Abstract
【解決手段】磁気駆動ポンプは、遠心ポンプを駆動する電磁継手を有し、かつ流体ポンプのウエット側40とドライ側23とを隔てるシール壁部22を備える。モータによって、ベアリングハウジング24を通るシャフト28が駆動され、シャフト28によって、外側磁気ロータ30が駆動される。外側磁気ロータ30は、シール壁部22の半径方向外側に位置し、内側磁気ロータ32は、シール壁部22の半径方向内側に位置する。外側磁気ロータの回転により、内側磁気ロータ32が回転する。内側磁気ロータ32は、遠心ポンプインペラ34を駆動させて液体を移動させる。シール壁部22の外側でポンプのドライ側23に位置する気泡検出器36は、ポンプのウエット側40に信号を送信して、ポンプの液体内における気体の存在を特定する。

Claims (5)
- シャフトを介して電磁継手を駆動するモータと、
内側磁気ロータと、
気泡検出器と、
を備える磁気駆動ポンプであって、
前記シャフトは、外側磁気ロータを駆動し、該外側磁気ロータは、シール壁部の半径方向外側に位置し、
前記内側磁気ロータは、前記シール壁部の半径方向内側に位置し、該内側磁気ロータの回転によって遠心ポンプインペラによる液体の移送がなされ、
前記気泡検出器は、前記シール壁部の外側でかつ前記ポンプのドライ側に位置し、かつポンプの液体内における気体の存在を特定するように前記ポンプのウエット側に信号を送信することを特徴とする磁気駆動ポンプ。 - 前記気泡検出器は、超音波検出器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気駆動ポンプ。
- 前記気泡検出器は、コントローラと連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気駆動ポンプ。
- 前記気泡検出器は、前記遠心ポンプインペラから離間した前記ポンプのウエット側の一部と隣接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気駆動ポンプ。
- 前記遠心ポンプインペラは、ハウジングによって気泡検出器に対応する前記ウエット側の一部から隔てられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の磁気駆動ポンプ。
