Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture such as a ceiling downlight directly attached to a ceiling surface or the like.

。   To attach the shade that covers this body to the equipment body that is directly attached to the ceiling surface, it is possible to attach this shade to the equipment body by rotating it horizontally so that it touches the ceiling surface. The lighting fixture which can be performed is known as a prior art (for example, refer patent document 1).

In the lighting fixture according to this prior art, a pair of attachment units are provided in the fixture body. These mounting units include a cylindrical case, a bolt that is a shaft member that can be moved up and down in the case, a nut that is screwed to the lower end of the bolt that protrudes outside the case, and the bolt upward And a spring disposed between the head of the bolt and the inner bottom surface of the case. The shade has a configuration in which a mounting plate is attached to an opening at an upper portion thereof, and a pair of dharma holes are provided in the mounting plate.

Therefore, the nut is opposed to the large-diameter hole of the Dharma hole by pushing up the shade so that it hits the ceiling surface and rotating the shade while pushing the upper surface of the mounting plate against the lower surface of the nut and pushing up the bolt. At the same time, the nut can be passed through the large-diameter hole of the dharma hole by the biasing force of the spring, and the nut can be projected below the mounting plate. Then, the shade can be attached to the instrument body by rotating the shade in the horizontal direction until the end of the small-diameter hole of the dharma hole hits the bolt.

5)JP 2007-280680 A (paragraphs 0016-0025, FIGS. 1 to 5)

According to the prior art, as described above, a pair of attachment units consisting of a large number of parts are attached to the instrument body, and a pair of dharma holes for receiving these units are attached to the shade, Thus, the shade is attached to the instrument body. Therefore, there is a problem that the structure is complicated, the number of parts is large, and the cost is high.

Therefore, the objective of this invention is providing the lighting fixture which can attach an illumination cover with a simple structure to the installation board fixed to the ceiling side installation surface.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention of claim 1 is a substantially circular installation plate fixed to the installation surface on the ceiling side, and a plurality of sets of cover support means are integrally formed on the periphery. These supporting means are provided in the through groove, the upward projecting piece provided in the circumferential direction away from the groove and in contact with the ceiling side installation surface, and between the through groove and the projecting piece. The installation plate having a receiving plate portion, and an upward convex portion formed integrally with the receiving plate portion; and an illumination cover having an upper end opened and an upper end opening edge at least circular. A plurality of engaging projections that are hooked on the upper surface of the backing plate portion in a state of being positioned so as to be able to pass through the through groove vertically and sandwiched between the projecting piece and the upward projection. , Formed integrally with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end opening edge And an illumination cover that is attached to the installation plate by hooking the engaging projections to the receiving plate portion; and a lamp that is disposed inside the illumination cover and below the installation plate. It is characterized by.

In the present invention, the ceiling-side installation surface includes not only the indoor ceiling surface of the building but also the lower surface under the eaves, the lower surface of the shelf, etc. Therefore, the present invention is other than the ceiling downlight described in the embodiment. Applicable to direct-mounted lighting equipment. In this invention, the installation plate can be formed of synthetic resin or metal, and when the installation plate is made of a synthetic resin or metal molded product, the through groove, the projecting piece, and the upward convex portion are provided by the molding die, When the installation plate is a metal press-molded product, the through groove can be cut and provided by pressing, and the protruding piece can be cut and provided, and the upward convex portion can be provided by protruding. . In the present invention, the lighting cover can be suitably formed of a translucent synthetic resin, and the lower end thereof may be closed or opened. In the present invention, the peripheral wall portion that continues downward from the upper end opening edge of the lighting cover may be a cylinder having the same diameter as or different from the upper end opening edge, or may be a polygonal shape. In the present invention, an LED lamp using an LED as a light emitting element, an incandescent lamp, a fluorescent lamp, or the like can be used as the lamp.

In the lighting apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention, the installation plate is fixed to the ceiling-side installation surface, so that the height positions of the receiving plate portions can be aligned as each projecting piece hits the ceiling-side installation surface. Then, in a state where the lamp is disposed below the fixed installation plate, an illumination cover that covers the lamp can be attached to the installation plate by the following procedure.

