Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a keratin exfoliation method excellent in an exfoliation effect and a keratin exfoliation kit suitable for carrying out this method.
The stratum corneum in the outermost layer of the skin is an interface that separates the inside of the living body from the outside world, and has a barrier function that prevents biological components from leaking into the outside world and prevents harmful components from entering the living body.
In this way, the keratin has an important function for the living body. For example, active ingredients such as drugs and vaccines can be administered into the living body through the skin, or the suction exudate is reduced from the skin for the purpose of clinical examinations. It may be necessary to remove the keratin when sucking.
Conventionally, as a method of removing keratin, for example, a method of removing keratin by attaching an adhesive tape to the skin surface and peeling it after a certain time is known (
However, conventional adhesive tapes may have insufficient exfoliation ability due to individual differences in sebum secretion, seasonal differences, etc., and the effect of these factors can be reduced to more effectively exfoliate exfoliation. Currently, there is a demand for development of a method for exfoliating keratin.
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and the problem is to provide a keratin exfoliation method capable of exfoliating keratin more efficiently and simply, and a keratin exfoliation kit suitable for carrying out this method. Is to provide.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have intensively studied on a method for removing keratin by sticking an adhesive sheet for exfoliating keratin to the skin surface and peeling it after a predetermined time. As a result, according to the method of removing the keratin on the skin surface where the exfoliating part is removed with a sebum adsorbing sheet such as a cosmetic degreasing paper, the keratin is efficiently removed according to the method of exfoliating the keratin with the exfoliating adhesive sheet. I found that I can do it. In addition, the present inventors have devised a kit for exfoliating keratin suitable for this method, and have completed the present invention.
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the sebum removing sheet removes the sebum in the part where the skin surface exfoliates with the sebum adsorbing sheet, and the exfoliated skin surface exfoliant with the exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. A keratin exfoliation method having an exfoliating step of exfoliating is provided.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a keratin exfoliation kit in which a sebum adsorbing sheet and an exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are integrated.
The keratin exfoliation kit of the present invention is preferably composed of a skin immobilization site, a sebum adsorption site, and a keratin exfoliation site.
According to the keratin exfoliation method of the present invention, keratin can be exfoliated efficiently and easily.
The keratin exfoliation kit of the present invention is suitable for carrying out the keratin exfoliation method of the present invention, has excellent handleability, and can efficiently exfoliate the target keratin by a simple operation.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by dividing into 1) a keratin exfoliation method and 2) a keratin exfoliation kit.
1) Skin exfoliation method The first aspect of the present invention is a sebum removing step of removing sebum in a part where exfoliation of the skin surface is removed with a sebum adsorbing sheet; It is a keratin exfoliation method which has a keratin exfoliation process which exfoliates keratin.
(1) Sebum removing step In the keratin exfoliation method of the present invention, first, sebum is removed from the part where the keratin on the skin surface is exfoliated with a sebum adsorbing sheet (sebum removing step).
When sebum that is an oily component is present on the stratum corneum, the amount of stratum corneum peeling of the stratum corneum peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet decreases due to the effect of sebum present at the interface between the stratum corneum peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the stratum corneum. Therefore, by removing the sebum in the part that exfoliates the keratin on the skin surface in advance with the sebum adsorbing sheet, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of exfoliated keratin exfoliation due to the sebum.
The sebum adsorbing sheet used in the present invention can be used without particular limitation as long as it is in the form of a sheet capable of adsorbing sebum, and specifically described in JP-A Nos. 06-319664 and 3647909. The decorative degreasing paper that has been used can be suitably used.
By attaching the sebum adsorbing sheet to the part of the skin surface where the keratin is peeled off, and then removing the sebum adsorbing sheet, the part of the skin surface where the keratin is peeled off can be removed. The time until the sebum adsorbing sheet is adhered to the skin surface and then removed is not particularly limited, but is usually 1 second to several minutes. Further, the operation of bringing the sebum-adsorbing sheet into close contact with the part of the skin surface where the keratin is peeled and then removing the sebum-adsorbing sheet may be repeated a plurality of times.
Whether or not sebum remains on the skin is determined by, for example, holding the filter paper on the skin surface for 1 minute and then leaving the filter paper in osmium tetroxide vapor for 15 minutes. If the sebum remains, the filter paper develops a black color, and if the sebum does not remain, the filter paper does not develop a black color. This is because oleic acid, which is the main component of sebum, and its glycerin ester have an unsaturated double bond in the molecule, so that they undergo an addition reaction with osmium tetroxide and develop a black color.
(2) Keratin Peeling Step Next, the stratum corneum on the skin surface from which the sebum has been removed is peeled off with a keratin peeling adhesive sheet (keratin peeling step).
The stratum corneum peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has at least a stratum corneum peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive component on a supporting substrate.
The supporting substrate is not particularly limited as long as it can carry the stratum corneum peeling adhesive layer. For example, polyester film such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene / methacrylic acid copolymer, polyolefin film such as ethylene / methyl methacrylate, polyurethane film, polystyrene thermoplastic elastomer film, etc. Films: Films obtained by depositing metals such as aluminum on these resin films; Fibers such as woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, and nonwoven fabrics made of various synthetic fibers and / or natural fibers; fine papers, glassine papers, coated papers, etc. Papers; laminates thereof; and the like.
The thickness of the support substrate is not particularly limited, but when the support substrate is a resin film, it is usually 5 to 250 μm, preferably 10 to 100 μm, and the support substrate is made of fibers or papers. Is usually 10 to 1000 μm, preferably 20 to 500 μm.
