Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a support device for a plate-like member.
A multilayer glass panel is generally constituted by forming an air layer between two glass plates and a spacer between the two glass plates. Since the double-glazed glass panel having such a structure has excellent heat insulation properties, it contributes to energy saving by being mounted on a sash of a house or a building.
The most typical glazing gasket of a conventional multi-layer glass panel is formed by extruding into a channel shape while welding two layers of a rubber layer protruding outside from a sash groove and a resin layer inserted into the sash groove, This continuous glazing gasket is cut in accordance with the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the multilayer glass panel, and engaged with the peripheral edges of the multilayer glass panel over the entire length. The multi-layer glass panel is attached to the sash by fitting the peripheral edge portion with the glazing gasket into the groove portion of the sash.
Such a conventional glazing gasket mounting method involves manually fitting the glazing gasket, so that the operation is complicated and the productivity is low.
Therefore, recently, in order to improve productivity, there is a molding method for molding a glazing gasket by applying a molding material while directly extruding it to a peripheral portion of a multilayer glass panel by using an extruder and a shot pump using a molding die. It has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
Hereinafter, a description will be given with reference to FIG.
When forming the glazing gasket on the multilayer glass panel, as shown in FIG. 18, the multilayer glass panel 1 is vertically placed on the work table 2 and held, and the peripheral edge of the multilayer glass panel 1 is held. The pair of molding dies 3a and 3b are disposed in a pressed state from the front and back surfaces.

In parallel with this operation, a predetermined amount of hot-melt adhesive is supplied from an adhesive supply pump (not shown) to a shot pump (not shown) and temporarily stored therein.
Next, the adhesive is pumped to the forming
Simultaneously with this coating operation, the molding material is pumped to the
In this case, one or both of the forming
Thus, the glazing gasket 6 can be formed by applying the
In the conventional glazing gasket forming method as described above, the multi-layer glass panel is held in a state where it is erected vertically on the work table. Therefore, for example, when the double-glazed glass panel has a size of 2400 mm × 1500 mm or more, the double-glazed glass panel itself is easily bent and the amount of bending is also increased.
As a result, when the adhesive and molding material are applied to the two layers while pressing the molding die against the peripheral edge of the multilayer glass panel, the multilayer glass panel is easily bent, and the molding die cannot follow this bending. As a result, there is a risk of poor adhesion in the molding material. In addition, the thickness of the molding material applied to the multilayer glass panel becomes non-uniform, and there is a problem that high-precision glazing gasket molding cannot be performed.
Moreover, in order to realize highly accurate glazing gasket molding, it is necessary to suppress the clearance between the glass surface and the coating nozzle (molding die) to 0.3 mm or less.
The coating head including the coating nozzle has a weight of more than 80 kg due to the mounting of a gear pump, which is a key to high-precision extrusion technology, and has a very long portion that rotates by a combination of a swivel mechanism and the like.
In order to perform high-precision glazing gasket molding on a multi-layer glass panel in a vertically standing state using a coating head having such a large weight and large external dimensions, the device structure is very large. Is not realistic.
Therefore, the present applicants have proposed a method of forming a glazing gasket as follows.
That is, the multilayer glass panel on which the glazing gasket is to be molded is placed on the first work table so that one surface faces upward and positioned at a predetermined position.
On the first work table, a multi-layer glass panel is moved along the surface of the work table, and conveying members such as rollers for positioning are arranged in a matrix.
Then, the glazing gasket is formed by applying the molding material over the entire length of the peripheral portion while moving the first coating gun along the peripheral portion of one surface of the multilayer glass panel positioned on the first work table.
Thereafter, the multilayer glass panel after forming the glazing gasket is inverted so that the other surface on which the glazing gasket is not formed faces upward, and is placed on the second work table and positioned at a predetermined position.
Similarly to the first work table, the second work table has a multilayer glass panel moved along the surface of the work table, and conveying members such as rollers for positioning are arranged in a matrix.
Then, a molding material is applied over the entire length of the peripheral portion while moving the second coating gun along the peripheral portion of the other surface of the multilayer glass panel placed on the second work table, thereby forming a glazing gasket. .

As shown in FIG. 14, the

In this case, each sub guide rail traveling

Therefore, it is advantageous in improving workability when processing and assembling such as forming a glazing gasket on the
