Abstract

(10) 前記人工関節が人工膝関節であり、前記第1構成要素が遠位大腿骨構成要素を含み、前記第2構成要素が近位脛骨トレイを含む、実施態様9に記載の人工関節。
(12) 前記第2構成要素が中実金属部を含み、前記凹部及び前記スタッドが前記中実金属部の一部分である、実施態様1に記載の人工関節。
(13) 前記第2構成要素が多孔質金属部を含み、前記骨嵌合表面が前記多孔質金属部の一部分である、実施態様12に記載の人工関節。
(14) 前記多孔質金属部及び前記延長部がチタン金属フォームを含み、前記中実金属部がチタン合金を含む、実施態様13に記載の人工関節。
(15) 前記多孔質金属部、前記中実金属部、及び前記延長部が焼結によって互いに結合され、前記延長部及び前記多孔質金属部が連結部で接する、実施態様14に記載の人工関節。
(16) 前記延長部及び前記多孔質金属部の前記連結部がチタン金属フォームを含む、実施態様15に記載の人工関節。
(17) 前記人工関節が複数の延長部を含み、
前記第2構成要素が複数の離間した凹部及び複数の離間したスタッドを含み、該各スタッドが1つの前記凹部内にあって、端部を有し、
前記各延長部が前記スタッド上に搭載され、焼結によって前記多孔質金属部及び中実金属部に結合され、
前記各延長部が連結部で前記多孔質金属部と接し、
前記連結部が平面内に位置し、
前記スタッドの前記端部が前記連結部の前記平面を越えて延びない、実施態様16に記載の人工関節。
(18) 前記人工関節が人工膝関節であり、前記第1構成要素が遠位大腿骨構成要素を含み、前記第2構成要素が近位脛骨トレイを含む、実施態様17に記載の人工関節。
Claims (18)
- 関節表面及び反対側の骨嵌合表面を有する第1構成要素と、
前記第1構成要素の前記関節表面を支えるような形状の関節表面及び反対側の表面を有する軸受と、
搭載表面及び反対側の骨嵌合表面を有する第2構成要素とを含む人工関節であって、
前記第1構成要素及び第2構成要素の少なくとも一方が中央矢状面を有し、凹部及び前記凹部内のスタッドを含み、前記凹部及び前記スタッドが、前記インプラント構成要素の前記中央矢状面から離間しており、
延長部は前記スタッド上に搭載され、前記骨嵌合表面から端部へと外に延び、前記延長部は前記端部と前記骨嵌合表面との間に外側表面を有し、前記延長部の一部は前記凹部に受容される、人工関節。 - 前記スタッドがねじ切りされており、前記延長部が、前記スタッドと係合するねじ穴を含む、請求項1に記載の人工関節。
- 前記スタッドがモールステーパ棒を画定し、前記延長部が、前記スタッドと嵌合するモールステーパ穴を含む、請求項1に記載の人工関節。
- 前記第1構成要素が中実金属部を含み、前記凹部及び前記スタッドが前記中実金属部の一部分である、請求項1に記載の人工関節。
- 前記第1構成要素が多孔質金属部を含み、前記骨嵌合表面が前記多孔質金属部の一部分である、請求項4に記載の人工関節。
- 前記多孔質金属部及び前記延長部がチタン金属フォームを含み、前記中実金属部がチタン合金を含む、請求項5に記載の人工関節。
- 前記多孔質金属部、前記中実金属部、及び前記延長部が焼結によって互いに結合され、前記延長部及び前記多孔質金属部が連結部で接する、請求項6に記載の人工関節。
- 前記延長部及び前記多孔質金属部の前記連結部が、チタン金属フォームを含む、請求項7に記載の人工関節。
- 前記人工関節が複数の延長部を含み、
前記第1構成要素が複数の離間した凹部及び複数の離間したスタッドを含み、該各スタッドが1つの前記凹部内にあって、端部を有し、
前記各延長部が前記スタッド上に搭載され、焼結によって前記多孔質金属部及び中実金属部に結合され、
前記各延長部が連結部で前記多孔質金属部と接し、
前記連結部が平面内に位置し、
前記スタッドの前記端部が前記連結部の前記平面を越えて延びない、請求項8に記載の人工関節。 - 前記人工関節が人工膝関節であり、前記第1構成要素が遠位大腿骨構成要素を含み、前記第2構成要素が近位脛骨トレイを含む、請求項9に記載の人工関節。
- 前記人工関節が人工足関節であり、前記第1構成要素が遠位脛骨構成要素を含む、請求項9に記載の人工関節。
- 前記第2構成要素が中実金属部を含み、前記凹部及び前記スタッドが前記中実金属部の一部分である、請求項1に記載の人工関節。
- 前記第2構成要素が多孔質金属部を含み、前記骨嵌合表面が前記多孔質金属部の一部分である、請求項12に記載の人工関節。
- 前記多孔質金属部及び前記延長部がチタン金属フォームを含み、前記中実金属部がチタン合金を含む、請求項13に記載の人工関節。
- 前記多孔質金属部、前記中実金属部、及び前記延長部が焼結によって互いに結合され、前記延長部及び前記多孔質金属部が連結部で接する、請求項14に記載の人工関節。
- 前記延長部及び前記多孔質金属部の前記連結部がチタン金属フォームを含む、請求項15に記載の人工関節。
- 前記人工関節が複数の延長部を含み、
前記第2構成要素が複数の離間した凹部及び複数の離間したスタッドを含み、該各スタッドが1つの前記凹部内にあって、端部を有し、