In addition, as a support substrate, surface treatment such as primer treatment, corona treatment, plasma treatment or the like is performed in advance on the surface on which the stratum corneum peeling adhesive layer is formed in order to enhance adhesion with the stratum corneum peeling adhesive layer. It may be given. Alternatively, the surface on which the keratin peeling adhesive layer is not formed may be peeled with a silicone-based release agent, a long-chain alkyl compound, or the like.
The stratum corneum peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed by applying and drying a stratum corneum peeling pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive component on the support substrate.
The adhesive component to be used is not particularly limited as long as the keratin can be peeled off by the adhesive force, and examples thereof include a rubber adhesive, an acrylic adhesive, a silicone adhesive, and a urethane adhesive. Among these, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferable in terms of easy control of the adhesive force.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for exfoliating used in the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive force (mode: 180 ° peeling, peeling speed: 300 mm / min, sticking time) 5 minutes after the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for exfoliating is attached to a bakelite plate. : 5 minutes) is preferably 5 to 25 N / 25 mm, particularly preferably 7 to 20 N / 25 mm. If the adhesive force is less than 5 N / 25 mm, the stratum corneum cannot be effectively peeled off. On the other hand, when the adhesive strength exceeds 25 N / 25 mm, there is a possibility that an adhesive residue may occur on the skin.

The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for exfoliating exfoliation is not particularly limited, but is preferably 10 to 200 μm, and particularly preferably 15 to 100 μm, from the viewpoint of effectively exfoliating exfoliation.
A release sheet may be laminated for storage and transportation on the resulting exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The release sheet is peeled off when the keratin peeling adhesive sheet is used.
Examples of release sheets include paper such as fine paper, glassine paper, coated paper, polyethylene laminated paper, and polypropylene laminated paper; polyester-based films such as polyethylene terephthalate; synthetic resin films such as polyolefin-based films such as polyethylene and polypropylene; and these And a paper or synthetic resin film that has been subjected to a release treatment with a silicone-based release agent, a long-chain alkyl compound, or the like. Of these, a polyester film that has been subjected to a release treatment is preferred from the standpoint of availability and ease of handling.
The keratin exfoliation pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet obtained as described above is applied to the keratin exfoliation pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side of the keratin exfoliation pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and is attached to the skin surface from which sebum has been removed. By exfoliating, the stratum corneum can be removed.
The time from the application of the exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to the exfoliation of the exfoliating adhesive sheet is not particularly limited, but is usually from several seconds to 10 minutes.
Sebum is hardly confirmed on the skin after exfoliating the stratum corneum with the exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. According to the present invention, in order to adsorb and remove the sebum in the part where the skin surface exfoliates with the sebum adsorbing sheet in advance, there is no decrease in the exfoliating ability due to the presence of sebum, Excellent exfoliating ability.
The fact that sebum does not remain on the skin surface after the sebum has been adsorbed and removed by the sebum adsorbing sheet is, for example, that the filter paper is fixed on the skin surface and maintained for 1 minute, and then the filter paper is placed in osmium tetroxide vapor. It can be left for a minute, and the degree of color development can be confirmed with the naked eye, and it can be confirmed by almost no color development.
Moreover, according to the keratin exfoliation method of the present invention, keratin can be efficiently and simply removed. The excellent exfoliating effect of the exfoliating substance is obtained by the exfoliating method of the present invention. For example, the exfoliating sheet is exfoliated after being applied to a human forehead for 5 minutes, and the exfoliated sheet is punched to a specified size. It can be confirmed by measuring the amount of keratin exfoliation (protein amount, μg / cm 2 ) with a DC protein assay kit (Bio-Rad Laboratories).
2) Keratin exfoliation kit The second of the present invention is a keratin exfoliation kit in which a sebum adsorbing sheet and an exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are integrated. The keratin exfoliation kit of the invention is suitable for carrying out the keratin exfoliation method of the present invention.
In the keratin exfoliation kit of the present invention, as the sebum adsorbing sheet and the keratin exfoliation pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, those similar to those exemplified as those that can be used in the above-described keratin exfoliation method of the present invention can be used.
Here, the “keratin exfoliation kit in which the sebum adsorbing sheet and the exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are integrated” is sebum adsorbing so that the sebum adsorbing sheet and the exfoliating adhesive sheet can be used continuously. The sheet and the exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are connected directly or through another sheet and integrated to form one article. For example, (α) a sebum adsorbing sheet and an exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are connected to each other at an end edge part thereof directly or via another sheet, (β) a sebum adsorbing sheet, Examples include those in which the keratin exfoliation pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is detachably connected to each edge portion directly or via another sheet.
The keratin exfoliation kit of the present invention may be formed by integrating at least one sebum adsorbing sheet and at least one exfoliating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. However, the sebum adsorbing sheet and / or keratin exfoliating kit may be used. A plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets may be integrated.
In the keratin exfoliation kit of the present invention, those composed of an immobilization site on the skin, a sebum adsorption site, and a keratin exfoliation site are preferable. Here, the site immobilized on the skin corresponds to the “other sheet (adhesive sheet for fixing)”, the sebum adsorbing site corresponds to the sebum adsorbing sheet, and the keratin exfoliating site corresponds to the keratin exfoliating adhesive sheet. These sheets are integrated to form the keratin exfoliation kit of the present invention. When the stratum corneum peeling kit is configured in this way, the site to be immobilized on the skin serves as a mark. Therefore, the stratum corneum peeling adhesive sheet is accurately applied to the part from which sebum has been removed by the sebum adsorption sheet. Can be peeled off.
