Abstract

Claims (15)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨の中で固定するための軸(3)およびヘッド(4)を有する固定要素(2)と、
一体的に形成された受け部とを備え、前記受け部は、前記ヘッド(4)を受けるための座部(52)と、前記固定要素に接続されるロッド(20)を受けるための溝部(54)とを有し、
前記骨固定装置はさらに、一体的に形成された圧力要素(6、601、602、603)を備え、前記圧力要素は前記受け部の中で移動して圧力を前記ヘッドの上に加えることができ、
前記固定要素は、前記受け部に対して旋回可能であり、前記圧力要素を介して前記ヘッドの上に圧力を加えることによって、ある角度で固定されることができ、
前記圧力要素(6、601、602、603)は、前記固定要素を旋回させることができる位置で前記圧力要素を保持できるように前記受け部の一部(58、59)と係合するばね要素(66、66′)を備える、骨固定装置。 - 前記ばね要素(66、66′)は、前記圧力要素の壁部分(63、64)の中で一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記ばね要素(66、66′)は、スロット(69、69′、690、690′、691、691′)によって間隔が置かれた前記壁部分の一部によって形成される、請求項2に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記ばね要素(66、66′)は、弾性によってスロットの中に侵入可能でありかつ前記受け部の内壁に形成された窪み(58、59)の中で係合可能な移動止め部(67、67′)を備える、請求項1から3のうち1つに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素の組付けはできるが前記受け部からの取外しができないように、前記移動止め部(67、67′)は、前記圧力要素の移動方向に対して非対称に成形される、請求項4に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記移動止め部(67、67′)は、前記窪み(58、59)の壁に接触する端部(67a)を含む、請求項5に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素の組付けおよび取外しを可能にするように、前記移動止め部(670)は、前記圧力要素の移動方向に対して対称に成形される、請求項1から4のうち1つに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記スロット(69、69′)は、対向する2つの側面で開口する、請求項3から7のうち1つに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記スロット(690、691)は、3つの側面で開口し、第3の側面は、好ましくは前記ヘッド(4)と反対側を向く前記圧力要素の側面の方向に向けられている、請求項3から8のうち1つに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素(6、601、602、603)は、前記ロッドを受けるための溝部を有し、前記ばね要素(66、66′)は、前記溝部の少なくとも1つの側壁(63、64)の中に形成される、請求項1から9のうち1つに記載の骨固定装置。

前記ツールを、前記ダミーロッド部が前記ベース部の上端の上に位置する状態にするステップと、
前記ダミーロッド部を前記圧力要素と接続するステップと、
前記受け部を前記圧力要素の上に置き、前記受け部を、前記ベース部に対して、前記ばね要素(66、66′)が前記受け部と係合するまで、押すステップとを含む、方法。 - 請求項1から12のうち1つに記載の骨固定装置を骨の中に挿入するためのツールであって、前記ツールは、
逆保持部材(102)に回転可能に接続された駆動部材(101)を備え、前記駆動部材は、前記逆保持部材および前記受け部を通して前記ヘッド(4)の窪み(4′)の中まで延在するような大きさにされ、前記ツールはさらに、好ましくは前記圧力要素が移動して外れることを防止するための止め部(122、123)を備える、ツール。
