Abstract
【解決手段】チャネル行列から算出される幾つかの正規直交ベクトルを含む行列にデータを整えること、正規直交行列のサブセットの特異値分解を判定し、左特異ベクトルの行列と右特異ベクトルの行列を夫々生成すること、および、特異値分解に含まれない残余の正規直交ベクトルに、右特異ベクトルの行列と左特異ベクトルの行列との行列積を右乗算することにより圧縮データの行列を生成することを含み、サブセットにおけるベクトルの数は、該ベクトルの次数に等しい。

Claims (13)
- 通信チャネルを通して送信するデータを圧縮する方法であって、該データは反対方向の前記通信チャネルのチャネル条件を表わし、該方法は、チャネル行列から算出される幾つかの正規直交ベクトルを含む行列に前記データを整えること、前記正規直交行列のサブセットの特異値分解を判定し、左特異ベクトルの行列と右特異ベクトルの行列を夫々生成すること、および、前記特異値分解に含まれない残余の正規直交ベクトルに、前記右特異ベクトルの行列と前記左特異ベクトルの行列との行列積を右乗算することにより圧縮データの行列を生成することを含み、前記サブセットにおけるベクトルの数は、該ベクトルの次数に等しい、方法。
- 前記圧縮データを送信する方向とは反対方向における通信チャネルのチャネル条件を表わすチャネル行列から前記正規直交ベクトルを算出することを含む、請求項1に従う方法。
- チャネル状態情報(CSI)フィードバックスキームにおいてチャネル固有ベクトルセットの表現を圧縮する方法であって、1つのベクトル当たりでn−p個(n≧p)の係数を用いることにより、p個のn次元固有ベクトルを共同でエンコーディングすること、を含む方法。
- 前記エンコーディングは、n×p正規直交行列に固有ベクトルのセットを整えること、前記行列の上部p×pブロックの特異値分解(SVD)を求めること、および、下部の(n−p)×p行列ブロックに前記SVDの出力を乗算して、チャネル表現を判定することを含む、請求項4に従う方法。
- 請求項1、2、4または5のいずれかに記載の方法を逆に行うことにより、(n−p)×pブロックから正規直交n×p行列を再構成することを含む、チャネル表現をデコーディングする方法。
- チャネル状態情報を得ることが可能な信号を受信し、前記チャネル状態情報を伝達する信号を放射する無線通信装置であって、請求項1、2、4または5のいずれかに従って前記チャネル状態情報を圧縮するチャネル状態情報圧縮手段を具備する無線通信装置。
- 算出されたチャネル状態情報を伝達する信号を受信し、請求項3または請求項6に従って前記信号を圧縮する無線通信装置。
- 受信したチャネル状態情報に基づいてプリコーディング配列を生成する、請求項8に従う無線通信装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法を行なうように汎用コンピュータ通信デバイスを構成するコンピュータ実行可能命令を具備するコンピュータプログラム製品。
- コンピュータ可読媒体を具備する、請求項10に従うコンピュータプログラム製品。
- コンピュータ受信可能な信号を具備する、請求項10に従うコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 請求項8または請求項9に従う無線通信装置と通信する、請求項7に従う無線通信装置を具備する無線通信システム。
