【解決手段】複数の出力制御用トランジスタ5a,5bを直列に接続したシリーズレギュレータ5であって、複数の出力制御用トランジスタ5a,5bの耐圧を分散させるための分圧を設定する複数の分圧素子5e,5gと、複数の出力制御用トランジスタ5a,5bにそれぞれ設けられ、出力制御用トランジスタ5a,5bのゲート電圧を制御する分圧制御用トランジスタ5j,5kを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 複数の出力制御用トランジスタを直列に接続したシリーズレギュレータであって、
前記複数の出力制御用トランジスタの耐圧を分散させるための分圧を設定する複数の分圧素子と、
前記複数の出力制御用トランジスタにそれぞれ設けられ、前記出力制御用トランジスタのゲート電圧を制御する分圧制御用トランジスタ
を備えることを特徴とするシリーズレギュレータ。 - 前記分圧素子は、ツェナダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリーズレギュレータ。
