Description

The present invention relates to a storage tank scaffolding member having a bracket structure with improved safety for use in new construction and repair work of a storage tank.

A temporary work platform is installed near the side plate when constructing a new storage tank or repairing it. This temporary work scaffold is generally a frame scaffold that is assembled using pipes, plates, etc., but a receiving member that is attached directly to the wall of the side plate, that is, a bracket, is used inside or outside the storage tank. The working scaffold that was used is temporarily used.

FIG. 9 shows an example of a scaffold 5 having a bracket structure that is directly attached to the wall surface of the side plate 3 of the cylindrical upright storage tank 1.
A large storage tank 1 for storing crude oil and other volatile and flammable liquids is composed of a circular flat plate 2, a cylindrical side plate 3, and a roof 4.
When the storage tank 1 is constructed or repaired, a bracket structure scaffold 5 is directly attached to the inner wall surface side of the side plate 3.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a shelf-like bracket, and 7 denotes an attachment member that is welded and fixed to the side plate 3 in order to attach the bracket 6 to the side plate 3. A scaffolding plate 8 is placed and fixed on top of brackets 6, 6... That are separated and fixed in the horizontal direction along the side plate 3. Reference numeral 9 denotes a handrail column vertically provided on the upper end portion of the bracket 6, and reference numeral 10 denotes a horizontal handrail main body that extends over the vicinity of the upper ends of the columns 9 and 9.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the scaffold 5 of the conventional bracket structure that is directly attached to the wall surface of the side plate 3 of the storage tank 1 is open on both sides of the scaffold plate 8 on the scaffold 5. There is a gap A between them and a gap B in the lower part of the handrail body 10.

In particular, the gap A has a curved inner wall surface of the storage tank side plate, so that the horizontal plane between the side plate 3 and the scaffolding plate 8 between the brackets 6 and 6 is formed in a shape formed by arcs and strings. It has become.

There is a possibility that an object may be dropped from the gaps A and B on both sides of the scaffold plate 8 or an operator may step on the foot.

The invention of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-176310 “Baseboard for Building Scaffolding” in which an operator can easily perform mounting without removing the foot from both sides of the footboard is arranged at a predetermined interval. A long baseboard is engaged between the columns.

In addition, the invention of the conventional Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-247261 “Attaching device for baseboard for scaffolding board” is a baseboard having a substantially L-shaped cross-section along the end of the girder side of the scaffolding board for the frame scaffolding. It is used to attach to vertical members of building frames.

Further, the invention of the conventional Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-169557 “Baseboard for Scaffolding” is designed to prevent falling and preventing articles from falling by simply and strongly attaching to a side edge of a scaffolding plate provided between a plurality of columns. It is a baseboard for scaffolding.

As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, a mounting member 7 called “Necopys” is fixed to the wall surface inside the cylindrical upright side plate 3 by welding, and the bracket 6 is hooked and fixed to the mounting member 7 from above. Yes. The bracket 6 is formed in a substantially triangular shape on the side surface by a horizontal rod 6a that is horizontal on the side surface, a vertical rod 6b that is vertical on the side surface, and an inclined rod 6c that is inclined on the side surface. A plurality of the brackets 6 are separated from each other along the horizontal direction and attached to the side plate 3, and the scaffolding plate 8 is installed over the horizontal rods 6 a and 6 a of the adjacent brackets 6 and 6.
Thus, since the inner wall surface of the storage tank side plate has a curved surface, the scaffold 5 of the conventional bracket structure directly attached to the side plate 3 has a gap A in the direction of the side plate 3 on both side surfaces of the scaffold plate 8 between the brackets 6. The center is widened in a shape in which the horizontal plane is formed by arcs and strings, and the gap B at the bottom of the handrail main body 10 in the central direction of the storage tank is opened.
There is a possibility that an object may be dropped from the gaps A and B on both sides of the scaffold plate 8 or an operator may step on the foot. Therefore, it was necessary to provide baseboards for ensuring safety on both side surfaces of the scaffold board 8.

In particular, the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations were revised (enforced on June 1, 2009), and new regulations were added to the structure of the scaffold used at the site. As a measure to prevent the object from falling, both sides of the scaffold ( Skirting boards, etc. were required on the side plate wall surface and stanchion side.

The conventional invention of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-176310 “Baseboard for Building Scaffolding” is a skirting board that can be easily attached while preventing a foot from being stepped on, and ties a baseboard between struts arranged at a predetermined interval. However, it was difficult to mount on a bracket structure scaffold.

In addition, the invention of the conventional Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2007-247261 “Attaching device for baseboard for scaffolding board” attaches a baseboard having a substantially L-shaped cross section along the spar side end of the scaffolding board to the vertical member of the building frame. Although it is attached via metal fittings, members such as vertical members, lock pins, and attachment metal fittings could not be attached to a bracket structure without a building frame.

Furthermore, the conventional Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-169557 “Baseboard for scaffolding” is complicated and can be attached to the side edges of the frame post and the scaffolding plate, but it is not suitable for attachment to the scaffolding of the bracket structure.

The baseboards of the frame scaffolds as in Patent Documents 1 to 3 are difficult to install on the bracket structure scaffolds that are directly attached to the wall surface of the storage tank side wall, and the horizontal plane formed between the side panel wall surfaces is formed by arcs and strings. It was also impossible to cover the gaps of the shape to be formed.

