Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a panel manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method in which a plurality of optical fiber wires and other reinforcing wires are aligned at a predetermined pitch.
Conventionally, there are a reflective screen and a transmissive screen as screens for projecting and displaying various images. As the transmission screen, an optical fiber screen in which a plurality of thin optical fiber lines are aligned is known. Since a plurality of optical fiber screens are bonded to each other at a predetermined pitch on a transparent sheet while extending one optical fiber line, the bonding requires high accuracy and a large number of manufacturing steps.
In order to facilitate the bonding of the optical fiber lines, in Patent Document 1, an optical fiber is wound around a drum-shaped winding member at a predetermined pitch, and then divided to form an optical fiber sheet. This optical fiber sheet A method and apparatus for manufacturing an optical fiber screen by sandwiching a film with a film is disclosed.
By the way, the specifications of the optical fiber screen, such as screen size and brightness, are determined by the diameter and number of optical fiber lines to be attached, and the resolution is set by the pitch that defines the arrangement interval of the optical fiber lines. For this reason, if the bonding pitch of the optical fiber lines is not constant, the resolution varies, and a high-quality optical fiber screen cannot be manufactured. In addition, as the screen size is increased and the resolution is increased, the number of optical fiber wires to be bonded increases and the pitch becomes fine.
In the optical fiber screen manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus described in Patent Document 1, since the surface of the cylindrical rotating drum that winds the optical fiber wire is a flat surface, the degree of freedom in winding the optical fiber wire. Is high and can be set to any pitch. However, since it is necessary to always keep the pitch constant from the winding start point to the winding end point, it is necessary to strictly manage the feeding accuracy on the supply side of the optical fiber line. In addition to the control on the supply side of the optical fiber line, there is a problem that the pitch accuracy cannot be increased unless the rotation of the rotating drum is controlled at a low speed and constant. Such a problem increases as the screen size increases and the resolution increases.
Further, in a conventional optical fiber screen manufacturing apparatus, a thin transparent sheet material is placed on a rotating drum around which an optical fiber line is wound, and the sheet fiber is bonded to the base panel such as glass. The optical fiber screen is manufactured by sticking. For this reason, there is a problem that a separate sheet material is required and the number of assembling steps increases.
Further, the above apparatus has a problem that it takes a long time to wind around the entire rotating drum because the optical fiber line is supplied from the winding starting point to the winding end point of the rotating drum.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to wind a wire rod such as an optical fiber wire along a winding groove provided in a rotary drum and align it, and then transfer it to a flat panel member, thereby making the wire rod on the panel material surface. It is an object to provide a panel manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method capable of forming a panel in which a plurality of strips are aligned and bonded in a line shape with high accuracy and in a short time.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a panel manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention is a panel manufacturing apparatus in which a plurality of wires are arranged in a streak pattern on the surface of the panel material and bonded to the panel material. A rotating drum in which a winding groove is formed, a wire material supply means that is arranged at a position away from the rotating drum and feeds the wire toward the winding groove of the rotating drum, and is arranged between the wire material supply means and the rotating drum And a guide means that moves along the axial direction of the rotating drum in order to guide the wire into the winding groove.
In the panel manufacturing method of the present invention, one or more wires are positioned at one end of a spiral winding groove provided on the surface of the rotating drum, and then the wire is wound while rotating the rotating drum. Winding and aligning step of winding along the groove, wire rod cutting step of cutting the wire along the axial direction after being wound around the rotating drum, and panel member coated with an adhesive on the surface of the rotating drum A transfer step of moving a plurality of wires arranged in a streak-like manner on the rotary drum from the front end portion to the rear end portion of the surface of the panel material as the rotary drum rotates, and the panel And a bonding step of irradiating the wire transferred to the surface of the material with light and bonding it to the surface of the panel material.
According to the panel manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, a spiral winding groove is formed on a rotating drum used for winding and aligning wires, so that the wire can be wound accurately and easily at a predetermined interval. Can be taken. In addition, by providing guide means for following the winding groove that rotates spirally with the rotation of the rotating drum, the guide means can be reliably engaged so as not to be displaced from the winding groove. Furthermore, by using the guide means, it is possible to move a plurality of wires in accordance with the arrangement pitch of the plurality of wires, so that the time required for the winding process can be greatly shortened.
Embodiments of a panel manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present embodiment, an optical fiber screen manufacturing apparatus in which a panel to be manufactured is an optical fiber screen will be described. An optical fiber screen aligns multiple fine optical fiber lines on a transparent panel material such as glass or plastic in a stripe shape, and allows light from a light source to enter each optical fiber line to display images of various emission colors. A flat display device for displaying.
An optical fiber screen manufacturing apparatus (hereinafter referred to as a manufacturing apparatus) 10, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, adheres a wire material (optical fiber wire) 16 to the surface of a
The
On the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
The rotating
As shown in FIG. 5, the winding
The winding
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the wire supply means 12 includes three
The three
As shown in FIG. 3, the guide means 17 takes up the three
One end of the
The
When three
The guide auxiliary means 35 is attached to the
The
The driving of the
Next, the manufacturing method of the optical fiber screen using the said
In the winding and aligning step, the guide means 17 is synchronized every rotation of the
After the
In the next optical fiber line cutting step, as shown in FIG. 7, the first fixing
In the next transfer step and bonding step, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the
As shown in FIG. 9 (a), the adhesion start point A of the
Next, the
