Description

The present invention is a decorative sheet for doors such as hinged doors, sliding doors and folding doors, or a decorative sheet for doors such as storage furniture, entrance storage, and kitchen furniture, or a decorative sheet for interior walls, interior flooring, etc. It relates to the manufacturing method.

Conventionally, monochromatic patterns and abstract patterns have been designed as decorative materials used for surface decorative plates for surface doors such as joinery doors, storage furniture, and kitchen furniture, or surface decorative plates such as interior wall materials and interior flooring materials. In addition to resin decorative panels and decorative sheets with decorative paper, decorative materials with a grain design such as veneer and veneer made of natural famous wood, synthetic resin decorative sheets and decorative paper printed with natural fine wood grain, etc. A decorative board having a surface attached to the surface has been often used.

That is, even in the case of a wood grain design pattern, in addition to a decorative board made by sticking a natural veneer veneer or veneer, a wood grain pattern is printed on the surface of a synthetic resin sheet or paper such as thin paper. There are a wide variety of decorative panels such as a decorative sheet with a resin decorative sheet and a decorative sheet with a decorative paper, which are appropriately selected from the application, cost, and the like.

As for the wood grain, various wood grain has been used according to its purpose because it is a natural grain such as a plank, a memorial, a birch, and an oak.

The mainstream is a decorative board with a longitudinal design in which the longitudinal direction of the decorative board and the grain direction (wood fiber direction) are substantially parallel, but the longitudinal direction of the decorative board and the grain direction (wood fiber direction) are also the mainstream. A decorative board with a substantially right-angled horizontal design was often used depending on the intended design.

Moreover, in the case of the braid door described below, a design in which the wood grain is substantially orthogonal to the vertical wall and the horizontal wall is necessary, but conventionally, only the vertical grain member was used. That is, for example, in the case of a fence door using a grain pattern, the vertical fence uses a vertical grain member in the vertical direction, and in the case of a horizontal fence, if the vertical grain member is used in the horizontal direction, the horizontal grain If it becomes a design, a vertical fence and a horizontal fence are assembled, and a mirror plate is attached to the opening, then the assembled door is completed.

In this way, even in the case of a awning door, only the members of the vertical wood were used. In other words, vertical warp processing method (processing method in which the left and right edges of the horizontal bar are in contact with the upper and lower ends of the vertical bar) ) Or a fastening process method (a process method in which both ends of the vertical and horizontal planes are cut at 45 degrees and the cut surfaces are brought into contact with each other), and the connection points are produced by jointing with wooden dowels or the like. However, the vertical grain was made to appear with the vertical gutter, and the horizontal grain was made to appear by using a horizontal gutter made of the same vertical grain design in the horizontal direction. In particular, in the vertical gutter and horizontal gutter design of the glazed door, a straight gutter as much as possible has been used.

In addition, a wood thin plate having an annual ring grain produced by cutting the end of the wood is prepared, and a sheet-like inlay material made of leaves is attached to the thin plate with an acrylic adhesive or the like, and a gold inlaid pattern is formed. There is a description of a method for manufacturing an inlaying decorative body using a mold and pressing the pasted inlaying material in the direction of the wood fiber of the wood thin plate to embed the inlaying material in the mouth of the wood thin plate. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

JP-A-7-314996 (page 1-5, FIG. 1-4).

Also, prepare a base sheet with different materials, colors, patterns, etc., cut the base base sheet by mechanical cutting, and provide an opening, the other base having the same shape and dimensions as the opening. There is a description of an inlay decorative material by inlaying with no step produced by cutting out a sheet, producing an inlaying die mold, and fitting the inlaying die mold into the opening without any gap. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2).

JP-A-10-217416 (page 1-7, FIG. 1-13).

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, as a surface decorative material such as joinery doors, furniture doors, wall materials, flooring materials, etc., a decorative sheet printed with a monochromatic pattern or an abstract design pattern is attached to the surface of a wooden substrate. In the case of a decorative board with a resin decorative sheet and a decorative board with a decorative paper, a user who prefers a design of a natural wood grain pattern is not satisfactory, and a decorative board having a wood grain design is desired.

