Abstract
【解決手段】温水管21が溝17に配設された基材11に電気式面状発熱体31を積層し、電気式面状発熱体31には温水管21の上方位置に複数の貫通孔33を形成し、電気式面状発熱体31に積層した放熱体41を貫通孔33の部分で温水管21に接触させ、さらに放熱体41に仕上げ材51を積層した。

Claims (3)
- 基材と、前記基材の上面に形成された溝に配設された温水管と、前記基材に積層された電気式面状発熱体と、前記電気式面状発熱体に積層された仕上げ材とよりなる床暖房パネルにおいて、
前記電気式面状発熱体には複数の貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔が前記温水管の上方に位置していることを特徴とする床暖房パネル。 - 前記電気式面状発熱体と前記仕上げ材との間に放熱体が配置され、前記電気式面状発熱体の貫通孔の部分で前記放熱体が前記温水管と接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の床暖房パネル。
- 前記電気式面状発熱体の貫通孔が、前記基材の上面に形成された溝の両側へはみ出す大きさからなり、
前記放熱体が前記電気式面状発熱体の上面に接着され、前記溝からはみ出した前記電気式面状発熱体の貫通孔の部分では、前記放熱体が前記基材の上面に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の床暖房パネル。
