Description

The present invention relates to a water blocking member attached to a protrusion that penetrates a joint of an outer wall of a building and projects to the outside, and a joint water blocking structure using the water stopping member.

Patent Document 1 describes a bottom plate portion in which a vertically open vertical groove that can be inserted into a wall surface side base end portion of an arm tree protruding from a vertical joint is formed substantially in the center, an upper edge of the bottom plate portion, and the like. The upper frame part and the left and right frame parts that protrude forward from the left and right side edges with the expected dimensions of approximately the same size, and the front plate part that extends outward substantially parallel to the bottom plate part from the front edge of each of the above frame parts. The sealing auxiliary material provided with the above is disclosed.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-336715.

However, since the above-mentioned conventional technique uses a sealing auxiliary material, there is a problem that efficient water-stopping construction cannot be realized for a building in which the arm wood projects from the joint portion to the outside.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a water-stopping member capable of efficiently stopping water from a protruding portion protruding through a joint of an outer wall of a building, and a joint water-stopping structure using the water-stopping member. The purpose is to provide.

The water-stopping member of the present invention is a water-stopping member attached to a protruding portion that penetrates a joint of an outer wall of a building and protrudes to the outdoor side in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. The direction intersecting the protrusion direction of the protrusion from the tubular first seal portion to be covered and the portion on the indoor end side of the first seal portion, and the width of the joint at the portion where the protrusion is located. A flexible second seal having a wide lateral overhang, an upward overhang, and a downward overhang. It is characterized by having.

When the water blocking member having the above configuration is used, the primary water stopping can be performed by the primary water stopping treatment applied on the outer peripheral side of the first sealing portion covered with the protruding portion. Then, the secondary water stoppage on the indoor side of the primary water stoppage can be performed by pushing the flexible second seal portion into the joint. Since the water-stopping member can be attached to the protrusion after the outer wall of the building is built in the construction method, the water-stopping work can be efficiently performed on the protrusion. become. Further, when it is necessary to perform the water stop treatment of the protruding portion before mounting the outer wall, for example, since a body difference plate is used, there is a possibility that a horizontal joint may be formed and the design may be deteriorated. If the water blocking member can be attached to the protruding portion as described above after the construction of the outer wall of the building, it is possible to avoid deterioration of the design when the above-mentioned body difference plate is used. Furthermore, if the second seal portion has flexibility as described above, even if the accuracy is not sufficiently obtained in the outer wall construction, it is possible to take appropriate measures within the range in which the second seal portion can be deformed. It is possible.

The laterally overhanging portion of the second seal portion is pushed into the joint of the building so as to come into contact with the end of the adjacent base material constituting the joint and bend so that the tip faces the outside. May be good. According to this, even if rainwater breaks through the primary water stop portion and infiltrates into the joint and reaches the end of the member, the laterally overhanging portion of the second seal portion comes into contact with the end of the gutter. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the indoor side from the above-mentioned wood mouth.

At the indoor side end of the first seal portion or the indoor side surface of the second seal portion and at a position on the side of the protruding portion, the contact is made with each corner of the adjacent plate material in the joint or the vicinity of each corner. Two first waterproof protrusions may be provided. According to this, even if the rainwater breaks through the second seal portion, the rainwater can be prevented from entering between the adjacent plate materials in the joint by the first waterproof convex portion.

The two first waterproof convex portions may extend to the downward overhanging portion. Further, the two first waterproof convex portions may extend to the upward overhanging portion.

A second waterproof convex portion that stops water from entering between the two first waterproof convex portions at a position on the indoor side of the first seal portion or the second seal portion and below the protrusion. May be provided. According to this, it is possible to prevent the water blown up from below on the secondary water stop side of the gasket provided at the joint from entering the lower portion of the protrusion by the second waterproof convex portion.

The surface of the upward overhanging portion on the outdoor side may be provided with a third waterproof convex portion that is elongated in the lateral width direction of the upward overhanging portion. According to this, it is possible to prevent the water blown up at the joint portion of the protruding portion from entering the indoor side of the gasket on the upper side of the protruding portion by the third waterproof convex portion.

The upward overhang may have a length that overlaps with the upper gasket provided at the joint of the outer wall of the building. According to this, the upward overhanging portion can be inserted into the upper gasket to improve the performance of joint water blocking.

The downward overhang may have a length that overlaps with the lower gasket provided at the joint of the outer wall of the building. According to this, the downward overhanging portion can be inserted into the lower gasket to improve the performance of joint water stoppage.

