Rは一般気体定数(kJ モル−1 K−1)であり、
Tは温度(Kelvin)であり、
Vmはモル体積(dm3 モル−1)である。
(i)ゴム粒子からの流体の拡散;
(ii)流体がより速く自由体積を出ることができるゴムポリマー鎖の再編成;
(iii)自由体積を膨張させ、それによって粒子の内圧を減らすことができる硫黄を含有する結合の破壊;
(iv)圧力が逃げることができる細孔を形成するゴム構造への巨視的な損傷。
Claims (8)
- 超臨界圧力および温度に維持された超臨界流体中で材料を膨潤させ、それによって、前記超臨界流体が加硫ゴム材料の膨潤を引き起すことと、前記超臨界流体圧力のその後の急速な減少とを含む加硫ゴムの脱硫方法であって、
前記圧力の減少が膨潤の間に適用されたレベルの40%未満であり、前記ゴムは飽和ゴムであることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記加硫ゴムを膨潤させる前に前記超臨界流体に添加剤を添加することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 平衡膨潤が得られる前に前記超臨界流体圧力の減少が生じる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記飽和ゴムがEPDMである請求項1に記載の方法。
- ベースポリマーがSBR、BR、NRまたはこれらの混合物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱硫ゴムが硬化系と混合され、再加硫される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 超臨界流体圧力の前記急速な減少における圧力減少が5%より大きい、好ましくは10%より大きい請求項1に記載の方法。
- 超臨界流体圧力の前記急速な減少における圧力減少が30%未満である請求項1に記載の方法。
