Description

The present invention relates to a method for joining front and rear knitted fabrics, which are two layers locked to a knitting needle of a front and back needle bed of a flat knitting machine, and a joined knitted fabric.

Conventionally, in order to join the knitted fabric before and after being locked to the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds including the tubular knitted fabric in the middle of knitting, tack or knit is applied from one knitted fabric to the other knitted fabric. I was going.

However, in the knitting method, there is a case where a knit stitch appears on the other knitted fabric, a knitting yarn blurs due to tucking, or the tucked stitch surface changes. That is, there are cases where the knitting yarn of one knitted fabric appears on the surface of the other knitted fabric, or the stitches tucked up due to the influence of the transition yarn become large. In particular, at the end of the knitted fabric side, the direction of the yarn feeder is changed, the tension becomes strong and unstable, and the bleeding of the knitting yarn and the change in the surface of the yarn are likely to occur. If the front and back knitted fabrics are similar yarns, they will not be noticeable, but if yarns of different colors or materials are used, bleeding and changes in the surface will be a problem.

An object of the present invention is to make the knitting yarn knitting the knitted fabric of at least one needle bed look good in the stitches of the other knitted fabric when joining the knitted fabrics locked to the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds. A knitting method for joining the front and rear knitted fabrics in the middle of the knitting width without affecting the knitted fabric and a knitted fabric obtained by the knitting are provided.

The present invention uses a flat knitting machine provided with at least a first needle bed and a second needle bed facing at the front and back, and a two-layer knitted fabric that joins the knitted fabric before and after being locked to the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds. In the organization method,
(A) providing the first stitch row on the knitting needle of the first needle bed and the second stitch row facing the knitting needle of the second needle bed;
(B) The second stitch row that is engaged with the knitting needles of the second needle bed that is opposed to the stitches of the first stitch row that are locked to the knitting needles of the first needle bed by split knitting. Knitting by transferring to the first stitch bed of the first needle bed for transferring and forming a new stitch,
(C) The method includes a step of forming a new stitch on the joining overlapped layer that is locked to the second needle bed.

Further, in the present invention, the first stitch row and the second stitch row are fed from different yarn feeders, and the joining stitches are continuously or every 1 to 3 stitches at least in the course direction or the wale direction. It is characterized by forming.

Further, the knitted fabric of the present invention is knitted using a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds, and in a two-layer knitted fabric that is partially joined, the increased stitches are used as joining stitches. It is characterized by having been joined to.

In the present invention, the knitted fabrics arranged opposite to the front and back needle beds are joined to each other so that the stitches to be joined to one knitted fabric formed by split knitting are positioned on the back side of the other knitted fabric. Knitting yarn at the end of the knitted fabric and by using the stitches formed by increasing the split, so that it is stable without being affected by tension and does not become unstable such as tack. Can be bonded without appearing on the surface and bleeding.

Furthermore, in the present invention, continuous or 1 to 3 stitches for joining in the course direction or the wale direction are arranged at the positions where the bottoms and side portions of the pockets in the two-layer knitted fabric are desired to be joined by splitting. By forming a pocket and joining by splitting up at the adjacent part of the buttonhole, the knitted fabric can be strengthened to prevent yarn breakage and the like.

The knitted fabric obtained by the present invention is joined to the front and rear as a double stitch with an increased stitch, so that the front and back transition yarns are short, and the joined portion cannot be easily stretched back and forth.

It is a figure which shows the knitted fabric 1 provided with the placket 7 containing the buttonhole 2 which is an Example of this invention. It is a knitting process figure of the knitted fabric 1 provided with the placket 7 containing the buttonhole 2 which is an Example of this invention.

Hereinafter, the knitting method of the knitted fabric 1 provided with the prop 7 including the buttonhole 2 will be described as an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a description will be given using a flat knitting machine including a two-bed system and a two-cam system in which splitting is possible and the back needle bed can be racked to the left and right. Further, a known four-bed machine may be used. In the knitting process diagram, the number of stitches is made smaller than the actual knitting for convenience of explanation.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a knitted fabric 1 having a placket 7 including a buttonhole 2 according to an embodiment. A part of the right front of the cardigan is shown. As will be described later, the placket 7 has a bag shape, and a plurality of vertical hole type button holes 2 are arranged at the center position of the placket 7. The placket 7 needs to be solid. Two yarn feeders are used in an area other than the buttonhole 2, and two yarn feeders are added at the position of the buttonhole 2 to form a two-layer knitted fabric. Further, in this embodiment, before the start of the lowermost buttonhole 2, a stitch row for split knitting in the course direction is provided, and the knitted fabric before and after the bag shape is more firmly fixed. . In the case where the placket width is wide and the hollow region is wide or the number of buttonholes 2 is small, the knitted fabric may be further increased to stabilize the knitted fabric. Moreover, even if it is application other than the prop 7, the two-layer knitted fabric can be firmly joined.

