Description

The present invention is a content that acts as an operation portion and a content discharge portion of a connection container by being attached to a connection container composed of first and second containers that individually contain the contents to be discharged to the external space. It relates to a single release member.

In particular, from the first and second upstream linear passages in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) connected to the output end portion of the contents passage part (stem internal passage area) of the first and second containers. The present invention relates to a single content discharge member in which the first and second downstream side passage portions in the cylindrical direction up to the content discharge port to the outer space are set as arc-shaped passage portions.

Usually, the first and second upstream linear passage portions are set in parallel, and the distance between the passage portions is the distance between the stems of each connection container. If the distance between the stems is maintained, the content discharge ports of the connection containers are too far apart.

The first and second downstream cylindrical passages are provided to shorten the distance and bring the contents discharge ports of the connection containers close to each other.

The present invention focuses on the fact that if the first and second downstream cylindrical passage portions are set in an arcuate manner, the respective molds of the passage portions are removed by a rotating operation after the molding process. .

That is, the contents discharge / operation mechanism attached to the connection container is divided into cylindrical first and second downstream arc passage portions and other components (operation portion, cylindrical first and second upstream sides). A single member is formed by integral molding with a straight passage portion, a cover portion, and the like.

In the present specification, the side of the ejection port for the container contents in the normal operation mode is referred to as “front”, and the side opposite to the center of the container plan view is referred to as “rear”. That is, for example, the left direction in FIG. 2 is “front” and the right direction is “rear”.

For convenience of explanation, the following description is mainly based on an aerosol type product, but the subject of the invention is not limited to this, and a pump type product is also included in the subject.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been proposed a content discharge / operation mechanism for a whole connection container composed of first and second aerosol containers each containing a content in which the number of components is reduced (patent) Reference 1). Note that reference numbers with [] in the description of the background art and the like indicate the numbers used in Patent Document 1.

In the case of the contents discharge / operation mechanism, the cylindrical first and second downstream passage portions are linear passage portions integrally formed with the cylindrical first and second upstream linear passage portions.

As shown in FIG. 5, the nozzle member [41] according to the integral molding includes a first passage portion (= first upstream straight passage portion + first downstream straight passage portion) and a second passage portion. (= Second upstream linear passage portion + second downstream linear passage portion) are close to each other in a parallel state, and the contents discharge port portions of the first and second passage portions are elastic pieces [44 ] Are connected to each other.

When the nozzle member [41] is attached to the cap-shaped member [21], as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 8, the entire nozzle member is centered on its elastic piece [44]. To deform. The cap member [21] is integrally formed with a push-down plate [33] as an operation portion.

As described above, the content discharge / operation mechanism for the connection container of Patent Document 1 includes the first piece including the nozzle member [41] and the second piece including the cap-shaped member [21] and the push-down plate [33]. As a component.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-278554

In the case of the contents discharging / operating mechanism in the above-described connecting container, the final form of the cylindrical first and second contents discharging passage portions (= upstream straight passage portion + downstream straight passage portion) corresponding to each container There was a problem that could not be integrally molded.

This is because, as described above, the first and second downstream straight passage portions corresponding to the respective containers must be set in a reverse “C” shape when viewed from the discharge port side.

That is, even if this straight passage portion setting mold is set in an inverted “C” shape and then molded, the mold cannot be removed after processing, and in order to avoid this, The cylindrical first and second content discharge passage portions (= upstream straight passage portion + downstream straight passage portion) corresponding to the above are once integrally formed in a parallel manner in which the passage portions are close to each other. This is because the integrally molded product is rotationally deformed around the connection portions of the respective discharge ports so that the first and second downstream straight passage portions are inverted “C” shapes.

Naturally, the final form of the entire cylindrical first and second content discharge passages that require this rotational deformation work, and other components of the content discharge operation mechanism (cap-shaped member [ 21], push-down plate [33], etc.) cannot be integrally molded.

Therefore, in the present invention, the cylindrical first and second downstream passage portions corresponding to the first and second containers are set in an arc shape, and the used mold is removed after the arc passage portion is molded. First and second content discharge passage portions including the downstream passage portion and other components (for example, operation portions 5e, 7e, 8a described later, cover bodies 5a, 7a, etc.) The purpose is to make a single member.

