Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof structure of a connection portion between a frame frame and a horizontal frame in a metal fitting.

Patent Document 1 describes a frame assembly structure in a metal fitting such as steel or stainless steel. In such a structure, the horizontal frame is temporarily fixed to the frame using the horizontal frame positioning means fixed to the expected surface of the frame, and the frame and the horizontal frame are fixed with screws. Because the joint between the fence frame and the horizontal frame is a so-called metal touch, if the waterproofing of the joint between the fence frame and the horizontal frame is insufficient for metal fittings facing the outside, rainwater will enter the frame. This can cause corrosion of the frame and leakage of water into the room.

Patent Document 2 describes a connecting structure of a horizontal member in which an end surface of the other member is brought into contact with an attachment surface of a prospective wall of either the horizontal member or the horizontal member with a sheet-like waterproof material interposed therebetween. Has been.

The positioning assembly only needs to be able to position and temporarily fix the horizontal frame with respect to the collar frame, and the inner surface of the horizontal frame does not need to be in contact with all the outer edges of the positioning assembly (for example, Patent Document 1). Then, positioning ribs are formed only on both sides of the surface portion.)

The upper frame 2, the lower frame 3, and the intermediate horizontal frame 6 whose both ends are temporarily fixed to the collar frames 4 and 5 are fixed using screws or the like. Regarding the connecting means using the screws of the horizontal frame and the collar frame, several methods are conventionally known and can be appropriately designed by those skilled in the art. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a means for connecting a joining member to the flange frame side with a screw and connecting the horizontal frame to the joining member with a screw.

The configuration of the positioning assembly will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6 as an example of the positioning assembly for attaching the end portion in the length direction of the lower frame 3 to the collar frame 5. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the indoor-side finding unit 30 includes an outer side surface 300 and an inner side surface 301, and the outdoor-side finding unit 31 includes an outer side surface 310 and an inner side surface 311. The end portion in the length direction of the indoor side finding portion 30 is an edge surface 302 formed by the plate thickness of the steel plate, and the end portion in the length direction of the outdoor side finding portion 31 is set by the plate thickness of the steel plate. The end surface 312 is formed.

The positioning assembly is composed of three elements, a first element 8, a second element 9, and a third element 10, and a second element is interposed between the first element 8 and the third element 10. It is assembled so as to sandwich the element 9. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the first element 8, the second element 9, and the third element 10 are overlapped in this order, and a plurality of screws 11 that pass through them are used to form the collar frame 5. The positioning assembly is formed by being fixed to the prospecting portion 52 of the above.

The first element 8 is a guide body having a shape / dimension corresponding to the inner shape of the lower frame 3 and a predetermined thickness, and includes a first surface 80, a second surface 81, and an outer edge 82. I have. The contour shape of the first element 8, specifically, the shape / dimension of the outer edge 82 substantially coincides with the shape / dimension of the inner shape of the lower frame 3, and the lengthwise end of the lower frame 3 is the first element 8 can be fitted on the outer edge 82. Note that the inner side surface of the lower frame 3 does not necessarily need to be in contact with all the outer edges 82 of the first element 8 as long as the end of the lower frame 3 in the longitudinal direction with respect to the collar frame 5 can be positioned and temporarily fixed. . In the illustrated embodiment, the first element 8 is made of a steel guide plate, but the guide body only needs to have a predetermined outer shape / dimension and thickness (or a rib or a flange as a fitting portion) It may be a shaped plate.

The second element 9 is a waterproof sheet having an outer shape / dimension corresponding to the outer shape of the lower frame 3 and flexibility, and includes a first surface 90 and a second surface 91. The outer shape of the second element 9 includes the outer shape of the lower frame 3 and substantially the same shape as the outer shape of the first element 8, and is larger than the outer shape of the lower frame 3 and the outer shape of the first element 8. Yes. The second element 9 is typically a waterproof rubber sheet that can be elastically deformed.

The third element 10 is a plate-like pressing member having substantially the same shape (similar shape) as the first element 8, a smaller outer shape than the first element 8, and a predetermined thickness. The second surface 101 and the outer edge 102 are provided. In the illustrated embodiment, the third element 10 is made of a steel plate. However, the third element 10 only needs to have a predetermined outer shape / dimension and thickness, and may be an open plate.