In addition, even in the case of a wood grain design pattern, in addition to a decorative board made by sticking a natural veneer veneer or veneer, a wood grain pattern is printed on the surface of a synthetic resin sheet or paper such as thin paper. There are a wide variety of decorative boards such as decorative sheets with decorative resin sheets and decorative sheets with decorative paper made by preparing resin decorative sheets and decorative papers that have been finished and sticking them to the surface of a wooden substrate. However, in the case of a decorative board made only of vertical grain or a decorative board made only of horizontal grain, the design tends to be relatively simple, which is unsatisfactory for users who desire a high design.

In other words, it is desirable to obtain inexpensively doors, wall materials, flooring materials, etc. that use highly decorative decorative boards such as design decorative boards that have a design pattern in which vertical and horizontal grain are arranged in a well-balanced manner. It was.

As described above, as a method of producing a design decorative board with a wood grain pattern in which the vertical grain and the horizontal grain are arranged in a well-balanced manner according to the design pattern having a predetermined shape and dimension, the design is improved as follows. It was produced by such a method.

In other words, if the decorative material is a veneer or veneer made of natural wood, prepare the required number of solid wood blocks with a predetermined shape and dimensions according to the design pattern to be produced, and laminate and bond them in a parquet method . At this time, a moisture-curing urethane resin adhesive is used as the adhesive. After press-curing for 1 to 2 days at room temperature, it was taken out from the laminating press and sliced into a very thin plate having a thickness of about 0.2 to 1.0 mm with a slicer to produce a high-design design veneer.

However, in the above-mentioned laminated slicing method, the wood fiber direction of the wood block and the cutting direction of the slicer blade need to be in the normal direction at the time of slicing, and conversely even one wood block in the reverse eye direction is mixed by mistake. In the case of stacking, the protruding plate at that location was often damaged by the reverse eye in the slicing step. For this reason, there is a problem that the product yield is lowered, the product quality is lowered, and the cost is high.

It is difficult in terms of manufacturing technology, and depending on the wood tree species, there are some that are prone to reverse stitching and difficult to laminate slices, and the range of tree species that can be used is limited. Furthermore, a very fine pattern has a problem that it is extremely difficult to cut a wood block into a predetermined shape, so that the design and pattern are limited.

In addition, when the decorative material is a resin decorative sheet with wood grain printing or decorative paper with wood grain printing, it is considered that a printing plate configuration is prepared and printed according to such a design pattern in advance. In such a method, since the decorative sheet is simply stuck on the surface of the wooden substrate, it can be manufactured very easily.

However, even if it is a design pattern in which the vertical grain and the horizontal grain are arranged in a balanced manner as the wood grain pattern, the printing plate is precisely how it is printed at the place where the vertical grain and the horizontal grain face each other. Even if it is configured, the feeling that the printed wood grain is being faced is not wiped out.

Therefore, if the decorative material is a natural wood veneer with a high design design decorative board that has a wood grain design and is obtained by arranging vertical and horizontal wood according to a predetermined design pattern, i.e. Therefore, there has been a demand for an inexpensive manufacturing method that is easy in terms of manufacturing technology and has no restrictions on the color pattern, design, or pattern of the grain used, which does not cause reverse stitching, has a high product yield, is excellent in quality.

Furthermore, when the decorative material is a resin decorative sheet subjected to wood grain printing or decorative paper subjected to wood grain printing, the printed wood grain is abutted at the location where the vertical grain and the transverse grain are abutted. It is not a sensation, it has a real feeling, it has a high product yield, excellent quality, and there are few restrictions on the color pattern, design and pattern of the grain used. It was.

In addition, in the case of a braided door, three types of members are prepared in total: two vertical rod members made of vertical wood, two horizontal rod members made of vertical wood, and one end plate used for the central part of the door. The doors were produced by bracing the two pieces together or by fastening. For this reason, the manufacturing process is complicated, the number of members increases, and the manufacturing cost is high. Not only that, but there is a problem that distortion or breakage occurs at the connecting part of the kite during long-term use unless the connection is fixed firmly at the connecting part of the vertical kite and the horizontal kite.

That is, there has been a demand for an inexpensive manufacturing method that is excellent in long-term durability and is a method for manufacturing a decorative panel for doors having a wooden design having a wood grain design.