A support portion for supporting the primary water stop portion by the amorphous seal may be formed on the outer surface on the lateral side of the first seal portion. According to this, after the water stop member is pushed into the joint, the primary water stop can be accurately provided at the specified position.

A water diversion convex portion that is convex upward is formed at the position of the second seal portion located on the upper side of the base end side of the first seal portion or in the vicinity of the upper side of the base end side. You may. According to this, when the second seal portion enters the indoor side of the joint and is curved, the water diversion convex portion is formed on the upper side of the base end side of the first seal portion or the above-mentioned portion of the second seal portion. The presence makes it less likely that the location will be dented. That is, water from above can be flowed to the left and right by the diversion convex portion without causing a dent and accumulating water.

Further, the joint water stop structure of the present invention is a joint water stop structure that stops water at a protrusion that penetrates the joint of the outer wall of the building and protrudes to the outdoor side, and is a water stop member according to any one of the above. The first seal portion covers the periphery of the protrusion at the joint where the protrusion exists, and the second seal is located indoors from the primary water stop portion provided around the first seal portion. The feature is that the part is pushed in.

According to the present invention, various effects such as efficient water stoppage can be obtained for the protruding portion protruding through the joint of the outer wall of the building.

To.

The vertical joints 200a are formed between the outer wall panels 200 adjacent to the left and right. In the vertical joint 200a, the joint width of the portion where the protruding portion 201 protrudes is wider than the joint width of the other portion, and the primary water stop portion 8 is provided in the joint having the widened width. An amorphous seal 81 is provided. Further, the amorphous seal 81 is received by the receiving member 82.

FIG. 1B shows the positional relationship in a plan view between the gasket 7 existing at the upper position and the lower position of the protrusion 201 in the joint water stop structure using the water stop member 1. The gasket 7 is divided at a position where the protrusion 201 is located. Further, in the gasket 7, the primary water stop portion 71 and the secondary water stop portion 72 are integrally formed, and the second seal portion 12 of the water stop member 1 is the secondary water stop portion 12. It is responsible for the secondary water stop line carried out by the part 72.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the first seal portion 11 of the water stop member 1 has a vertically long square cylinder shape that covers the outer periphery of the protrusion 201 having a quadrangle having a vertically long cross section. It is desirable that the first seal portion 11 is covered with the protrusion 201 with as little gap as possible. Further, the second seal portion 12 extends in all directions intersecting the protruding direction of the protruding portion 201, and is laterally wider than the width of the vertical joint 200a at the location where the protruding portion 201 is located. It has a laterally extended lateral overhang 121, an upwardly extended upward overhang 122, and a downwardly extended downward overhang 123.

The first seal portion 11 and the second seal portion 12 may be integrally formed of the same material such as rubber. In this case, the first seal portion 11 is made thick in order to have a certain degree of rigidity. The second seal portion 12 is made thin and flexible. In this embodiment, the first seal portion 11 and the second seal portion 12 are independently formed and bonded to each other with different materials. In the case of such a structure, for example, a protruding piece portion serving as an adhesive margin may be formed at the base end portion of the first sealing portion 11, and the second sealing portion 12 may be bonded to the protruding piece portion. can. Further, in this embodiment, the opening of the base end portion of the first seal portion 11 is vertically lengthened, and the inclined guide portion 11b is formed between the opening of the base end portion of the first seal portion 11 and the main body portion of the first seal portion 11. The guide portion 11b enables smooth on-site insertion into the protruding portion 201.

The lateral overhanging portion 121 of the second seal portion 12 comes into contact with the end of the vertical furring strip 3 constituting the vertical joint 200a in a state of being pushed into the vertical joint 200a, and the tip thereof faces the outdoor direction. Bend like. Regarding the flexibility of the second seal portion, while it can be smoothly pushed into the joint, it has elasticity (stiffness) that presses against the wood end to prevent rainwater from entering between the wood ends. Further, in a state where the second seal portion 12 is pushed into the vertical joint 200a, the first seal portion 11 has a length that protrudes to the outdoor side of the primary water stop portion 8. ..

