Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の合金燃料製造装置100は、超ウラン元素を含む合金原料を溶融する溶融部と、前記溶融部を収容する内筒部材120と、前記内筒部材120の鉛直上方を略閉塞するように配される天板部材150と、前記天板部材150及び前記内筒部材120を収容する外筒部材112と、からなることを特徴とする。

Description
キュリウム−242(242Cm)やキュリウム−244(244Cm)等の超ウラン元素(Trans−Uranium:以下TRU元素という。)が含まれており、このTRU元素からプルトニウム(Pu)を除いたマイナーアクチノイド元素(以下、MA元素という。)の中には、237Npや241Am、243Amのように半減期が各々214万年、432年、
7380年と極めて長く、短期間にて消滅処理させることができない核種(マイナーアクチノイド核種)が存在する。
従来の技術のように装置全体に汚染が拡大することがない。

- 超ウラン元素を含む合金原料を溶融する溶融部と、
前記溶融部を収容する内筒部材と、
前記内筒部材の鉛直上方を略閉塞するように配される天板部材と、
前記天板部材及び前記内筒部材を収容する外筒部材と、からなることを特徴とする合金燃料製造装置。 - 前記天板部材には冷媒の流路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合金燃料製造装置。
