Description

The present invention relates to a braided joinery in which an end plate is provided on the inner surface of a braid.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a fitting used for building interior materials or furniture, a frame assembly in which a mirror plate is provided on the inner surface of a frame assembled in a frame shape is known.
For example, in Patent Document 1 below, a pair of vertical fences, upper crosspieces, and lower crosspieces are arranged around a door panel corresponding to an end plate and framed, and along the inner periphery of the pair of vertical fences, upper crosspieces, and lower crosspieces. A method for manufacturing a wooden door in which the periphery of the door panel is fitted into the formed insertion groove is disclosed. Here, the vertical gutter is composed of a core and a decorative sheet, and a single decorative sheet is covered around the core and bonded in a state where the ends of the decorative sheet are abutted (Patent Document 1 and Figure below) 2 (A) and FIG. 2 (B)). Then, after bonding, it is described that the insertion groove for inserting the peripheral edge portion of the door panel is cut along the inner peripheral edge (see Patent Documents 1 and 2 (C) and 2 (D) below). )reference).

However, when a glass plate having translucency is used for the door panel (end plate) of the wooden door described in Patent Document 1, when the glass plate is fitted into the insertion groove, the cut insertion groove The inner surface can be seen through the glass plate. Therefore, generally, a paint of the same color as the decorative sheet is applied in the insertion groove.
However, in this case, if there are many variations of the braided joinery, it is necessary to prepare a large number of paints according to the color of the decorative sheet, and the burden of raw material costs increases.
In addition, the process of painting the paint in the insertion groove is currently performed manually, and after painting, it cannot move to the next work until the paint dries. This was a factor that lowered the productivity of braided furniture.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a braided joinery having good appearance and high productivity of the insertion groove into which the endplate is inserted in the braided joinery using a light-transmitting endplate. The purpose is that.

In order to achieve the above object, a braided joinery according to the present invention is a braided joinery in which a translucent end plate is inserted into an insertion groove formed on an inner surface of the braided material, Is obtained by coating a surface material obtained by laminating a base material and a decorative sheet on a frame body incorporating the core material in which the insertion groove is formed, and the side edge of the surface material is formed by covering the decorative sheet. The base material is shaved so as to be left, and the side end portion is folded into the insertion groove.
In the present invention, a bent groove may be formed on the base material side of the surface material at a position corresponding to the corner of the frame.

According to the braided joinery according to the present invention, in the braided joinery using a light-transmitting end plate, the insertion groove into which the end plate is inserted can have good appearance and high productivity.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
In the braided fitting 1 according to the present embodiment, the end plate 5 having translucency is inserted into the insertion groove 40 formed on the inner side surface of the frame material 2, and the insertion material 40 is formed in the frame material 2. The frame body 4 incorporating the frame body 4 a is coated with the surface material 3 in which the base material 30 and the decorative sheet 31 are laminated, and the side edge portion 3 a of the surface material 3 leaves the decorative sheet 31. The material 30 is cut off, and the side end 3 a is folded into the insertion groove 40.

As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the braided joinery 1 is formed into a substantially rectangular plate shape that is long in the vertical direction (vertical direction), and is attached to the inner side surface of the brazing material 2 framed in a substantially rectangular frame shape. An end plate 5 formed thinner than the thickness of the brazing material 2 is disposed. The end plate 5 is made of a transparent material having translucency, and examples thereof include a glass plate and an acrylic resin material.
The eaves member 2 is composed of an upper rail 20 disposed on the upper side, a lower rail 21 disposed on the lower side, and a pair of vertical rods 22 and 22 disposed on both the left and right sides.
The braided joinery 1 in the illustrated example shows what is constructed as a door panel for sliding doors, and a vertical handle 22 is provided with a concave handle 10.
In addition, the braided joinery 1 is not limited to this, It is good also as what is used as panel materials, such as a doorplate which comprises a folding door, an opening / closing door, and a furniture material. Further, the configuration of the eaves member 2 is not limited to this, and may be configured by a pair of vertical rods without an upper beam and a lower beam.