。 When the first element 8, the second element 9, and the third element 10 are overlapped in this order, the first surface 90 of the second element 9 contacts the second surface 81 of the first element 8, and the second element 9 The second surface 91 is in contact with the first surface 100 of the third element 10, and the second surface 101 of the third element 10 is in contact with the expected surface 520 of the frame 5. In this state, since the second element 9 has a large area with respect to the first element 8 and the third element 10, the second element 9 is separated from the outer edge 82 of the first element 8 and the outer edge 102 of the third element 10. The peripheral portion protrudes out and forms a protruding portion 92. The outer dimension of the third element 10 is smaller than the outer dimension of the first element 8, and the outer edge 102 of the third element 10 is located inward of the outer edge 82 of the first element 8. 2 surfaces 91 (in FIG. 6, the contact surface between the second surface 91 of the second element 9 and the expected surface 520 of the collar frame 5 + the contact between the second surface 91 of the second element 9 and the outer edge 102 of the third element 10) The area of the surface + the second surface 91 of the second element 2 and the curved portion adjacent to the outer edge 102 of the third element 10 is the first surface 90 (in FIG. 6, the first surface 90 of the second element 9 and the lower frame 3). The first contact surface between the edge surfaces 302 and 312 and the first surface 90 of the second element 9 and the inner surface 301 and the inner surface 311 of the lower frame 3 + the first surface 90 of the second element 9. It is larger than the area of the curved portion adjacent to the outer edge 82 of the element 8. In FIG. 5, the first surface 90 side of the protruding portion 92 is shown (the second surface 91 side of the protruding portion 92 is hidden).

When the end portion in the length direction of the lower frame 3 is externally fitted to the positioning assembly shown in FIG. 5, only the end surface in the length direction of the lower frame 3 (only the end surface 302, 312 is shown in FIG. 6). However, it abuts against the first surface 90 of the protruding portion 92 of the second element 9 (the portion closer to the edge of the second element 9), and presses the protruding portion 92 against the expected surface 520 of the frame 5. At this time, since the protruding portion 92 is made of a flexible rubber sheet, the inner surface 301 of the lower frame 3, the step between the inner surface 311 and the outer edge 102 of the third element 10, and the outer edge 82 of the first element 8, Due to the level difference with the outer edge 102 of the third element 10, the second surface 91 of the protruding portion 92 is bent and deformed so as to contact the outer edge 102 of the third element 10, and along with the bending deformation of the protruding portion 92, The first surface 90 (the portion on the inner side of the portion where the edge surfaces 302 and 312 abut) is in contact with the inner surface of the lower frame 3 (only the inner surfaces 301 and 311 are shown in FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 6, in a state in which the end portion in the length direction of the lower frame 3 is externally fitted to the positioning assembly, the protruding portion 92 is a first portion 920 that extends in the length direction of the lower frame 3 (horizontal frame). And the second portion 921 extending in the length direction of the collar frame 5 is bent and deformed. In the first portion 920, the inner surface of the lower frame 3 (only the inner surfaces 301 and 311 are shown in FIG. 6) is in surface contact with the first surface 90 of the first portion 920, and the outer edge 102 of the third element 10 is The first portion 920 is in surface contact with the second surface 91. In the second portion 921, the edge surface in the length direction of the lower frame 3 (only the edge surfaces 302 and 312 are shown in FIG. 6) are in surface contact with the first surface 90 of the second portion 921, and the frame 5 The expected surface 520 is in surface contact with the second surface 91 of the second portion 921. Accordingly, the lengthwise end portion of the lower frame 3 has two surfaces (an inner surface of the lengthwise end portion of the lower frame 3 and a first surface 90 of the first portion 920) extending at an angle (approximately 90 degrees). The end face of the lower frame 3 in the longitudinal direction and the first surface 90 of the second portion 921 are in close contact with the second element 9, that is, the waterproof rubber sheet. In the illustrated embodiment, the second element (waterproof bomb sheet) 9 is in close contact with the entire circumference of the end edge surface of the end portion in the length direction of the lower frame 3, but only on a part of the end edge surface. The second element 9 may be in close contact. For example, in FIG. 3, you may make it the 2nd element 9 closely_contact | adhere only to the site | part located in the outdoor side on both sides of the glass plates G1 and G2.

[Comparative example]
A comparative example shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 will be described. The same or similar components are denoted by common reference numerals throughout the specification. In the comparative example, the guide body 8 ′ for positioning and temporarily fixing the end portion in the length direction of the lower frame 3 is fixed to the expected portion 52 of the collar frame 5 with the screw 11 via the waterproof rubber sheet 9 ′. . The area of the waterproof rubber sheet 9 ′ is larger than the area of the guide body 8 ′, and a protruding portion is formed on the periphery of the prevention rubber sheet 9 ′. When the end portion in the length direction of the lower frame 3 is externally fitted to the guide body 8 ′, the end edge surface in the length direction of the lower frame 3 (only the end edge surfaces 302 and 312 are shown in FIG. 9) It comes into contact. That is, the lengthwise end of the lower frame 3 is in surface contact with the waterproof rubber sheet 9 'only by one surface.

The edge surface of the lower frame 3 is determined by the thickness of the lower frame 3 and is, for example, 1.5 mm. When the building panel is subjected to wind pressure, rainwater may enter the inside of the lower frame 3. There is. Further, since the eaves frame 5 is formed by bending a steel plate, the expected surface 520 may not be completely flat. In such a case, a gap is easily generated between the edge surface of the lower frame 3 and the contact surface of the waterproof rubber sheet 9 ′, and there is a risk of water intrusion into the lower frame 3.

