Abstract

Claims (10)
- 供用中のガスタービン(10)の性能を監視するシステム(20)であって、
a.比較ガスタービンからのパラメータ情報のデータベース(26)を収容するメモリ要素と、
b.前記供用中のガスタービン(10)からのパラメータ情報を包含するユニットデータ信号(30)と、前記供用中のガスタービン(10)のリスク値を包含するリスク信号(32)とを生成する入力装置(34)と、
c.前記メモリ要素及び前記入力装置(34)と通信し、前記ユニットデータ信号(30)を前記比較ガスタービンからのパラメータ情報のデータベース(26)に組み込み、前記供用中のガスタービン(10)のパラメータ情報を提案し、前記供用中のガスタービン(10)の提案されたパラメータ情報が所定のパラメータ限界に達する条件付きリスクを算出するプロセッサ(22)と、
前記プロセッサ(22)により生成され、補修又は保守スケジュール設定情報の少なくとも1つを含む出力信号(42)と、
を備えるシステム(20)。 - 比較ガスタービンからのパラメータ情報を含む、前記データベース(26)と前記プロセッサ(22)との間のフリートモデル信号(24)を更に備える、
請求項1に記載のシステム(20)。 - 前記比較ガスタービンからのパラメータ情報のデータベース(26)が、前記比較ガスタービンの運転、補修、又は保守のうちの少なくとも1つを反映したデータを含む、
請求項1又は2の何れかに記載のシステム(20)。 - 前記ユニットデータ信号(30)が、前記供用中のガスタービン(10)の運転、補修、又は保守のうちの少なくとも1つを反映したデータを含む、
請求項1から3の何れかに記載のシステム(20)。 - 前記プロセッサ(22)が、前記条件付きリスクとリスク値との比較に基づいて前記出力信号(42)を生成する、
請求項1又は4の何れかに記載のシステム(20)。 - 前記出力信号(42)が、前記供用中のガスタービン(10)における構成要素の提案有効寿命を含む、
請求項1又は5の何れかに記載のシステム(20)。 - 供用中のガスタービン(10)の性能を監視する方法であって、
a.比較ガスタービンからのパラメータ情報を受け取る段階と、
b.前記供用中のガスタービン(10)からのパラメータ情報を前記比較ガスタービンからのパラメータ情報に加える段階と、
c.前記供用中のガスタービン(10)のパラメータ情報を提案する段階と、
d.前記供用中のガスタービン(10)の提案されたパラメータ情報が所定のパラメータ限界に達する条件付きリスクを算出する段階と、
e.前記条件付きリスクに基づいて前記供用中のガスタービン(10)の補修又は保守スケジュールの少なくとも1つを包含する出力信号(42)を生成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記条件付きリスクを所定リスク値と比較する段階を更に含む、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記条件付きリスクが前記所定リスク値よりも小さい場合に補修又は保守を遅延させる段階を更に含む、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記条件付きリスクが前記所定リスク値よりも小さくない場合に補修又は保守を早める段階を更に含む、
