Abstract
【解決手段】磁気ディスクまたは多面鏡160を搭載するためのローターケース170;ローターケース170を軸支する回転可能な回転軸140;回転軸140を回転可能に支持するための中空の円筒状ベアリング130;ベアリング130を支持するためにベアリング130の外周面に装着されたベアリングホルダー120;ローターケース170を回転させる電場を形成するためにベアリングホルダー120の外周面に装着されたステータ121;回転軸140の外周面に挿着されてローターケース170の上部に装着され、外周部は多面鏡160と結合されるハウジングシャフト150;ハウジングシャフト150の内部に形成され、熔接の際に発生する応力を吸収し、多面鏡160の平面度の変化を減らすことができるホール空間部;及びホール空間部の外縁部と多面鏡160を固定結合する結合部180を含む。

コイルは、外部電源で電場を形成することで、ローターケース170のローターマグネット171との間で形成される磁気力でローターケース170を回転させる。

Claims (6)
- 磁気ディスクまたは多面鏡を搭載するためのローターケース;
前記ローターケースを軸支する回転可能な回転軸;
前記回転軸を回転可能に支持するための中空の円筒状ベアリング;
前記ベアリングを支持するために前記ベアリングの外周面に装着されたベアリングホルダー;
前記ローターケースを回転させる電場を形成するために前記ベアリングホルダーの外周面に装着されたステータ;
前記回転軸の外周面に挿着されて前記ローターケースの上部に装着され、外周部は前記多面鏡と結合されるハウジングシャフト;
前記ハウジングシャフトの内部に形成され、熔接の際に発生する応力を吸収し、前記多面鏡の平面度の変化を減らすことができるホール空間部;及び
前記ホール空間部の外縁部と前記多面鏡を固定結合する結合部;を含むことを特徴とするスキャナモーター。 - 前記結合部が、レーザー溶接機で熔接して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスキャナモーター。
- 前記ホール空間部が、前記多面鏡の面の位置に対応して形成され、前記多面鏡の面数と同数で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスキャナモーター。
- 前記ホール空間部が、前記多面鏡の面数の整数倍で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスキャナモーター。
- 前記ホール空間部が、外径が内径より大きい扇形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスキャナモーター。
- 前記ホール空間部が、円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスキャナモーター。