[Advantageous effects of this embodiment]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the lengthwise end of the lower frame 3 has two surfaces (the inner surface of the lengthwise end of the lower frame 3, the first surface 90 of the first portion 920, the lower frame 3). The end face of the end portion in the longitudinal direction and the first surface 90 of the second portion 921 are in close contact with the second element which is a waterproof rubber sheet, and compared with the comparative example, the lower frame 3 and the waterproof rubber sheet The adhesion area can be increased.

The end of the lower frame 3 in the longitudinal direction is in close contact with the second element, which is a waterproof rubber sheet, by the two surfaces extending at an angle (approximately 90 degrees), so that the lower frame 3 is damaged by wind pressure or the like. Even if the frame 5 moves or deviates, the two contact surfaces follow the lower frame 3 so that the adhesion can be maintained, and the expected surface 520 of the frame 5 has a smooth error. Even so, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the contact surfaces of the lower frame 3 and the waterproof rubber sheet as much as possible.

[Other Embodiments]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6A. In the above-described embodiment, the waterproof structure using the positioning assembly composed of the three elements of the first element 8, the second element 9, and the third element 10 has been described. You may comprise a waterproof structure, without using. FIG. 6A shows a waterproof structure using a flexible waterproof sheet 9A and a pressing member 10A having an outer shape defined by an outer edge and having an outer shape smaller than that of the flexible waterproof sheet 9A. Since the flexible waterproof sheet 9A and the pressing member 10A have a first surface and a second surface, respectively, and the specific configuration is substantially the same as the second element 9 and the third element 10, Each part will be described using the same reference numerals as in the above-described embodiment. In one embodiment, the protruding size of the protruding portion 92 and the thickness of the pressing member 10A are somewhat increased.

When the flexible waterproof sheet 9A and the pressing member 10A are overlapped in this order, the second surface 91 of the flexible waterproof sheet 9A comes into contact with the first surface 100 of the pressing member 10A, and the pressing member 10A The second surface 101 comes into contact with the expected surface 520 of the eaves frame 5. In this state, since the flexible waterproof sheet 9A has a large area with respect to the pressing member 10A, the peripheral portion of the flexible waterproof sheet 9A protrudes from the outer edge 102 of the pressing member 10A. Form. The flexible waterproof sheet 9 </ b> A and the pressing member 10 </ b> A are fixed to the expected surface 520 of the eaves frame 5 using, for example, a screw (not shown).

When the lengthwise end of the lower frame 3 is pressed against the expected surface 520 of the collar frame 5 to which the flexible waterproof sheet 9A and the pressing member 10A are fixed, the lengthwise direction of the lower frame 3 is fixed. The edge surface (only the edge surfaces 302 and 312 are shown in FIG. 6A) is the first surface 90 of the protruding portion 92 of the flexible waterproof sheet 9A (the portion closer to the edge of the flexible waterproof sheet 9A). The protruding portion 92 is pressed against the expected surface 520 of the collar frame 5. At this time, since the protruding portion 92 is made of a flexible rubber sheet, the second surface 91 of the protruding portion 92 is formed by a step between the inner side surface 301 and the inner side surface 311 of the lower frame 3 and the outer edge 102 of the pressing member 10A. Bending deformation so as to come into contact with the outer edge 102 of the pressing member 10A. With the bending deformation of the protruding portion 92, the first surface 90 of the protruding portion 92 (inward of the portion where the end edge surfaces 302 and 312 are in contact). The part) contacts the inner side surface of the lower frame 3 (only the inner side surfaces 301 and 311 are shown in FIG. 6A).

As shown in FIG. 6A, the protruding portion 92 is bent and deformed into a first portion 920 extending in the length direction of the lower frame 3 (horizontal frame) and a second portion 921 extending in the length direction of the collar frame 5. It becomes a state. In the first portion 920, the inner surface of the lower frame 3 (only the inner surfaces 301 and 311 are shown in FIG. 6A) is in surface contact with the first surface 90 of the first portion 920, and the outer edge 102 of the pressing member 10A is the first portion 920. The first portion 920 is in surface contact with the second surface 91. In the second portion 921, the edge surface in the length direction of the lower frame 3 (only the edge surfaces 302 and 312 are shown in FIG. 6A) are in surface contact with the first surface 90 of the second portion 921, and the frame 5 The expected surface 520 is in surface contact with the second surface 91 of the second portion 921. Accordingly, the lengthwise end portion of the lower frame 3 has two surfaces (an inner surface of the lengthwise end portion of the lower frame 3 and a first surface 90 of the first portion 920) extending at an angle (approximately 90 degrees). The end face of the lower frame 3 in the longitudinal direction and the first surface 90 of the second portion 921 are in close contact with the flexible waterproof sheet 9A.
