Abstract
【解決手段】落差工または堰の垂直壁面に沿わせて貫流水車を設置し、ランナ13を上流側水路または堰堤頂の高さに近づけて設置する。取水口16は水平か、下流方向へ下がる勾配を付け、ランナ13からの噴流の放出角度がほぼ下を向くようにノズル位置を決める。ランナ室20の出口をランナ外径よりも狭い幅に縮めた整流部21から下流側に放流する。また、ランナ室内にランナに近接した位置から始まる仕切壁を設けて、ランナ室20の上部に気相エリア24を形成し、気相エリア24への空気量を調節することによりランナ室内の圧力を調節して水車効率を向上させる。

Claims (5)
- 落差工または堰の垂直壁に沿って上流側水路近くにランナが配置された貫流水車と、
前記落差工または堰を流れる水の一部を取水して前記貫流水車に供給する取水口を有し前記貫流水車のランナを内蔵したランナ室と、
前記取水口から取水した水を前記貫流水車のランナに導かれるようにしたノズルと、
前記ランナ室上部に空気を供給し前記ランナ内の主軸に流れが衝突することを防止するための気相エリアに空気を供給する空気供給配管と、
前記ランナ室の出口部に設けられ前記ランナで仕事を終えた水をランナ径よりも狭い幅に整流して落差工または堰の下流部に放流する整流部とを備えたことを特徴とする落差工・堰用水車設備。 - 前記ランナ室内の、ランナから見てノズルと反対側の前記ランナに近接した位置から、ランナから放出される噴流の流れを邪魔しない方向に延伸して設けられ気相エリアを形成するための仕切壁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の落差工・堰用水車設備。
- 前記整流部の下部に設けられ前記整流部で整流された水流を所定の広がり角で吸い出し落差工または堰の下流部に放流する吸出し管を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の落差工・堰用水車設備。
- 前記仕切壁で形成された気相エリア内の気相の圧力低下量を調べるために前期ランナ室の上部と下部をつないだ水位計を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の落差工・堰用水車設備。
- 前記取水口の上部に、前記落差工または堰を流れる水の方向に沿って前記ランナのランナ翼の間隔よりも狭いピッチで棒状部材を並べたスクリーンを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の落差工・堰用水車設備。