FIG. 2 is a knitting process diagram of the knitted fabric 1 including the placket 7 including the buttonhole 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, black triangles indicate yarn feeders 3 to 6, continuous loop diagrams are newly formed stitches, loop diagrams with deformed loop diagrams are shown after being increased, and V-shaped tacks. Show. Moreover, FB shows a front needle bed and BB shows a back needle bed. Uppercase letters A to N represent FB knitting needles, lowercase letters a to n represent BB knitting needles, T + numbers represent knitting steps, and S1 and S2 represent cam systems. In the embodiment using the knitting machine having the two-cam system, the knitting of S1 and S2 can be performed by one movement of the carriage, so that the knitting machine is expressed by one knitting step. S1 is shown as the preceding cam system, and S2 is shown as the following cam system. The positional relationship between the yarn feeders 3 to 6 is such that a small number is arranged on the front side when the knitting machine front is viewed. Here, the yarn feeder 3 is the frontmost, and the yarn feeder 6 is the farthest side. In each knitting step, the number of needles is displayed smaller than the actual number in FIG. Hereinafter, the knitting steps T1 to T10 will be described.

At T1, using the two yarn feeders and the two cam systems, the prop 7 is formed with the FB knitting needles N to E and the BB knitting needles ne to e, and the ground portion 8 is the FB knitting needles D to A and BB knitting needles. A two-layer knitted fabric facing the front and back needle beds is formed at da. Here, description will be made mainly on the placket 7, and the stitches of the ground portion 8 in which the repeat state continues is reduced. Specifically, a new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles n to e of the BB and the knitting needles D to A of the FB in advance, and the yarn feeding port 6 of S2 is the following. A new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles N to E of the FB and the knitting needles d to a of the BB. In this embodiment, the stitches locked to the knitting needle A and the knitting needle a are not connected to each other, but may be connected and closed.

At T2, before the start of the lowermost buttonhole 2, the stitches to be split and knitted in the course direction are continuously arranged, and the knitted fabric before and after the bag is firmly fixed. At the yarn feeder 5 of S1, new stitches are formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles A to D of the FB and the knitting needles e to n of the BB. In the yarn feeder 6 of S2, new stitches are formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles a to d of the BB, and split knitting is performed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles E to N of the FB. Transfer stitches are made to the knitting needles e to n of the BB facing the stitches locked to the knitting needles E to N of the FB, and double stitches located on the back side of the respective stitches locked to the knitting needles e to n of the BB are provided. When the transfer is performed, the knitting needles E to N of the FB whose needles are raised are newly fed at the yarn feeder 6 and knit knitted, and new stitches are formed on the knitting needles E to N of the FB. After the knitting, the transition yarn of the yarn feeder 6 connected to the stitch locked to the knitting needle N overlaps with the transition yarn of the yarn feeder 5 connected to the stitch locked to the knitting needle n, and stops.

At T3, similarly to T1, the yarn feeder 5 of S1 forms a new stitch that is engaged with the knitting needles n to e of the BB and the knitting needles D to A of the FB, and the yarn feeder 6 of S2 becomes the knitting needle of the FB. A new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles da of N to E and BB. Here, following T2, knitting in the order of S1 and S2 closes the end of the knitted fabric by yarn crossing. This is based on the positional relationship of the yarn feeder and the knitting order. By maintaining this relationship, the outer end 9 of the placket 7 is continuously closed in subsequent steps. On the other hand, the transition yarns connected to the yarn feeders 5 and 6 are also alternately overlapped with the end portion on the ground portion 8 side of the prop 7 so that the front and rear two-layer knitted fabrics are joined. Thereafter, the boundary between the placket 7 and the ground portion 8 is also joined in the same manner.

