Claims (10)

均一な曲線を形成する複合層が長軸に沿って非連続的である構造部材。 - 断面がウェブ(124)及びウェブから延長される少なくとも一つのフランジ(120,122)を備える請求項1の部材。
- ファイバー複合層(152,153,156,157)が一方向浸透済みテープ材料を備える請求項1の部材。
- ボディーがウェブ(124)及び該ウェブから延長された対向するフランジ(120,122)を有する梁(104)、互いに平行に延びた対向するフランジのポーション、及び複合曲線を規定する互いに傾斜して延びるフランジのポーションを備える請求項1の部材。
- 対向するウェブ(124)の一つは実質的に直線及び連続的である請求項4の部材。

- ボディーは、線形プロファイル及び非線形プロファイルを規定するように配置された複数の一方向カーボンファイバー複合層(152,153,156,157)を備え、非線形曲線プロファイルを形成する複数の層が部材の長軸に沿った線形プロファイルを形成する複数の層とは異なり配置される請求項1の部材。