The present invention solves the above problems as follows.
(1) Connection comprising first and second containers (for example, container main bodies 1 and 1 ′, mounting caps 2 and 2 ′, stems 3 and 3 ′, which will be described later) each containing contents to be discharged to the external space. Content that acts as an operation unit (for example, operation units 5e, 7e, 8a described later) and a content discharge unit (for example, discharge ports 5j, 5j ′, 7j, 7j ′ described later) of the connected container by being attached to the container. An object discharge single member (for example, head members 5, 7, and 8 described later),
An operation unit (for example, operation units 5e, 7e, 8a described later) having a common operation surface for the connection container;
Cylindrical first and second upstream straight passages that are individually connected to the output end portions of the respective content passage portions (for example, stems 3 and 3 'described later) of the first and second containers. Parts (for example, upstream cylindrical straight passage portions 5h, 5h ′, 7h, 7h ′ described later),
As a circular arc part following the end part opposite to the connection part of each of the first and second upstream linear passage parts on the surface side opposite to the common operation surface of the operation part, It is formed in such a manner that the extended virtual arc portion extends in a direction not intersecting, and each end portion of the arc portion serves as a discharge port (for example, 5j, 5j ′, 7j, 7j ′ described later) to the external space. 1, a second downstream arc passage portion (for example, downstream cylindrical arc passage portions 5g, 5g ′, 7g, 7g ′ described later),
The operating portion includes a cover portion (for example, a cover body 5a and an enlarged cover body 7a described later) provided in a manner movable in the stationary mode and the operation mode,
The operation part, the first and second upstream linear passage parts, the first and second downstream arc passage parts, and the cover part are integrally formed as a single part.
(2) In (1) above,
As the cover part,
In order to hold the first and second containers in a connected container state, a connecting action part with a connection holding part (for example, a connection holding part 4 described later) provided in a form separate from the single part is provided. Use what you have.
(3) In (1) above,
As the cover part,
What has a connection holding | maintenance action part (for example, below-mentioned claw part 7b) for hold | maintaining the said 1st, 2nd container in a connection container state is used.

The present invention is directed to a single member for discharging contents of a connection container having the above-described configuration, an aerosol type product including the single member for discharging contents, and the like.

In the present invention, the cylindrical first and second downstream passage portions corresponding to the first and second containers are set in a predetermined arc shape, and the arc passage portions are used after molding. Since the mold can be removed, the first and second content discharge passage portions including the downstream passage portion and other components (for example, operation portions 5e, 7e, 8a described later, cover body) 5a, 7a, etc.) is a single member. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost of the head member having the operation function of the connection container and the content discharge function.

Moreover, since the connection holding part of each of the first and second containers is a separate member from the head member, the first connection container and the second connection container made of a container having a diameter different from the first connection container Thus, the head member can be shared.

In addition, since the connecting and holding portions of the first and second containers are provided in the head member itself, that is, the entire member attached to each container is made into a single piece, further efficiency of product assembly work. Can be achieved.

In FIG.
8 is a head member composed of a single part provided with a vertical operation type operation unit instead of the lever operation type (rotation type) operation unit 5e, 7e,
8a is an operation unit that moves up and down with respect to the cover body and the enlarged cover body,
8b is formed in units of three in a substantially horizontal state between each of the inner peripheral surfaces of the cover body and the enlarged cover body and the lower end portion of the outer peripheral surface of the operation portion 8a, and a total of six pieces are elastically deformed individually. Operating unit support piece,
Respectively.

Here, the stems 3 and 3 ′, the connection holding portions 4, the head members 5, 7, 8 and the tip 6 are made of plastic made of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyacetal, nylon, polybutylene terephthalate, or the like. The container body 1, 1 'and the mounting cap 2, 2' are made of metal.

The basic features of the contents discharge / operation mechanism of FIGS. 1 to 5 are that each of the head members 5, 7, 8 acting as the operation section and the contents discharge section attached to the connecting container is a single part. It is that.

That is, the cylindrical passage portions from the upstream cylindrical straight passage portions 5h, 5h ′, 7h, and 7h ′ of these head members to the discharge ports 5j, 5j ′, 7j, and 7j ′ to the external space are formed and processed. It is that it was made into circular arc shape (= downstream cylindrical circular-arc channel | path part 5g, 5g ', 7g, 7g') so that each metal mold | die could be removed.

The downstream cylindrical arc passage portions 5g, 5g ′, 7g, and 7g ′ are provided so that the head members 5, 7, and 8 (operation portions 5e, 7e, and 8a) are respectively left and right (the container body 1 side and the container body 1). It is set to a line-symmetric shape centered on the virtual boundary line when it is divided into two equal parts.

Further, the pair of downstream cylindrical arc passage portions in the head members 5, 7, and 8 are set in such a manner that virtual extension arc portions from the respective discharge ports 5j, 5j ′, 7j, and 7j ′ do not intersect. . This virtual extended arc portion is a circle (a part thereof) having the same circle center and radius as the downstream cylindrical arc passage portions 5g, 5g ', 7g, and 7g'.

The basic difference between the head member 5 of FIGS. 1 to 3 and the head member 7 of FIG. 4 is whether or not it has a function of holding the connection between the mounting caps 2 and 2 ′.

A total of six claw portions 7b exhibiting this connection holding action are formed at the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the head member 7 (see FIG. 4).

