前記上アーム用トランジスタおよび下アーム用トランジスタの少なくとも一方を電流制限をかけながら前記上アーム用トランジスタおよび下アーム用トランジスタを同時にオンして前記上アーム用トランジスタおよび下アーム用トランジスタを通して前記コンデンサの電荷を放電すると共に、前記温度検出手段により検出した前記電流制限をかけたトランジスタの温度が規定値に達すると、当該トランジスタをオフする制御手段と、
