Abstract
【解決手段】主管1の途中に枝管2がT字状に接続され、前記枝管2の前記主管1への開口縁3のうち、前記主管1の軸方向に沿って最前端の部分3aと最後端の部分3bとに挟まれた範囲における前記主管1の内壁面に、この主管1の底部から管内側に起立する板状の堰部4を設ける。この堰部4は、この主管1内を流動する夾雑物の主管1方向への慣性力を断ち切り、この夾雑物を前記枝管2側に誘導する作用を発揮する。このように、夾雑物を所定の枝管2側に誘導して集積することにより、この所定の枝管2において清掃作業を行えばよく、その作業コスト及び時間を大幅に削減することができる。

Claims (5)
- 水平に配置された主管(1)の側面に枝管(2)が接続され、前記枝管(2)の前記主管(1)への開口縁(3)のうち、前記主管(1)の軸方向に沿って最前端の部分(3a)と最後端の部分(3b)とに挟まれた範囲における前記主管(1)の内壁面に、前記主管(1)内を流動する夾雑物の前記主管(1)の軸方向に沿う流動を妨げて前記枝管側に誘導する堰部(4)を設けた分岐管。
- 前記堰部(4)は、前記最前端の部分(3a)と前記最後端の部分(3b)との中央に設けられる請求項1に記載の分岐管。
- 前記堰部(4)は、前記最前端の部分(3a)と前記最後端の部分(3b)から前記主管(1)の管軸へ下ろした垂線に対して平行に、前記枝管(2)の前記主管(1)への開口縁(3)から前記主管(1)の内面に向かって引いた投影線の外側に設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の分岐管。
- 前記堰部(4)は、前記主管(1)の内周面の周方向に沿う曲率をもつ円弧状の外縁(5)と、この円弧状の外縁(5)の両端を結ぶ直線(6)とから構成される板状の弓形部材を、前記円弧状の外縁(5)が前記主管(1)の内周面に密着して設けたものである請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の分岐管。
- 前記堰部(4)は、前記主管(1)の軸方向に沿ってこの主管(1)の管内断面積を小さくする方向に傾斜する第一テーパ面(8)と、前記軸方向に沿って前記管内断面積を大きくする方向に傾斜する第二テーパ面(9)とを備え、さらに前記主管(1)の管内面に沿う円筒面(10)とを備えたテーパ部材を、前記円筒面(10)が前記主管(1)の内周面に密着して設けたものである請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の分岐管。