The head member 5 itself is not formed with a connecting and holding action portion with the mounting caps 2 and 2 ′. It is the connection holding part 4 that exhibits the connection holding action with the mounting caps 2 and 2 ', and the head member 5 is attached to the connection holding part (see FIG. 2).

In the case of the head member 5, since it is attached to the container side via the connection holding part 4, the first connection container composed of the container bodies A and B and the size (diameter and height) different from the container bodies A and B are used. And a second connecting container composed of the container main bodies C and D, and a common head member applicable to both of them. Even when the container main bodies A and B have the same height and the container main bodies C and D have different heights, it can be created as a common head member for the first and second connection containers.

The difference in the size of the container main body is that the shape of the container main body corresponding portion of the connection holding portion 4 corresponds to each size and the engagement portion with the common head member is provided in the connection holding portion. In other words, it is absorbed.

When the head member 5 is incorporated into each container including the container main body 1, 1 ′ and the mounting caps 2, 2 ′, as shown in FIGS.
(11) By inserting the mounting cap side of each container into the cylindrical portions 4a and 4a 'of the connection holding portion 4 from below, the mounting caps 2 and 2' are respectively attached to the protruding portions 4b and 4b 'of the cylindrical portion. Engage the undercut portions 2a and 2a ′ individually,
(12) By covering the connection holding part 4 with the head member 5 from above, the circumferential protrusion 5b of the head member is engaged with the lower side of the annular protrusion 4f of the connection holding part.

When the head member 7 is incorporated into each container including the container body 1, 1 ′ and the mounting caps 2, 2 ′, as shown in FIG.
(21) By inserting the mounting cap side of each container into the head member 7 from below, the undercut portions 2a and 2a 'of the mounting caps 2 and 2' are individually engaged with the three claw portions 7b of the head member. Combine.

In order to prevent the container main bodies of the connection container integrated with only the connection holding part 4 and the head member 5 or the head member 7 from deviating from each other, the outer peripheral surfaces of the container main bodies 1 and 1 ′ are well-known. Thus, the wrapping may be performed in the form of a single cylindrical portion, or the lower part of each outer peripheral surface side of the container body 1, 1 ′ may be held together by a single annular member.

When the operation surface portions of the operation portions 5e and 7e are pushed downward in the content discharge / operation mechanism of FIGS. 1 to 4, the contents of the container main bodies 1 and 1 ′ are discharged from the discharge ports 5j, 5j ′, 7j and 7j ′. Is injected into the external space.

The content injection operation itself is well known.
That is, when the operation surface portion is pushed downward, the operation portions 5e and 7e rotate clockwise around the hinges 5f and 7f as viewed from the right side in the figure. Along with this rotation, the downstream cylindrical arc passage portions 5g, 5g ′, 7g, 7g ′ and the upstream cylindrical linear passage portions 5h, 5h ′, 7h, 7h ′ formed on the back side of the operation portion. The stems 3 and 3 'connected to the upstream cylindrical straight passage portion are collectively moved downward.

By the downward movement of the stems 3 and 3 ′, the known valve action part shifts from the “closed state” to the “open state” in the stationary mode. -Internal passage of the stem 3, 3 '-Upstream cylindrical linear passage portions 5h, 5h', 7h, 7h '-Downstream cylindrical arc passage portions 5g, 5g', 7g, 7g '-Discharge ports 5j, 5j' , 7j, 7j ′ ”and is injected into the external space.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the tip 6 is attached to the protruding frame-like portion 5k around the discharge ports 5j and 5j '.

Since the tip 6 is formed with a columnar portion 6a at each of the opposed portions of the discharge ports 5j and 5j ′, the ejected contents from the discharge ports 5j and 5j ′ collide with the columnar portions and are in a turbulent state. And efficiently mixed.

The tip 6 is also attached to the projecting frame-like portion 7k of the head member 7 and exhibits the mixing action of the ejected contents from the discharge ports 7j and 7j ′ as in the case of the head member 5. Of course.

FIG. 5 shows a head member 8 provided with a vertical operation type (vertical movement type) operation unit 8a in place of the rotation type operation units 5e and 7e. The portions other than the operation portion of the head member 8 can take any form of the head members 5 and 7.

In the operation portion 8a whose operation surface portion is pressed downward, the six operation portion supporting pieces 8b are elastically deformed downward substantially uniformly, so that the entire operation portion is in a substantially horizontal state without rotating. Move down.

Along with this downward movement, as in the case of the rotation type operation sections 5e and 7e, it moves downward and shifts to the operation mode, and the contents of each container main body are in the respective downstream cylindrical arc passage sections. Is ejected from the discharge port to the external space.

Since the vertical operation type (vertical movement type) operation unit 8a can set a longer movement stroke in the vertical direction than the rotation type operation units 5e and 7e, the head member 8 including the operation unit is a pump. It can also be used for formal products.
