Claims (7)
- 蛍光性クラスター前駆体の原子または分子を、蛍光性クラスターに配位可能な官能基を有する蛍光性クラスターの保護剤としての有機塩または有機化合物の液体に接触させる工程を含むことを特徴とする蛍光性クラスターの製造方法。
- 固体状態の蛍光性クラスター前駆体を蒸発させて蛍光性クラスター前駆体の原子または分子を生成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光性クラスターの製造方法。
- 蛍光性クラスターの保護剤として、一般式X-A-Y(Aは、直鎖状の脂肪族炭化水素基、または、ヘテロ原子、芳香族炭化水素基、脂肪族環状炭化水素基、および芳香族複素環基から選ばれるいずれかの2価の基を直鎖構造に含む直鎖状の2価の基、あるいはこれらの基に置換基を有する基から選ばれるいずれかの2価の基を示し、Xは、1価の有機カチオンと対アニオンとの塩構造を示し、Yは、蛍光性クラスターに配位可能な官能基を示す。)で表される有機塩を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蛍光性クラスターの製造方法。
- 蛍光性クラスターの保護剤として、一般式A’-Y(A’は、直鎖状の脂肪族炭化水素基、または、ヘテロ原子、芳香族炭化水素基、脂肪族環状炭化水素基、および芳香族複素環基から選ばれるいずれかの2価の基を直鎖構造に含む直鎖状の1価の基、あるいはこれらの基に置換基を有する基から選ばれるいずれかの1価の基を示し、Yは、蛍光性クラスターに配位可能な官能基を示す。)で表される有機化合物を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蛍光性クラスターの製造方法。
- 蛍光性クラスター前駆体は、金属または半導体であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の蛍光性クラスターの製造方法。
- 蛍光性クラスター前駆体は、金、銀、および銅から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蛍光性クラスターの製造方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法により得られた蛍光性クラスターを溶媒に分散したものであることを特徴とする蛍光発光分散液。
