Abstract
【解決手段】レーザ光に対して透過性のある第1外殻部材2と、透過性のない第2外殻部材4とを突き合わせて収納室6を形成する。第1外殻部材2には、平坦面12と、平坦面12の外側に凹部14とを形成し、かつ、凹部14の外側に凹部14の内壁面14aに連接するテーパ内周面16aを有する外輪部16を突き出して形成する。また、第2外殻部材4には、テーパ内周面16aに嵌合するテーパ外周面4aを形成すると共に、凹部14に嵌合する凸部18を形成し、かつ、凸部18の内側に平坦面12に当接する位置決め面20と、段差面22とを形成する。平坦面12と段差面22との間にシール部材30を挟持し、外輪部16の外側からレーザ光を照射して溶着した。

Description
レーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂により成形した第1外殻部材と、レーザ光に対して透過性のない非透過性樹脂により成形した第2外殻部材とを突き合わせて中空状の収納室を形成し、レーザ光の照射により前記第1外殻部材と前記第2外殻部材とを溶着した樹脂製容器において、
前記第1外殻部材には、前記第1外殻部材の前記収納室の開口周囲に平坦面を形成すると共に、前記平坦面の外側にリング状の凹部を形成し、かつ、前記凹部の外側に前記凹部の内壁面に連接するテーパ内周面を有する外輪部を前記平坦面よりも前記第2外殻部材側に突き出して形成し、
また、前記第2外殻部材には、前記テーパ内周面に嵌合するテーパ外周面を形成すると共に、前記凹部に嵌合し外壁面を前記テーパ外周面に連接した凸部を形成し、かつ、前記凸部の内側に前記平坦面に当接する位置決め面を形成すると共に、前記位置決め面の内側に前記平坦面と隙間をあけて対向する段差面を形成し、
更に、前記平坦面と前記段差面との間にシール部材を挟持し、前記外輪部の外側から前記レーザ光を照射して溶着したことを特徴とする樹脂製容器がそれである。その際、前記平坦面と前記位置決め面とを当接した状態で、前記テーパ内周面に前記テーパ外周面を圧入した構成でもよい。
図1に示すように、1は樹脂製容器で、略円筒状に形成されており、樹脂製容器1は第1外殻部材2と第2外殻部材4とを備え、第1外殻部材2と第2外殻部材4とにより区画されて中空状の収納室6が形成されている。

Claims (2)
- レーザ光に対して透過性のある透過性樹脂により成形した第1外殻部材と、レーザ光に対して透過性のない非透過性樹脂により成形した第2外殻部材とを突き合わせて中空状の収納室を形成し、レーザ光の照射により前記第1外殻部材と前記第2外殻部材とを溶着した樹脂製容器において、
前記第1外殻部材には、前記第1外殻部材の前記収納室の開口周囲に平坦面を形成すると共に、前記平坦面の外側にリング状の凹部を形成し、かつ、前記凹部の外側に前記凹部の内壁面に連接するテーパ内周面を有する外輪部を前記平坦面よりも前記第2外殻部材側に突き出して形成し、
また、前記第2外殻部材には、前記テーパ内周面に嵌合するテーパ外周面を形成すると共に、前記凹部に嵌合し外壁面を前記テーパ外周面に連接した凸部を形成し、かつ、前記凸部の内側に前記平坦面に当接する位置決め面を形成すると共に、前記位置決め面の内側に前記平坦面と隙間をあけて対向する段差面を形成し、
更に、前記平坦面と前記段差面との間にシール部材を挟持し、前記外輪部の外側から前記レーザ光を照射して溶着したことを特徴とする樹脂製容器。 - 前記平坦面と前記位置決め面とを当接した状態で、前記テーパ内周面に前記テーパ外周面を圧入したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製容器。