The object of the present invention was made in view of the problems of the above-mentioned prior art scaffolds, and improved the safety of fixing and using a receiving member that is directly attached to the side plate wall surface of the storage tank, that is, a bracket, The present invention provides a storage tank scaffold member adapted to new laws and regulations.

Since the pipe receiving members 11a and 11b are formed so as to be inserted into and fixed to the receiving ports, they can be detachably installed in parallel with good workability, and the functionality and safety of the scaffold member can be improved.

4-6 is explanatory drawing which shows 12 A of inclination baseboard provided in a side-plate wall surface direction. FIG. 4 is an explanatory plan view showing the inclined baseboard 12A, FIG. 5 is an explanatory plan view showing a situation where the inclined baseboard 12A is attached in the direction of the side plate wall surface, and FIG. 6 is an explanatory perspective view showing an installation situation of the inclined baseboard 12A. is there.
Reference numeral 15 denotes a rod-shaped rod, and both horizontal end portions of the rod-shaped rod 15 are provided with a connecting member such as an adapter, for example, so as to be detachable and adjustable in length, and extend vertically downward. A circular pipe member 16 is provided with a rectangular plate-like cover plate 17 having a size larger than the maximum width of the central portion of the interval A. A plurality of string members 18 are used in the vicinity of the tip of the cover plate 17. It forms so that a sheet | seat may be connected. The rectangular plate-like cover plate 17 has a constant width and length as shown in FIG. 4 or a cover plate that has a plurality of lengths corresponding to the interval A (not shown). It is made of plywood made of steel.
The inclined skirting board 12A is formed by inserting a plurality of circular tube members 16 provided with the cover plate 17 through a rod-shaped rod 15 and extending both ends thereof vertically downward from the horizontal rod-shaped rod 15 as shown in FIG. Are inserted into the pipe receiving members 11a and 11b of the mounting receiver 11.
A plurality of the rod-like rods 15 may be connected so that the length can be adjusted as necessary, or may be formed in a slide-type telescopic structure using a pipe joint member or the like. Further, the circular tube member 16 provided with the cover plate 17 is also formed so as to be sequentially inserted in accordance with the length of the rod-shaped rod 15.
As described above, each member constituting the inclined baseboard 12A is detachable and has a structure that can be attached and removed with good workability by adjusting the length.

When the rectangular plate-shaped inclined skirting board 12A shown in FIG. 4 is attached in the direction of the side plate wall surface, the interval A is filled as seen from above the plane as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 6, the cover plates 17, 17... Are gradually leaned on the wall surface of the side plate 3 in a stepped shape, and the horizontal plane is formed by arcs and strings. Cover the top of the spacing A. In this case, the inclined baseboard 12A is composed of a plurality of three or more according to the curvature of the side plate wall surface, and comb-shaped cover plates 17, 17. In order to prevent an object from dropping from a gap between the plurality of cover plates 17, 17...

As described above, the inclined baseboard 12A is formed by the cover plates 17, 17... Divided into a plurality of pieces, and appropriately covers the upper part of the interval A between the side plate wall surface and the scaffold plate 8, thereby preventing the object from falling. In addition, the safety of the work can be improved because the worker does not step on the foot.
The example illustrated and described above is the bracket structure scaffold 5 provided inside the storage tank 1, but in the case of the bracket structure scaffold provided on the outer wall surface of the storage tank, a wide gap is generated in the vicinity of the bracket fixing portion. In the same manner as described above, the upper part of the gap between the side plate wall surface and the scaffolding plate can be properly covered with the inclined baseboard formed by a plurality of cover plates.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory side view showing the vertical baseboard 12B provided on the scaffold in the central direction of the storage tank.
The vertical skirting board 12B is formed by two strips 20a and 20b, and is formed in an expansion and contraction structure by a long hole 21 for adjusting the length and a fixing member 22 such as a bolt and a nut.

FIG. 8 shows another example of the vertical baseboard 12B.
The vertical skirting board 12B is formed by two strips 20c and 20d and a connection plate 23, and a long hole 21 for adjusting the length is provided in the connection plate 23. The two strips 20c and 20d are connected by the elongated hole 21 and a fixing member 22 such as a bolt / nut, and the vertical base 12B is formed in an expandable connection structure.

The strip 20 (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) of the vertical baseboard 12B has a plurality of strips made of aluminum alloy or steel having a length of about 0.5 to 1 meter and a height of about 10 to 20 centimeters, for example. It is made of a plate material, and a vertical insertion rod 19 is provided at the lower end edge of the band plate 20 (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d). The insertion rod 19 at the lower end of the band plate 20 (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) is inserted into the pipe receiving members 11a, 11b of the attachment receiver 11 and attached.

Thus, since the vertical base 12B was formed in the expansion-contraction connection structure with the some strip | belt board 20, even if it is between the brackets 6 and 6 where a space | interval is not constant, it can install easily by adjusting a dimension. And since it becomes a toe board on a scaffold board, an operator does not step on a foot | foot and also an object does not roll on a scaffold board and fall.

As described above, the skirting board 12, the inclined skirting board 12A, and the vertical skirting board 12B are installed on both sides of the scaffold board 8, that is, both sides, so that the construction work can be efficiently and safely performed. Safety is ensured without dropping or stepping on by people.
This skirting board 12 (12A, 12B) may be appropriately selected and installed on one side surface or both side surfaces of the scaffolding plate according to the conditions of the place of use.
Since the temporary scaffold member according to the present invention does not require a large temporary frame scaffold, the use of the construction scaffold can be reduced, and the cost and the construction period can be shortened.