That is, while pushing up the lighting cover until the upper end opening edge of the lighting cover hits the ceiling-side installation surface, each engaging projection of the lighting cover is passed upward through the through groove of the installation plate, and then each engaging projection Rotates the illumination cover in a direction to be placed on the upper surface of the receiving plate portion of the installation plate. Thereby, each engagement convex part is mounted on the upper surface of each receiving plate part in which the height positions are aligned as described above. Further, as the rotation of the illumination cover proceeds, the engaging convex portion gets over the upward convex portion and comes into contact with the protruding piece of the installation plate from the side. At the same time, the engaging projection is positioned by the projecting piece and the upward projecting portion, and the engaging projection is hooked on the upper surface of the receiving plate portion located between them. Mounted.

A plurality of cover support means provided on the installation plate for attaching the illumination cover to the installation plate in this way are formed by through grooves, projecting pieces, and upward convex portions, all of which are formed integrally with the installation plate. At the same time, a plurality of engaging projections provided on the lighting cover for the attachment are also formed integrally with the lighting cover. Therefore, a dedicated part for attaching the lighting cover to the installation plate is not required, the configuration is simple, and the cost can be reduced accordingly. As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the lighting cover can be attached to the installation plate fixed to the ceiling side installation surface with a simple configuration.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, in the downstream side in the rotation direction of the lighting cover, which is rotated when the through groove side portion of the receiving plate portion or the lighting cover is attached to the installation plate At least one of the lower surfaces of the end-side portions of the engaging projections located on the side is formed obliquely so that the upstream side in the rotational direction is low and the downstream side in the rotational direction is high Yes.

In this invention, since the inclined portion is provided in at least one of the receiving plate portion or the engaging convex portion, when the lighting cover is rotated after the engaging convex portion is passed upward in the through groove of the installation plate, The engaging convex portion is not caught on the edge of the receiving plate portion on the through groove side, and the engaging convex portion can be smoothly placed on the upper surface of the receiving plate portion. Therefore, the workability of attaching the lighting cover to the installation plate can be improved.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the invention, a plurality of upward stopper pieces are integrally provided on the peripheral portion of the installation plate, and each of the stopper pieces is positioned upstream in the rotation direction. It is characterized in that it forms an edge of each through groove.

According to the present invention, when the lighting cover having the engaging convex portion passed through the through groove is rotated, the engaging convex portion cannot get over the stopper piece that forms the edge of the through groove. Therefore, with this stopper piece, the rotation direction of the illumination cover can be regulated to an appropriate direction, and the illumination cover can be attached to the installation plate, and the illumination cover can be prevented from being attached to the installation plate in an incorrect state. .

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to third aspects, each of the receiving plate portions can be elastically deformed in the vertical direction, and each of the engaging convex portions is provided on the lighting cover. Each of the receiving plates elastically deformed is provided at a height position where the upper end opening edge is in contact with the upper surface of the receiving plate portion in contact with the ceiling-side installation surface and elastically deforms the receiving plate portion downward. The portion biases the lighting cover upward.

In this invention, since each receiving plate portion of the installation plate is elastically deformed and the illumination cover is biased upward in a state where the illumination cover is attached to the installation plate, the upper end opening edge of the illumination cover The portion is pressed against the ceiling side installation surface, and the adhesion of the lighting cover to the ceiling side installation surface can be improved. Therefore, a part of the light emitted from the lamp disposed inside the lighting cover to the inner peripheral surface side of the lighting cover can be prevented from leaking to the ceiling side installation surface.

According to the first aspect of the invention, there is an effect that the illumination cover can be attached to the installation plate fixed to the ceiling side installation surface with a simple configuration.

According to the invention of claim 2, in the invention of claim 1, there is an effect that the workability of attaching the lighting cover to the installation plate can be improved.

According to the invention of claim 3, in the invention of claim 1 or 2, the rotation direction of the illumination cover is further restricted to an appropriate direction, so that the illumination cover is attached to the installation plate in an incorrect state. There is an effect that it can be prevented.

According to the invention of claim 4, in the invention of claims 1 to 3, there is an effect that light leakage to the ceiling side installation surface can be further prevented.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, reference numeral 1 indicates a direct-mounted lighting fixture such as a ceiling downlight. The ceiling downlight 1 includes an installation plate 2, a chassis 11, a terminal block 15, a lamp socket 18, a lamp 21, a lighting cover 31, and the like. The installation plate 2 and the chassis 11 constitute an instrument body.

The installation plate 2 is made of, for example, a metal, specifically an iron plate. As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the outer shape of the installation plate 2 is substantially circular in plan view, although it has a plurality of through grooves 3 a to be described later on its peripheral portion. A plurality of, for example, four sets of cover support means 3 are integrally formed on the peripheral portion of the installation plate 2.

