記循環配管には、前記処理物のpHを至適pHに調整するpH調整液を供給するpH調整液配管が接続されることを特徴とする攪拌装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の攪拌装置において、
前記ポンプの吐出側の循環配管には、前記処理物の温度調整を行う温度調整装置が設置されることを特徴する攪拌装置。