The pair of vertical rods 22 and 22 and the upper beam 20 and the lower beam 21 are joined to each other, and a plurality of protruding hozos (not shown) are formed at the joint portion between the upper beam 20 and the lower beam 21 of the vertical beam 22. ) Is formed. Correspondingly, a plurality of side holes (not shown) are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the upper rail 20 and the lower rail 21.
The frame 4 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 shows a frame used as the upper crosspiece 20 or the lower crosspiece 21, and here, a state before the side holes are formed is illustrated.

The saddle material 2 is composed of a frame body 4 and a surface material 3 covering the frame body 4, and the frame body 4 includes a plurality of core members 4 a, processed into a substantially prismatic shape as shown in FIG. The frame body is a so-called flash structure formed by 4b and 4c. Here, of the core materials 4a, 4b, and 4c, the core material in which the insertion groove 40 into which the end plate 5 is inserted is formed 4a, and the core material arranged perpendicular to the core material 4a is 4b. A core material that is arranged in parallel with the core material 4a in which the insertion groove 40 is formed and in which the insertion groove 40 is not formed is referred to as 4c.
The space 41 (see FIG. 3A) formed by these core members 4a, 4b, and 4c may be hollow as shown in the figure, or may be formed from an assembly of a number of hollow cylindrical cells that open in the thickness direction. It is good also as what arrange | positions the core material etc. which become.
Further, as the core members 4a, 4b, and 4c, for example, those made of a wood laminate such as LVL (single plate laminate), a wood fiber board such as particle board or MDF (medium density fiber board), etc. are used. be able to.

The surface material 3 that covers the frame body 4 is made of a wood fiber board such as MDF as a base material 30, and a decorative sheet 31 is laminated on the surface thereof so as to be integrally bonded. The thickness of the surface material 3 can be set as appropriate, but may be, for example, about 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm.
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the base material 30 is scraped off at the side end 3 a of the surface material 3 so as to leave the decorative sheet 31. And this side edge part 3a is shaved until it becomes thin-skin shape so that it may be easy to fold into the insertion groove 40 formed in the frame 4 (in the example of FIG. 3A, crosspiece 4a).
The method for cutting the side end 3a is not particularly limited. For example, a cutting tool such as an electric trimmer, router, or disk sander may be used in addition to cutting with a flat blade.
As the decorative sheet 31, a synthetic resin film having various patterns such as a wood grain pattern can be used, and the decorative sheet 31 may have antifouling properties, light resistance, water repellency, and the like.

On the back surface side of the base material 30, a plurality of folding grooves 3 b for bending are formed in parallel at positions corresponding to the corner portions 42 of the frame body 4. The bent groove 3b is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 2A and the like, for example, from the back side so that the decorative sheet 31 serving as the surface layer of the surface material 3 remains. You may make it form by cutting with cutting tools, such as a router.
The surface material 3 may be attached to the front surface, the back surface, and the side surface of the frame body 4 separately. However, as shown in the figure, a plurality of bent grooves 3b are formed on a single surface material 3 to form a frame. If the frame 4 is to be covered, it is possible to form the eaves 2 made of the top member 20 and the like having a beautiful surface without a joint between the surface member 3 and the surface member 3.
In the present embodiment, the bent groove 3b is illustrated in which the groove bottom angle is substantially a right angle corresponding to the shape of the corner portion 42 of the frame body 4 having a substantially rectangular cross section. When a chamfered portion such as a C chamfered shape or an R chamfered shape is formed at the corner portion 42 of the frame body 4, the number and the groove-shaped bent grooves corresponding to the shape may be provided. Good.

Next, an example of a manufacturing process of the braided joinery 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the base material 30 is cut into a predetermined size in accordance with the dimensions of the framed frame body 4, and a decorative sheet 31 is laminated and pasted on the surface side of the base material 30 to produce the surface material 3. The folding groove 3b is cut at a position corresponding to the corner portion 42 of the frame 4 on the base material 30 side of the surface material 3, that is, the back surface side of the surface material 3. And the base material 30 is shaved so that the decorative sheet 31 may be left in the side edge part 3a of the surface material 3 (refer FIG.2 (b)).