Further, in the case of a decorative board made of an inlaid decorative body described in JP-A-7-314996, an inlaying is performed using a mold in which an inlaying material is pasted with an adhesive on a thin plate made of a wood end and formed with an inlaying pattern. The method of embedding the inlay material by pressing the material in the direction of the wood fiber of the wood sheet increases the cost of the mold, and because the mold is used, it is not compatible with small lot production of other varieties or custom production, and further manufacturing The work process is complicated and the work efficiency is low, and there is a possibility that the thin plate of the wood end face may be damaged when pressing the inlaying material, the product yield is poor, and the product is expensive.

Further, in the case of the inlay decorative material described in JP-A-10-217416, a base sheet having different materials, colors, patterns, etc. is prepared, and a part of the base sheet is cut out by mechanical cutting. The other base sheet having the same shape and dimensions as the opening is cut out to produce an inlaying element mold, and the inlaying element mold is fitted into the opening without any gaps, so that the manufacturing process is complicated. There are problems such as many man-hours, inferior manufacturing workability, and high cost.

Thus, there has been a demand for a manufacturing method of a high-design design decorative board having a wood grain design, which is excellent in manufacturing workability, excellent in product yield and quality, and inexpensive.

An object of the present invention is a method for producing a highly-designed decorative decorative board having a wood grain design, which is used for a design decorative board and a wooden design door that show a design pattern in which vertical and horizontal grain are arranged in a balanced manner. Highly decorative decorative boards made of vertical and horizontal wood with excellent quality, long-term durability, product yield, and manufacturing workability can be easily manufactured with assembled decorative boards, inlaid decorative boards with inlaid design, and daylighting decorative boards. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative board that can be used for small lot production and custom production at low cost.

An adhesive S for adhering the decorative material 3 is applied to the surface side of the wooden substrate 2, and the decorative material 3 of the present invention is applied thereon. The decorative material 3 constituting the non-lighting type decorative board 1a of the present invention is divided into a plurality of units U, and the decorative material unit U is arranged at a predetermined position to display a non-lighting type design pattern as a whole. I'm out.

Examples of suitable wood base material 2 include plywood, medium specific gravity fiber board, particle board, LVL (single plate laminate), OSB (oriented strand board), laminated material, and hard board. Among these, a plywood and a medium specific gravity fiber board are most suitable in consideration of performance, ease of manufacture, availability of materials, cost, and the like. The thickness of the material varies from about 3 mm for the thinner one to about 30 mm for the thicker one depending on the purpose of use. However, it is not limited to these. Of these, the decorative plate is most preferably about 3 mm to 15 mm.

As the decorative material 3, a veneer or veneer of a natural name wood having a thickness of about 0.2 mm to about 3 mm can be exemplified as one suitable one, but the thickness is not limited to this. In addition, a resin decorative sheet having a grain pattern in which a natural grain is printed on a vinyl chloride resin sheet or an olefin resin sheet having a thickness of about 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm can be exemplified as a preferable example. The thickness is not limited to these. In addition to this, a decorative paper having a grain pattern in which the grain of a natural name tree is printed on thin paper can be exemplified as a suitable one.

As the wood grain pattern, various patterns such as a grain pattern, a plate pattern, a memorial pattern, a collar pattern, or a combination of these patterns are conceivable. Any wood grain pattern may be used. However, among these grain patterns, a square pattern or a highly designed board pattern is suitable. The high-design board pattern as used herein refers to a wood grain pattern in which a narrow board is in the middle and the squares are naturally expressed on both sides. This example will be described in detail by taking a grid pattern as an example.

As the adhesive S for decorative material, in the case of natural wood veneer or decorative paper, a urea resin adhesive, a melamine resin adhesive, a urea melamine cocondensation resin adhesive, a vinyl acetate resin adhesive, These blend type adhesives can be exemplified as suitable ones. In addition to these, acrylic resin-based adhesives, urethane resin-based adhesives, and the like can be exemplified as suitable ones. Moreover, in the case of a vinyl chloride resin decorative sheet, an olefin resin decorative sheet, etc., a vinyl acetate resin-type adhesive, other vinyl resin-type adhesives, etc. can be illustrated as a suitable thing. Of course, other adhesives may be used. It is necessary to adopt an adhesive condition suitable for each adhesive.