As shown in FIG. 6 and the like, each cover support means 3 includes a through groove 3a, a protruding piece 3b, and a receiving plate portion 3c.

The through groove 3 a is formed by a notch groove in which the peripheral portion of the installation plate 2 is cut out in a substantially L shape, and is open to the peripheral surface of the installation plate 2.

Each projecting piece 3b is in contact with a ceiling-side installation surface, for example, an indoor ceiling surface C (see FIG. 2) of the building, and a portion of the installation plate 2 excluding each projecting piece 3b and each stopper piece 4 and the like described below In order to be separated from the surface C by a predetermined distance, it is provided on the peripheral portion of the installation plate 2. That is, the protruding piece 3b is provided upward at a position away from the through groove 3a in the circumferential direction of the installation plate 2. The projecting piece 3b is formed of, for example, a cut-and-raised piece raised upward at the distant position. In addition, the code | symbol 3d in the figure has shown the partition groove | channel. The partition groove 3d is formed by a substantially L-shaped cutout groove opened on the peripheral surface of the installation plate 2, and a projecting piece 3b is provided at the edge of the partition groove 3d.

The receiving plate part 3c is formed in the peripheral area | region of the installation board 2 which occupied between the protrusion 3b and the partition groove | channel 3d, and the through groove | channel 3a. The through groove side portion 3ce of the receiving plate portion 3c is formed obliquely so as to become lower toward the through groove 3a side (see FIGS. 6 and 7). In other words, this rotation direction is based on the direction in which the illumination cover 31 is rotated when the illumination cover 31 described later is attached to the installation plate 2 (this direction is indicated by the arrow A in FIGS. 4 and 6). The through groove side portion 3ce is inclined so that the upstream side is low and the downstream side in the rotation direction is high.

The receiving plate portion 3c can be elastically deformed in the thickness direction. The receiving plate portion 3c is integrally formed with an upward convex portion 3f positioned between the through groove side portion 3ce and the protruding piece 3b. The protruding height of the upward convex portion 3f is lower than the protruding height of the protruding piece 3b. The upward convex portion 3f and the protruding piece 3b are separated by a distance substantially equal to the length orthogonal to the protruding width direction of the engaging convex portion 32 described later.

Further, a plurality of stopper pieces 4 forming the edge of the through groove 3 a are integrally provided in the peripheral portion of the installation plate 2. These stopper pieces 4 are formed of cut-and-raised pieces raised upward, and have an edge opposite to the through-groove side portion 3ce with the through-groove 3a interposed therebetween. The protruding height of each stopper piece 4 is equal to or lower than the protruding height of the protruding piece 3b.

A power line lead-in part 5a (see FIG. 2) made of, for example, a circular through hole is opened at the center of the installation plate 2, and a ring-shaped power bush 5b is fitted into the power line lead-in part 5a. Installed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the installation plate 2 is provided with a pair of screw projections 6 and 7 protruding above the installation plate 2 with the power line lead-in portion 5 a interposed therebetween. One screwing portion 6 has a substantially dart hole-shaped fixing hole 6a. The other screwing portion 7 has a pair of fixing holes 7a and 7b.

The installation plate 2 passes from the lower side through the fixing hole 6a to the ceiling surface C and a mounting screw (not shown) and one of the fixing holes 7a and 7b from the lower side of the installation plate 2 to the ceiling surface C. It is fixed to the ceiling surface C by another mounting screw (not shown) to be inserted. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of, for example, two spacers 8 projecting downward from the installation plate 2 are attached by fixing screws 9.

The chassis 11 is made of, for example, metal, specifically an iron plate. The chassis 11 is a flat disk having a smaller diameter than the installation plate 2. The chassis 11 is connected to the installation plate 2 via a spacer 8 and is disposed on the lower side of the installation plate 2 so as to face and separate from the installation plate 2. For this connection, a connection screw 13 (see FIG. 2) is screwed upward through the chassis 11 and into the lower end portion of the spacer 8.

By such connection, the chassis 11 is disposed substantially parallel to the installation plate 2. In this state, a space between the peripheral edge of the chassis 11 and the peripheral edge portion of the installation plate 2 is opened over the entire periphery of the instrument body including the installation plate 2, the chassis 11, and the spacer 8. Further, the central portion of the chassis 11 is closed without any holes.