On the other hand, the frame 4 is formed by framing the core members 4a, 4b, and 4c (see FIG. 3A). A total of four frame bodies 4 are prepared for the upper rail 20, the lower rail 21, and the pair of vertical rods 22. And the insertion groove | channel 40 for inserting the end plate 5 in the core material 4a of each frame 4 is cut | disconnected (refer Fig.3 (a)).
The surface material 3 is covered and bonded to the respective frames 4 in which the insertion grooves 40 are formed in advance (see FIGS. 2B and 2C). At this time, for example, in the example shown in FIG. 2B, the core material 4c in which the insertion groove 40 is not formed is formed at a substantially central position among the plurality of bent grooves 3b formed in the surface material 3. It is placed between the two bent grooves 3b. When the surface material 3 is bent along the bending groove 3a and both side surfaces of the frame body 4 are covered with the surface material 3, the side end portion 3a of the surface material 3 comes to the position where the insertion groove 40 is formed. The side end portion 3a is folded into the insertion groove 40 (see FIG. 3B). Here, the side end portion 3a is folded so as to cover the inner side surface 40a of the insertion groove 40, and the folded portion may be bonded to the inner side surface 40a. May be.

After the upper crosspiece 20, the lower crosspiece 21 and the pair of vertical eaves 22 are respectively manufactured in such a process, a tenon hole or a eaves is formed at a predetermined position, and a handle 10 is formed at a predetermined position of the vertical eaves 22. If the end plate 5 is sequentially inserted into the insertion groove 40 (FIG. 1 (b)), the upper frame 20 and the vertical beam 22 or the lower beam 21 and the vertical beam 22 are joined together to form the frame material 2. The braided fitting 1 shown to 1 (a) can be obtained.
In addition, the above-mentioned manufacturing process is an example, and is not limited to this procedure. Needless to say, the bonding process may be performed using a press device or the like.
In addition, the adhesive used for bonding here may be various water-based adhesives, emulsion adhesives, and the like, for example, vinyl acetate-based adhesives and rubber latex-based emulsion adhesives.

According to this embodiment, the side end portion 3a of the surface material 3 from which the base material 30 has been cut so as to leave the decorative sheet 31 is folded into the insertion groove 40, and the inner side surface 40a of the insertion groove 40 is connected to the side end. It can be covered with the part 3a. That is, since the inner surface 40a of the insertion groove 40 is covered with the decorative sheet 31 when the end plate 5 having translucency is inserted into the insertion groove 40, the inner surface 40a of the cut insertion groove 40 is processed. Can be seen through the end plate 5 and can be made the braided fitting 1 with good appearance of the insertion groove 40. Moreover, even if there are many variations of the braided joinery as in the prior art, it is not necessary to prepare a large number of paints according to the color and pattern of the decorative sheet 31, so the burden of raw material costs can be reduced.
In addition, the process of painting the inside of the insertion groove 40 can be omitted, and since the paint drying process is eliminated, the work time is shortened, and the process of forming the frame 4 and the insertion groove 40 is the process of forming the surface material 3. It is possible to proceed on a separate line. Therefore, the work efficiency can be improved and the productivity of the braided joinery can be improved.

In addition, there exists what coat | covers and adhere | attaches the base material with which the decorative sheet is not laminated | stacked on the frame, and coat | covers a decorative sheet separately after that, and covers the inner surface of an insertion groove with a decorative sheet. However, in this case, since the decorative sheet must be adhered to each surface of the base material later, it is difficult to improve the finish because it is likely to cause uneven sticking, and the work is troublesome. However, according to the present embodiment, since the decorative sheet 31 is attached to the base material 30 and integrated, the side end portion 3a is shaved, so that the above-described uneven sticking hardly occurs. Moreover, since there is no trouble of sticking the decorative sheet 31 on each side, the work efficiency is good and the braided joinery 1 having a beautiful finish can be obtained.
Moreover, the structures and structures of the braided joinery 1, the surface material 3, the frame body 4 and the like are examples, and are not limited to the above-described examples and illustrations.