At the indoor side end of the first seal portion 11 and on the lateral side of the protrusion 201, two pieces in contact with each corner of the adjacent plate members 4 in the vertical joint 200a or in the vicinity of each corner. A first waterproof convex portion 101 having a linear cross section and a rectangular cross section is provided. As the first waterproof convex portion 101, for example, a flexible sponge-like material such as an EPDM (ethylene / propylene rubber) foam, a relatively hard non-foaming rubber material, or the like can be used. The first waterproof convex portion 101 is not limited to being provided at the indoor side end of the first seal portion 11, but may be provided on the indoor side surface of the second seal portion 12. However, it is desirable to provide the first waterproof convex portion 101 at the indoor side end of the first seal portion 11 so that the first waterproof convex portion 101 can be pressed against the plate material 4.

The two first waterproof convex portions 101 also extend to the downward overhanging portion 123. Further, the two first waterproof convex portions 101 extend so as to spread toward each other toward the upward overhanging portion 122. Further, a second waterproof convex portion 102 having a rectangular cross section connected to the two first waterproof convex portions 101 is provided at a position on the indoor side end of the first seal portion 11 and below the protruding portion 201. Has been done. The second waterproof convex portion 102 is also made of, for example, EPDM foam or rubber.

Further, on the surface of the upward overhanging portion 122 on the outdoor side, a third waterproof convex portion 103 having a long linear cross section in the lateral direction of the upward overhanging portion 122 is provided. The third waterproof convex portion 103 is also made of, for example, EPDM foam or rubber.

As shown in FIG. 4, the upward overhanging portion 122 has a length that overlaps with the upper gasket 7 provided in the vertical joint 200a. Then, in the mounting work of the water blocking member 1, the upward overhanging portion 122 also bends in the vertical joint 200a, and the upper end of the bent upward overhanging portion 122 is attached to the upper gasket 7. A jig or the like is used to allow the part on the indoor side to enter. In this state, the two first waterproof convex portions 101 spread to each other on the left and right sides of the end face of the cut portion of the innermost fin portion (see the a portion of FIG. 1B) of the upper gasket 7. The part is located. Further, in this state, the third waterproof convex portion 103 provided on the surface of the upward overhanging portion 122 on the outdoor side is the outdoor side of the most indoor fin portion of the upper gasket 7 (FIG. 1 (B). ) B part).

Further, the downward overhanging portion 123 has a length that overlaps with the lower gasket 7 provided in the vertical joint 200a. Then, in the installation work of the waterproof member 1, the second waterproof convex portion 102 connected to the two first waterproof convex portions 101 is the second fin portion from the indoor side of the upper gasket 7 (FIG. 1). It will be located at the cutting point (see part c of (B)).

As described above, the upward overhanging portion 122 has a length overlapping the upper gasket 7 provided in the vertical joint 200a, and the downward extending portion 123 is provided in the vertical joint 200a. Although it has a length that overlaps with the gasket 7 on the side, since these overhanging portions 122 and 123 have flexibility, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the water blocking member 1 is mounted from the outdoor side. It can be fitted and attached to the protrusion 201. Of course, an appropriate jig can be used for this mounting. Further, it is desirable to form a thick portion of the water blocking member 1 to be pressed by the jig.

Further, on the outer surface on the left and right lateral sides of the first seal portion 11, a support portion 11a for supporting the receiving member 82 that receives the amorphous seal 81 serving as the primary water stop portion 8 is formed. After the water blocking member 1 is attached to the projecting portion 201, the receiving member 82 is pushed into the vertical joint 200a to be supported by the support portion 11a, and then an amorphous seal 81 is formed on the receiving member 82. do. The first seal portion 11 has a water-stopping surface firmly formed at a portion directly receiving the amorphous seal 81, and also prevents the first seal portion 11 from being torn when attached to the protrusion 201 and provides insertability. It is desirable to have sufficient rigidity in order to increase it.

When the water-stopping member 1 having the above configuration is used, the primary water-stopping portion 8 can be formed by the primary water-stopping treatment applied on the outer peripheral side of the first sealing portion 11 covered with the protruding portion 201. Then, the secondary water stoppage on the indoor side of the primary water stoppage portion 8 can be performed by pushing the flexible second seal portion 12 into the vertical joint 200a. Since the water blocking member 1 can be attached to the projecting portion 201 after the outer wall of the building is built in the construction method, the water stopping member 1 can be efficiently stopped on the projecting portion 201. Will be able to do. Further, when it is necessary to perform the water stop treatment of the protrusion 201 before mounting the outer wall, for example, since a body difference plate is used, there is a possibility that a horizontal joint may be formed and the design may be deteriorated. However, if the water blocking member 1 can be attached to the protrusion 201 after the construction of the outer wall of the building as described above, it is possible to avoid deterioration of the design when the above-mentioned body difference plate is used. Furthermore, if the second seal portion 12 has flexibility as described above, even if the accuracy is not sufficiently obtained in the outer wall construction, appropriate measures are taken within the range in which the second seal portion 12 can be deformed. It is possible.