The terminal block 15 is used for relaying a power line described later to the lamp 21. The terminal block 15 is in contact with the upper surface of the chassis 11 and is fixed to the chassis 11 with screws or the like, and is separated from the installation plate 2. The terminal block 15 is covered with the installation plate 2 and the chassis 11 on both sides in the thickness direction.

The fixing position of the terminal block 15 to the chassis 11 is deviated from the center of the chassis 11 facing the power line lead-in part 5 a of the installation plate 2. The terminal block 15 has a wire insertion hole 16 opened on its side surface. The electric wire insertion hole 16 is inserted with a core wire of a power supply line made of an insulation-coated electric wire drawn through the power supply bush 5 b and between the installation plate 2 and the chassis 11. The terminal block 15 has a built-in quick connection terminal (not shown) for electrically and mechanically connecting a power line inserted into the wire insertion hole 16.

The lamp socket 18 is fixed to the lower surface of the chassis 11 using screws (not shown). The lamp socket 18 has a G53-type base 19 (see FIG. 2) conforming to the IEC standard. A G53 type lamp 21 conforming to the IEC standard is attached to the base 19.

As shown in FIG. 2, the lamp 21 includes a lamp base 22, a metal substrate 23, a plurality of light emitting sections 24, a reflector 25, a lamp cover 26, and the like.

The lamp base 22 is made of aluminum die cast, and has a heat radiating fin 22a on the periphery thereof. The metal substrate 23 is composed of, for example, an aluminum base layer and an insulating layer laminated thereon, and the base layer is fixed to the lamp base 22 in close contact with the lamp base 22.

Each light emitting section 24 has a plurality of LED (light emitting diode) chips mounted on the insulating layer, and a phosphor-containing sealing member that seals these chips. These light emitting sections 24 can emit a desired light color by mixing the emission color of the LED chip and the emission color emitted by the phosphor excited by this light, depending on the combination of the LED chip and the phosphor. It is preferable to use one that emits light. When the lamp 21 is lit, each light emitting section 24 emits light, and each LED chip generates heat, but this heat is transmitted to the lamp base 22 through the metal substrate 23, and heat is dissipated around the lamp base 22. The air is discharged into the atmosphere from the fins 22a and the like.

The reflector 25 is screwed to the lamp base 22 so as to cover the metal substrate 23. The reflector 25 is a resin molded product, and has a plurality of reflecting mirror portions 25a that are individually continuous on the light emission side with respect to each light emitting portion 24, and the beam angle and the like by these reflecting mirror portions 25a. Is controlled. The lamp cover 26 is made of a diffuse translucent synthetic resin, and is attached to the lamp base 22 so as to cover the reflector 25 from the light emitting side.

2 denotes a pair of electrode pins attached to the lamp socket 18. These electrode pins 20 and the quick connection terminals in the terminal block 15 are electrically connected by an insulation coating electric wire (not shown) wired over them. Further, as the lamp 21 is attached to the lamp socket 18 to the electrode pin 20, a power receiving terminal (not shown) of the lamp 21 comes into contact, and the power receiving terminal and the electrode pin 20 are electrically connected. ing. In addition, the power receiving terminal is connected to a terminal portion of a wiring pattern (not shown) provided on the insulating layer of the metal substrate 23, so that power can be supplied to the lamp 21.

The illumination cover 31 is made of a translucent material, preferably a diffuse translucent synthetic resin, and has a cylindrical shape with both axial ends open. For this reason, the lighting cover 31 has a circular upper end opening edge 31a on the ceiling surface side. On the inner peripheral surface of the upper end opening edge 31a, a plurality of, for example, the same number of, for example, four engagement protrusions 32 (see FIG. 3 and the like) are integrally provided.

These engagement convex portions 32 have a rectangular shape in plan view, and are formed to have a size that can pass through the through groove 3a in the vertical direction. Each engaging protrusion 32 is in a height position where the upper end opening edge 31a of the lighting cover 31 is in contact with the ceiling surface C and is in contact with the upper surface of the receiving plate 3c to elastically deform the receiving plate 3c downward. Is provided. The upper surfaces of the engaging protrusions 32 are slightly lower than the upper end of the illumination cover 31.

A procedure for installing the ceiling downlight 1 having the above-described configuration on the ceiling surface C will be described.