First, the grain design pattern of the non-lighting type decorative board 1a to be produced is designed and determined. In this case, a wood grain design is used, and in this example, an example of a wood pattern is described. Furthermore, the non-lighting type decorative board 1a according to the present invention is not a single-direction in which the wood grain direction P of the wood grain pattern is a vertical or horizontal direction as in a conventional decorative board. However, they are arranged in a well-balanced manner so that a design pattern appears as a whole.

The decorative material 3 of the present invention has a configuration in which a design pattern appears by arranging a plurality of units U at predetermined positions on the wood substrate 2. The decorative material unit U has three types, a vertical grain unit U1, a transverse grain unit U2, and a square unit U3. The vertical grain unit U1 is a unit in which the longitudinal direction of the unit U and the grain direction P are substantially parallel. Further, the transverse grain unit U2 is a unit in which the longitudinal direction of the unit U and the grain direction P are substantially perpendicular. Moreover, the square unit U3 means that the shape of the unit U itself is a square.

The non-lighting type decorative board 1a of the present invention is composed of any one or more of the decorative material units U, that is, the vertical grain unit U1, the horizontal grain unit U2, and the square unit U3. In the example of FIG. 1, it is comprised from two types, the vertical grain unit U1 and the horizontal grain unit U2. Further, in the non-lighting type decorative board 1a of the present invention, each unit U is arranged so that the angle formed by the adjacent wood grains is substantially a right angle at at least one place where the units U are adjacent to each other. A design pattern consisting of vertical and horizontal grain appears. That is, they are arranged and configured such that the angles formed by the grain directions P of adjacent units U are substantially perpendicular.

When configured with one type of vertical grain unit U1, although not shown, the vertical grain unit U1 is arranged in the vertical direction, the grain direction P is set to the vertical, and the other vertical grain unit U1 is arranged in the horizontal direction to set the grain direction. In this way, a design pattern composed of vertical and horizontal grain can be formed only by the vertical grain unit U1. The same applies to the case of only the cross grain unit U2.

In the case where only the square unit U3 is used, the grain direction P between adjacent square units U3 may be arranged so as to be substantially perpendicular to the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. However, among the vertical grain unit U1, the lateral grain unit U2, and the square unit U3, the arrangement of as many types of units U as possible allows a greater variety of design pattern variations.

The manufacturing method of the non-lighting type decorative board 1a of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. First, the first and second embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 2, the unit production process of the first and second embodiments will be described. First, materials such as the wooden substrate 2, the decorative material 3, and the adhesive S are prepared in advance, and a predetermined design pattern is designed. The decorative material 3 is divided into a plurality of decorative material units U according to the design pattern. At this time, when the divided cosmetic material units U are assembled and combined and arranged, they are cut into a predetermined shape and size so as to form a predetermined design pattern. At this time, the vertical grain unit U1 in which the longitudinal direction and the grain direction are substantially parallel, the transverse grain unit U2 in which the longitudinal direction and the grain direction are substantially perpendicular, and one or more of the square units U3 are configured. A necessary cosmetic material unit U is prepared.

In FIG. 3, the unit combination process of 1st, 2nd embodiment is described. Each cosmetic material unit U obtained by cutting into a predetermined shape and size in the previous process is sorted into one of a vertical grain unit U1, a transverse grain unit U2, and a square unit U3. Subsequently, at least one or more types of decorative material units U selected from the vertical grain unit U1, the transverse grain unit U2, and the square unit U3 are arranged in combination, and a design pattern as a whole is revealed and configured. . Furthermore, when at least any one of the vertical grain unit U1, the transverse grain unit U2, and the square unit U3 of each adjacent decorative material unit U is disposed at a predetermined position on the surface of the wooden substrate 2, Pay attention to the arrangement of each cosmetic material unit U so that the angle formed by the adjacent wood grain directions P is substantially a right angle at at least one of the locations where the decorative material units U are adjacent to each other.

At this time, in 1st embodiment of this invention, the adhesive agent S is beforehand apply | coated to the wooden base material 2 surface, and each cosmetic material unit U is followed on the wooden base material 2 with an adhesive according to a predetermined design pattern. Arrange in combination. Then, it sticks with a hot press or normal temperature press.