When the lateral overhanging portion 121 of the second sealing portion 12 is pushed into the vertical joint 200a and comes into contact with the gutter of the vertical furring strip 3 and bends so that the tip faces the outdoor direction, rainwater becomes 1 Even if the water stop portion 8 is breached and penetrates into the vertical joint 200a and reaches the end side of the vertical furring strip 3, the laterally overhanging portion 121 of the second seal portion 12 comes into contact with the end of the gutter. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the indoor side from the above-mentioned wood entrance.

The two first waterproof convex portions 101 are provided at the indoor side end of the first seal portion 11 or the indoor side surface of the second seal portion 12 on the lateral side of the protruding portion 201. Even if rainwater breaks through the second seal portion 12, the first waterproof convex portion 101 can prevent the rainwater from entering between the adjacent plate members 4 in the vertical joint 200a. ..

Further, when the second waterproof convex portion 102 is provided at a position below the protruding portion 201, the secondary waterproof side of the gasket 7 provided at the vertical joint 200a (the space of the c portion). It is possible to stop the water blown up from below from entering the lower portion of the protrusion 201 (between the two first waterproof convex portions 101A).

When the third waterproof convex portion 103 is provided on the surface of the upward overhanging portion 122 on the outdoor side, the water blown up at the joint portion of the protruding portion 201 is the gasket on the upper side of the protruding portion 201. It is possible to prevent the vehicle from entering the indoor side rather than the secondary water stop side of 7.

If the upward overhanging portion 122 has a length that overlaps with the upper gasket 7, the upward overhanging portion 122 may be allowed to enter the upper gasket 7 to improve the joint water blocking performance. can.

When the downward overhanging portion 123 has a length that overlaps with the lower gasket 7, the downward overhanging portion 123 is allowed to enter the lower gasket 7 to improve the joint water blocking performance. be able to.

When the support portion 11a is formed on the outer surface portion of the first seal portion 11, the irregular seal 81 serving as the primary water stop portion 8 is formed after the water stop member 1 is pushed into the vertical joint 200a. The receiving member 82 can be easily provided at a specified position.

As described above, in the mounting work of the waterproof member 1, the second seal portion 12 is located in the vertical joint 200a, and in this case, the secondary waterproof portion of the gasket 7 is provided. In the relationship between the fin portion 72a in contact with the outdoor side corner of the wood end of the plate material 4 and the second seal portion 12, substantially the entire second seal portion 12 is located on the outdoor side of the fin portion 72a. On the other hand, the upper end side of the upward overhanging portion 122 enters the indoor side of the fin portion 72a. Therefore, by bending the second seal portion 12 in the vertical joint 200a, the central side on the upper side of the upward overhanging portion 122 enters the indoor side. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the portions of the two first waterproof convex portions 101 that spread from each other are located substantially parallel to each other, as shown in FIGS. 8 (A) and 8 (B). In addition, by locating along the outdoor side edge of the corner portion of the plate material 4, it is possible to appropriately prevent water from entering the wood end side of the plate material 4 at the portion where the gasket 7 is interrupted.

If the upper side (upper plate portion of the inclined guide portion 11b) on the base end side of the first seal portion 11 is formed flat, the first seal portion 11 is curved due to the curvature of the second seal portion 12. There is a possibility that water may collect in the dent on the upper side of the base end side of the dent, and this is solved by another embodiment shown below.

Next, other embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 14, but the same reference numerals will be added to the members having the same structure as that of the above-described embodiment, and the differences will be mainly described. go.

The waterproof member 1A of this embodiment has two first waterproof convex portions 101A as shown in FIG. 9, in the same manner as the above-mentioned waterproof member 1 includes the two first waterproof convex portions 101. I have. However, the upper portions of the two first waterproof convex portions 101A do not spread to each other and are parallel to each other like the other portions, so that the work of attaching the first waterproof convex portions 101A is facilitated. .. When the two parallel first waterproof convex portions 101A are provided, when the upward overhanging portion 122 is bent in the vertical joint 200a, as shown in FIG. 10, the two first waterproof convex portions are provided. The parallel portion on the upper side of the portion 101A is twisted toward the upper side and is positioned substantially vertically.