First, the installation plate 2 in which a pair of spacers 8 are screwed in advance and the connection screws 13 are respectively screwed into the lower ends of the spacers 8 is prepared. The power supply line lead-in portion 5a of the installation plate 2 is connected to the ceiling. A power line (not shown) drawn from the back is passed, and the installation plate 2 is fixed to the ceiling surface C in this state.

As described above, this fixing operation is performed by screwing these screws into the ceiling surface C from the lower side of the installation plate 2 through one of the fixing holes 7a and 7b and the fixing hole 6a. By this fixing, each of the protruding pieces 3b, the stopper pieces 4, and the screwing convex portions 6 and 7 hit the ceiling surface C, and installation other than the protruding pieces 3b, the stopper piece 4 and the screwing convex portions 6 and 7 is performed. The portion of the plate 2 is disposed away from the ceiling surface C corresponding to the height of each stopper piece 4 and the screwing convex portions 6 and 7. At the same time, when the receiving plate portion 3c of the installation plate 2 is bent slightly upward, the receiving plate portion 3c bent upward is pushed down as each protruding piece 3b hits the ceiling surface C as described above. Therefore, the height positions of the receiving plate portions 3c are aligned.

Next, the leading end of the drawn power line is inserted into the wire insertion hole 16 of the terminal block 15 attached in advance to the chassis 11 to connect the power line and the terminal block 15. After this connection, the chassis 11 is screwed to the lower ends of the pair of spacers 8 with a connecting screw 13 while pushing the surplus drawer portion of the power supply line back to the ceiling. Thereby, the instrument main body to which the terminal block 15 is attached is assembled and the instrument main body is fixed to the ceiling surface.

Thereafter, the lamp socket 18 is screwed to the lower side of the chassis 11 and the lamp socket 18 and the terminal block 15 are electrically connected using an electric wire (not shown). Then, the lamp 21 is attached to the lamp socket 18 from the light emission side (lower side). In this way, an assembly made up of components other than the lighting cover 31 is directly attached to the ceiling surface C.

Finally, the lighting cover 31 covering the assembly is attached to the installation plate 2 in the following procedure.

First, while aligning each engagement convex part 32 of the illumination cover 31 with each through groove 3a of the installation plate 2, the illumination cover 31 is pushed up until the upper end opening edge 31a hits the ceiling surface C, and each engagement is performed. The protrusions 32 are passed through the through grooves 3a, and the engagement protrusions 32 are positioned on the back side (upper side) of the installation plate 2. This state is shown in FIG.

Next, the lighting cover 31 is rotated in the circumferential direction along the arrow A direction in FIG. 3 while maintaining the state where it hits the ceiling surface C. In this case, since each stopper piece 4 is provided at the edge of each through groove 3a located on the upstream side of the rotation direction of the illumination cover 31, even if an attempt is made to rotate in the direction opposite to the arrow A, The engaging convex part 32 cannot get over each stopper piece 4. Thereby, the rotation direction of the illumination cover 31 is restricted to an appropriate direction (direction of arrow A in FIG. 3). Therefore, as in the case where each stopper piece 4 is not provided, the engaging convex portion 32 is caught on the opposite side of the receiving plate portion 3c with the through groove 3a as a boundary, and the illumination cover 31 is attached to the installation plate 2 in a wrong state. In addition, the illumination cover 31 can be reliably rotated in an appropriate direction.

In this case, as described above, the height positions of the receiving plate portions 3c are aligned by the protruding pieces 3a. In addition, the through groove side portion 3ce of the receiving plate portion 3c is formed obliquely so as to be lowered toward the through groove 3a side. For this reason, when the illumination cover 31 is rotated in an appropriate direction, the engaging convex portion 32 can be prevented from being caught on the edge of the receiving plate portion 3c on the through groove side at the initial stage of the rotating operation. Therefore, the engaging convex part 32 is smoothly put on the upper surface of the receiving plate part 3c by the turning operation of the illumination cover 31.

Further, the rotation operation of the illumination cover 31 in the appropriate direction is performed in a state where the upper end of the illumination cover 31 is in contact with the ceiling surface C as described above, and the receiving of the engagement convex portion 32 under this condition is performed. Depending on the relationship of the respective height positions of the plate portions 3c, the respective engaging convex portions 32 that are in contact with the upper surface of the receiving plate portion 3c push the receiving plate portions 3c downward to elastically deform the receiving plate portions 3c. .

