Abstract

Description
1.複数のSTAを有する無線(ワイヤレス)通信システムにおいてスマートアンテナを用いて測定を行なう方法であって、該方法は、測定要求を第1のSTAから第2のSTAに送信するステップと、少なくとも2つの測定パケットを第2のSTAから第1のSTAに連続的にまたは同時に送信するステップと、各測定パケットを異なるアンテナビームを使用して第1のSTAにおいて受信するステップと、各測定パケットについて第1のSTAにおいて測定を実行するステップと、測定結果に基づいてアンテナビーム方向を第1のSTAにおいて選択するステップと、を含むことを特徴としている。
Claims (3)
- 無線通信用のアンテナ選択のための方法であって、
前記方法は、
アンテナ選択手順を開始するステップと、
二つの測定パケットを連続的に受け取るステップと、
各パケットについて異なるアンテナを使用するステップと、
前記二つの測定パケットのそれぞれを測定するステップと、
前記二つの測定パケットのそれぞれを測定する前記ステップに基づいてアンテナを選択するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - アンテナ選択手順を開始する前記ステップは、多数の測定パケットを要求するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 二つの測定パケットを受け取る前記ステップは、前記二つの測定パケットのそれぞれを受け取る間にフレーム間隔の間待つステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