At the point of A1-A1 arrow viewing in FIG. 10 above, as shown in FIG. 11 (A), the upward overhanging portion 122 enters the indoor side and curves somewhat shallowly, so that the two first waterproof parts are waterproofed. The convex portion 101A is located on the outdoor side edge of the corner portion of the plate material 4. Then, at the point (upper end side) of the B1-B1 arrow in FIG. 10 above, as shown in FIG. 11 (B), the upward overhanging portion 122 deeply penetrates into the indoor side, so that the two first ones are formed. The waterproof convex portion 101A is located in contact with the end of the plate material 4. That is, since the two first waterproof convex portions 101A are located so as to cross the corners of the plate material 4 from the outdoor side surface to the end of the wood, even if the two parallel first waterproof convex portions 101A are used. , The corner portion of the plate material 4 can be appropriately contacted at any position, and water can be prevented from entering the wood end side of the plate material 4. Further, if the two first waterproof convex portions 101A can be positioned so as to cross the corner portion of the plate material 4 from the outdoor side surface to the wood end in this way, the bending method of the upward overhanging portion 122 causes some variation. Even so, it is possible to appropriately prevent water from entering the wood end side of the plate material 4.

Further, in the water blocking member 1A, the second waterproof convex portion 102A is provided in the same manner as the water stopping member 1 described above includes the second waterproof convex portion 102. However, the second waterproof convex portion 102A is not formed so as to connect them under the two first waterproof convex portions 101A (formed by winning the first waterproof convex portion 101A), but is shown in the figure. As shown in 12, the two first waterproof convex portions 101A are formed so as to replace the lower portion thereof, and the width thereof extends between the outer edges of the two first waterproof convex portions 101A. It is the length. When the second waterproof convex portion 102A as described above is provided, the gap leading to the secondary waterproof portion 72 side (the space of portion c in FIG. 1 above) of the gasket 7 provided in the vertical joint 200a is provided. Since it can exist in a longer range than the second waterproof convex portion 102, the water blown up from below infiltrates into the lower portion of the protruding portion 201 (between the two first waterproof convex portions 101A). It is possible to increase the preventive power against things. Further, the thickness of the second waterproof convex portion 102A is thicker than that of the first waterproof convex portion 101A, and the preventive force is further enhanced. The first waterproof convex portion 101A and the second waterproof convex portion 102A may be separate bodies or integrally molded.

Further, in the water stop member 1A, as shown in FIG. 13, a water diversion convex portion 11c is formed on the upper side of the base end side of the first seal portion 11. The water diversion convex portion 11c is obtained by forming the upper plate portion of the inclined guide portion 11b so as to be convex upward in a substantially arc shape. As described above, when the upward overhanging portion 122 enters the indoor side and bends, the water diversion convex portion 11c exists even if the upper side of the base end side of the first seal portion 11 tries to be recessed. Therefore, the water from the upper side flows from side to side without causing a pool of water. It should be noted that the water diversion convex portion as described above may be formed at the position of the second seal portion 12 located near the upper side of the base end side. Further, the upper shape of the water diversion convex portion 11c is not limited to the arc shape, and may be a sharp shape.

Further, in the water blocking member 1A, the thickness of the vicinity of the base end (the portion around the protrusion 201) of the first seal portion 11 in the second seal portion 12 is the thickness of another portion in the second seal portion 12. It is possible to reduce water leakage by making it thicker to increase rigidity and suppressing distortion and meandering in the vicinity of the base end due to being placed in the vertical joint 200a. Further, the elasticity (stiffness) is increased by making the thickness of the tip portion of the downward overhanging portion 123 in the second sealing portion 12 thicker than that of other portions, and the second sealing portion 12 and the gasket on the lower side are increased. We are trying to improve the bondability and watertightness with 7.

Further, in the water blocking members 1 and 1A, diagonal cut portions or rounded portions are formed on both the left and right sides of the downward overhanging portion 123, and the workability of inserting the second seal portion 12 into the lower joint is easy. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in FIG. 14, a corner portion of approximately 90 degrees may be formed.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to that of the illustrated embodiment. Various modifications and modifications can be made to the illustrated embodiment within the same range as the present invention or within the same range.