Thus, the illumination cover 31 is rotated while elastically deforming the receiving plate portion 3c. Then, at the end of the rotation, each engaging convex portion 32 gets over the upward convex portion 3f of the receiving plate portion 3c. Immediately after that, each engaging convex part 32 hits the projecting piece 3b to prevent the rotation of the illumination cover 31, and is arranged between each engaging convex part 32 projecting piece 3b and the upward projecting part 3f. Thereby, each engaging convex part 32 is hooked on the upper surface of the receiving plate part 3c occupying between the through groove 3a and the protruding piece 3b, and the illumination cover 31 is attached to the installation plate 2.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which all the mounting operations of the ceiling downlight 1 to the ceiling surface C are completed and directly attached to the ceiling surface C. In this state, the lamp cover 26 of the lamp 21 faces the light emission side opening (lower opening in the figure) 33 of the illumination cover 31 as shown in FIG.

In the ceiling downlight 1 having the above-described configuration, a plurality of cover support means 3 provided on the installation plate 2 for attaching the illumination cover 31 to the installation plate 2 in the above procedure includes a through groove 3a, a projecting piece 3b, and an upward projection. 3 f, all of which are formed integrally with the installation plate 2. At the same time, a plurality of engaging projections 32 provided on the illumination cover 31 for the attachment are also formed integrally with the illumination cover 31.

Therefore, a dedicated part for attaching the illumination cover 31 to the installation plate 2 is unnecessary, and the configuration is simple. Accordingly, the cost can be reduced.

Further, in the state where the illumination cover 31 is attached to the installation plate 2 as described above, the receiving plate portions 3c of the installation plate 2 are elastically deformed, and the illumination cover 31 is biased upward. Thereby, the whole upper end opening edge 31a of the lighting cover 31 is pressed against the ceiling surface C, and the adhesion of the lighting cover 31 to the ceiling surface C can be improved. Therefore, a part of the light emitted from the peripheral surface of the lamp cover 26 of the lamp 21 to the inner peripheral surface side of the lighting cover 31 in a state where the ceiling downlight 1 is turned on can be prevented from leaking to the ceiling surface C. .

Furthermore, each engaging convex part 32 of the illumination cover 31 attached to the installation plate 2 is hooked on the receiving plate part 3c in a state of being sandwiched between the protruding piece 3b and the upward convex part 3f of the installation plate 2. At the same time, since the receiving plate portion 3c is in an elastically deformed state, when the illumination cover 31 is vibrated, the engagement convex portions 32 are prevented from inadvertently getting over the upward convex portions 3f. Therefore, the illumination cover 31 can be held so as not to drop carelessly.

And when removing the illumination cover 31, it can carry out in the reverse procedure to the mounting procedure described above. In this case, since each engagement convex part 32 of the illumination cover 31 gets over each upward convex part 3f, it contacts the stopper piece 4 and is positioned in a state facing the through groove 3a. It does not pass in the horizontal direction across the through groove 3a. Therefore, by pulling down the illumination cover 31 from the positioning state, the illumination cover 31 can be detached from the installation plate 2 by easily passing the engagement protrusions 32 through the through grooves 3a.

FIG. 8 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. Since the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except for the matters described below, including the components not shown in FIG. 8, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment. The description is omitted.

In the second embodiment, instead of providing the diagonal through-groove side portion on the receiving plate portion 3c, inclined surfaces 32a having the same function are provided on the respective engaging convex portions 32. Therefore, the receiving plate part 3c is formed flat. And when attaching a lighting cover to the installation board demonstrated in 1st Embodiment, the slope 32a is on the lower surface of the edge part side part 32b of the engagement convex part 32 located in the rotation direction downstream of this lighting cover. Is provided. The inclined surface 32a is formed obliquely so that the upstream side in the rotation direction of the lighting cover is low and the downstream side in the rotation direction is high.

With such a configuration, when the lighting cover is rotated in an appropriate direction indicated by the arrow A even though the receiving plate portion 3c is flat, the through plate side of the receiving plate portion 3c at the initial stage of the rotating operation is provided. It is possible to prevent the engaging protrusion 32 from being caught on the edge. Thereby, the engaging convex part 32 can be smoothly mounted on the upper surface of the board part 3c by rotation operation of an illumination cover.

Configurations and operations other than those described above are the same as those in the first embodiment. Therefore, this second embodiment can also solve the problems of the present invention.
