長尺な平板形状の部材で、その片面において長手方向に沿って設けられた1以上の溝部を有する平板部材と、
弾性を有し長尺な一対の部材で、その長辺の一端が前記平板部材の両側に沿ってそれぞれ接続され、前記平板部材の前記溝部が設けられた面側に屈曲する屈曲部を有すヒレ部材と、を備えることを特徴とする外壁目地の2次防水部材。