In FIG. 4, the mechanism process of the cosmetic material in 2nd embodiment of this invention is described. In the second embodiment of the present invention, as described in detail below, before adhering the decorative material unit U to the surface of the wooden substrate 2, each decorative material unit U is subjected to a predetermined design pattern in the previous step. It arrange | positions, it is fixed with a tape etc., the mechanism cosmetics 4 is produced, and it is affixed on the wooden base material 2. FIG.

As described above, each cosmetic material unit U arranged and combined at a predetermined position according to the design pattern designed for each cosmetic material unit U in the previous process is fixed in a structured manner. That is, paying attention to the mutual arrangement position of each decorative material unit U, each decorative material unit U is fixed by the unit fixing means T, and the structured decorative material 4 having a predetermined pattern is produced. At this time, as the unit fixing means T to be used, an adhesive tape, a hot-melt adhesive, or the like can be exemplified as a suitable one. Adhesive tape is selected so that it has a relatively low adhesive strength to the extent that it can be removed by polishing before surface coating after the structural decorative material 4 is adhered to the surface of the wooden substrate 2, and after the surface polishing, the adhesive tape remains. Care must be taken not to. A suitable example is an adhesive tape based on thin paper. Similar attention should be paid to hot melt adhesives.

In FIG. 5, the sticking process of 1st, 2nd embodiment is described. In 1st embodiment, each cosmetic material unit U produced at the previous process is stuck on the surface of the wood base material 2 with an adhesive directly according to the design pattern. Moreover, in 2nd embodiment, the mechanism cosmetics 4 produced beforehand before the sticking process are stuck on the surface of a wooden base material with the adhesive agent S. FIG. The materials such as the wooden substrate 2 and the adhesive S used are as described above. Adhering by hot pressing or normal temperature pressing. The bonding conditions vary depending on the type of the decorative material 3 and the adhesive S. Select a condition that suits each. Thereafter, a surface finish coating film 5 is provided on the surface as necessary. Furthermore, a joining latching | locking part (not shown) is processed into the side face end of the non-lighting type decorative board 1a as needed. 1st and 2nd embodiment of the manufacturing method of the non-lighting type decorative board 1a is performed according to the above each process.

6 and 7, a third embodiment of the method for manufacturing the non-lighting type decorative board 1a will be described.

In FIG. 6, the rough unit manufacturing process will be described. First, materials such as the wooden base material 2, the decorative material 3, and the adhesive S are prepared in advance, and a predetermined design pattern is designed. The decorative material 3 is divided into a plurality of decorative material units U according to the design pattern. At this time, the decorative material 3 is cut into a large shape and size obtained by adding a margin M (excess cutting allowance) to a predetermined shape and size to produce a plurality of coarse units R. That is, it cuts into a larger shape and size obtained by adding a margin M (cutting margin portion) to a predetermined shape and size across a predetermined cutting line L of the decorative material unit U. Subsequently, the coarse unit R of each cut decorative material is sorted by type. That is, the coarse grain unit R is classified into any one of the vertical grain coarse unit R1 in which the longitudinal direction and the grain direction P are substantially parallel, the horizontal grain coarse unit R2 in which the longitudinal direction and the grain direction P are substantially perpendicular, and the square coarse unit R3. .

In FIGS. 7A and 7B, the overlapping bonding process in the third embodiment will be described. The adhesive S is applied to the surface of the wooden substrate 2 in the previous step. Next, the adhesive S is applied to at least one kind of coarse unit R selected from the plurality of vertical grain coarse units R1, horizontal grain coarse units R2, and square coarse units R3 prepared in the previous step. On the surface of the wood substrate 2, the respective margins M are overlapped and arranged according to a predetermined design pattern, so that the overall design pattern appears. At this time, at least one of the longitudinal grain unit R1, the transverse grain unit R2, and the square coarse unit R3 of each of the adjacent coarse units R of the decorative material is disposed at a predetermined position on the surface of the wooden substrate 2. When the rough units R of the decorative materials are arranged, the coarse units R of the decorative materials R are arranged so that the angles formed by the adjacent wood grain directions P are at substantially right angles at at least one place where the rough units R of the decorative materials are adjacent to each other. Be careful.