At T4, in order to add two new yarn feeders because it is necessary to form the buttonhole 2, the yarn feeders 3 and 4 are inserted. In S1, tack is performed on the stitches that are locked to the knitting needle i by the yarn feeder 3, and in S2, tack is performed on the stitches that are locked to the knitting needle I by the yarn feeder 4. At T5, formation of the buttonhole 2 is started. In S1, a new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles j to n of the BB by the yarn feeder 3. In S2, a new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles J to N of the FB by the yarn feeder 4. To do. For the buttonhole 2 provided between the knitting needle J and the knitting needle I from T5, knitting is performed by folding back with the knitting needle J.

At T6, the new knitting stitches locked to the knitting needles A to D of the FB and the knitting needles e to i of the BB are used by the yarn feeding ports 5 and 6 moved in the direction of the knitting needles A and a at T3. A new stitch is formed at the yarn feeder 6 of S2 to the stitches locked to the knitting needles a to d of the BB and the knitting needles E to G of the FB, and is further split against the stitches locked to the knitting needles H and I. Perform additional organization. On the buttonhole 2 side of the placket 7, the ends are closed for the same reason as T2 and T3, and the knitting needles H and I of the FB are joined in an increased knitting to be joined in a further strengthened state. The joining by the split knitting is different from the joining by the tack, and the split knitting with respect to the adjacent stitches is possible. That is, the arrangement | positioning continuous with respect to the required part in a course direction is attained. Furthermore, since the number of crossover yarns increases, the strength also increases. Here, splitting is performed every other stitch in the wale direction, but if the distance is about 3 stitches, the strength can be secured and a firm two-layer knitted fabric can be obtained.

At T7, a new stitch is formed at the yarn feeder 5 of S1 to the stitches engaged with the knitting needles i to e of the BB and the knitting needles D to A of the FB, and the knitting needles I to E of the FB are formed at the yarn feeder 6 of S2. A new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles d to a of the BB. At T8, a new stitch is formed at the yarn feeder 5 of S1 in a stitch that is locked to the knitting needles n to j of the BB, and a new stitch is formed to be locked to the knitting needles N to L of the FB at the yarn feeder 6 of S2. A stitch is formed and split knitting is performed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles K and J of the FB. Both the buttonhole 2 side and the outer end 9 of the placket 7 are closed for the same reason as T2 and T3. The knitting needles K and J of the FB hit the edge of the knitted fabric, and the tension of the knitting yarn supplied from the yarn feeder tends to become unstable, but the knitting yarn is the surface of the knitted fabric because it is joined using an increased stitch. The bleeding that appears in Furthermore, the edge of the buttonhole 2 is reinforced by the stitches locked to the knitting needles K and J of the FB that has been subjected to split knitting. The desired buttonhole 2 is obtained by repeating the steps T5 to T8 as appropriate.

At T9, since the formation of the buttonhole 2 is completed, the yarn feeders 3 and 4 are threaded out of the knitted fabric. In S1, tack is made on the stitches that are locked to the knitting needle i of the BB by the yarn feeder 3, and in S2, tack is made on the stitches that are locked to the knitting needle I of the FB by the yarn feeder 4, and the yarn feeders 3 and 4 are left as they are. Move out. At T10, a new stitch is formed at the yarn feeder 5 of S1 with the stitches locked to the knitting needles A to D of the FB and the knitting needles en of the BB, and the knitting needles a to d of the BB are formed at the yarn feeder 6 of S2. A new stitch is formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles E to N of the FB, and the buttonhole 2 is completed.

In the present embodiment, the knitting that increases the strength of the portion by joining the front and rear knitted fabrics of the edge of the buttonhole 2 in the placket 7 is shown, but considering not only the edge of the knitted fabric but also the joining position and arrangement. By doing so, it can be applied to pockets, and can be used to prevent the knitted fabric from being displaced such that the inner layer and the outer layer are made of different materials. This is a joint using extra stitches. The front and back crossover yarns are short and the joint is hard to stretch back and forth, ensuring strength.

The stitch obtained by split knitting is preferably a compound needle having a needle body having a hook mounted on a flat knitting machine and a slider for opening and closing the hook. By using this compound needle, there is no blade provided on the latch needle, so the knitting needle is positioned at the center of the groove. A stitch can be formed. Furthermore, in the embodiment, the description has been given with the knitted fabric with the tentacle structure, but the knitted fabric including the back stitch and the structure may be used other than the split stitch.
