Abstract
【解決手段】粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置100は、内燃機関1の排気通路2内に設置され且つ排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質19を捕獲するフィルター3と、前記排気ガスの流れ方向F1に対する逆方向F2から前記フィルター3に高圧空気及び高圧蒸気を噴射できる噴射装置4と、前記噴射装置4に前記高圧空気を供給できる高圧空気供給装置5と、前記噴射装置4に前記高圧蒸気を供給できる高圧蒸気供給装置6と、を備えている。

Description
図1は、第1実施形態における粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置100の構成を示す図である。図1において、内燃機関1、内燃機関1の排気通路2、及び洗浄装置100が示されている。内燃機関1から排出される排気ガスは、排気通路2を通過して、大気中に放出される。図1において、排気ガスの流れ方向F1は、右方向である。
気の製造に汎用性があり、高圧空気及び高圧蒸気の取扱いが容易である。
図4は、第2実施形態における粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置200の構成を示す図である。第2実施形態は、第1実施形態における高圧蒸気供給装置6に代えて、排気ガスボイラ16を備えている。高圧蒸気供給装置6及び排気ガスボイラ16は、共に、高圧蒸気を供給できる高圧蒸気供給装置である。第2実施形態は、排気ガスボイラ16の構成を除いて、第1実施形態と同じ構成を備えている。
図5は、第3実施形態における粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置300の構成を示す図である。第3実施形態は、第1実施形態における排気通路2に代えて、排気通路102を備えている。排気通路102は、中間部に3つの分岐経路102a、102b、及び102cを備えている。3つの分岐経路102a、102b、及び102cのそれぞれの中には、1つのフィルター3が配置されている。また、各フィルター3に対応するように、第3実施形態は3つの噴射装置4を備えている。図示しないが、第3実施形態は、高圧蒸気供給装置5、高圧空気供給装置6、及び切換装置(蒸気開閉弁7及び空気開閉弁8)も備えている。当然ながら、各噴射装置4に、高圧空気及び高圧蒸気の一方が択一的に供給されるように、高圧蒸気供給装置5、高圧空気供給装置6、及び切換装置(蒸気開閉弁7及び空気開閉弁8)が配置されている。
本実施形態における洗浄装置は、次のような変形構成を採用できる。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関又は燃焼機器の排気通路内に設置され且つ排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質を捕獲するフィルターに、前記排気ガスの流れ方向に対する逆方向から、高圧空気及び高圧蒸気を噴射する、粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄方法であって、
前記フィルターに前記高圧蒸気を噴射した後に、前記フィルターに前記高圧空気を噴射する、粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄方法。 - 内燃機関又は燃焼機器の排気通路内に設置され且つ排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質を捕獲するフィルターと、
前記排気ガスの流れ方向に対する逆方向から前記フィルターに高圧空気及び高圧蒸気を噴射できる噴射装置と、
前記噴射装置に前記高圧空気を供給できる高圧空気供給装置と、
前記噴射装置に前記高圧蒸気を供給できる高圧蒸気供給装置と、
を備えている、粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置。 - 前記噴射装置に前記高圧空気及び前記高圧蒸気の一方を択一的に供給するための切換装置と、
前記噴射装置に前記高圧蒸気を供給した後に前記噴射装置に前記高圧空気を供給するように、前記切換装置を制御するコントローラと、
を更に備えている、請求項2に記載の粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置。 - 前記高圧蒸気供給装置が、前記排気ガスを熱源にして前記高圧蒸気を発生させる蒸気発生器である、請求項2又は3に記載の粒子状物質除去用フィルターの洗浄装置。