In this way, an overlapping portion K of the coarse units R of the respective decorative materials is provided. In this state, each coarse unit R is temporarily bonded to the surface of the wooden substrate 2. Then, it cut | disconnects to the unit U of a predetermined | prescribed shape and a dimension within the range of the overlapping part K of each adjacent rough unit R, and the excess makeup | decoration edge material of the overlapping part K is removed. Each unit U is attached to the surface of the wooden substrate 2 via the adhesive S. The simplest and most accurate method for cutting the decorative material at the margin M is manual cutting using a ruler and a cutter blade. However, in order to increase the machining efficiency, it is preferable to use an NC router or a cutting machine controlled by a computer program.

The decorative material 3 is attached by hot pressing adhesion or normal temperature pressing adhesion. 3rd embodiment of the manufacturing method of the non-lighting type decorative board 1a is performed according to the above each process. The wooden base material 2, the decorative material 3, the adhesive agent S, etc. used are as described above.

In FIG. 8, the daylighting type decorative board 1b of the present invention will be described. An adhesive S for adhering the decorative material 3 is applied to the surface side of the wooden substrate 2, and the decorative material 3 of the present invention is applied thereon. The decorative material 3 constituting the daylighting type decorative board 1b of the present invention includes at least one decorative material unit U selected from the vertical wood unit U1, the horizontal wood unit U2, and the square unit U3, and And at least one translucent plate 6. At least one of the vertical grain unit U1, the transverse grain unit U2, and the square unit U3 is arranged at a predetermined position with at least one of the decorative material unit U and the translucent plate 6, and as a whole, a lighting type design pattern And the daylighting type decorative board 1b of the present invention is constructed.

Therefore, except the translucent board 6, it is the same as that of the non-lighting type decorative board 1a. That is, a longitudinal grain unit U1 in which the longitudinal direction and the grain direction P are substantially parallel, a transverse grain unit U2 in which the longitudinal direction and the grain direction P are substantially perpendicular, and a square unit U3 in which the shape of the unit U itself is a square. Of these, at least one type of decorative material unit U and the translucent plate 6 constitute the decorative material 3.

The wooden substrate 2 may be the same as the non-lighting type decorative board 1a. Moreover, the adhesive agent S for sticking each cosmetic material unit U except the translucent board 6 may be the same.

As the translucent plate 6, for example, a colored transparent or colorless transparent acrylic resin molded body, a colored translucent or colorless translucent acrylic resin molded body, a colored transparent or colorless transparent glass body, a colored translucent or colorless translucent A vitreous body etc. can be illustrated as a suitable thing. In addition, a colored or colorless translucent ABS resin molded body, a polyester resin molded body, a hard PVC resin molded body, a polycarbonate resin molded body, and the like can be exemplified as suitable ones.

As an example of a door, a daylighting door using a daylighting type decorative board 1b will be described in detail. First, it is set as the structure which attached the translucent board 6 to the predetermined position of the non-lighting type door produced using the non-lighting type decorative board 1a. First, two non-lighting type decorative plates 1a are prepared for the front and back surfaces of the door. The manufacturing method at this time is as described above. On the other hand, a flash cored material (not shown) is produced as a door cored material. Of course, the core material may be a solid core material instead of the flash core material.

A non-lighting type decorative board 1a is attached to both the front and back surfaces of the flash-structured core structure or the solid structure core material to produce a non-lighting type door. Next, an opening (not shown) is provided in the door at a location where the translucent plate 6 is to be attached. A translucent plate 6 is attached to the opening to complete the daylighting door.

In the case of a flash structure core material, it is necessary to always provide a core material at the periphery of the opening. Such attention is not necessary in the case of a solid core material.

The method of attaching the translucent plate 6 to the opening of the door includes a method of fixing the translucent plate 6 with an adhesive, or providing a frame for attaching the translucent plate on the periphery of the opening, and attaching and locking the translucent plate 6 to the frame. is there. The attachment method is determined in consideration of the finish, design, attachment workability, manufacturing cost, and the like after the light-transmitting plate 6 is attached. This completes the daylighting type decorative board 1b.
