Abstract
更に、本発明は、Q0〜Q2の架橋度を有するシリケート構造単位を含有する出発原料と、Q3〜Q4のシリケート構造単位の架橋度を有する固体シリケート原材料とを反応粉砕し、場合によっては、含水率が3.5重量%以下となるまで単相水硬性結合材を乾燥することによる、結合材又はこの結合材を含有する混合物の製造方法に関する。
最後に、本発明は、結合材又はこの結合材を含有する混合物を水で固化し、その後、硬化させることによって製造される建材に関する。
Description
・ 結合材の製造に際して、エネルギー消費を低くし、即ち、低温で製造され、
・ CO2排出量を低くし、
・ 水和に際して、より低い又はより一様な総熱放出を示し、かつ、
・ それぞれ、この結合材を使用して製造された、建材及び材料について、より高い耐久性及び強度を達成する
シリケートをベースとする単相水硬性結合材及びこの結合材を含有する混合物が提供されるべきである。
・ 700℃以下の温度での熱的合成では、先ず、アルカリ/アルカリ土類シリケートが、アルカリ化合物、アルカリ土類化合物及びシリケートを一緒に焼結することによって、製造される。CaCO3、Na2CO3及びSiO2からのCaNa2SiO4の製造は例として役立つであろう:
CaCO3+Na2CO3+SiO2→CaNa2SiO4+2CO2
・ 140℃〜300℃の加圧オートクレーブ中での水熱合成では、CaO、CaCO3又はCa(OH)2等のカルシウム含有原材料と石英、シリカ、雲母、長石、古いコンクリート、ガラス又はスラグ等のケイ素含有原材料とが、加圧オートクレーブ中で、水又は水蒸気との直接反応で転化させられる。アルカリ溶液、好ましくはNaOH又はKOH、を加えることが可能である。アルカリ溶液は、pH値を11〜13に調整して反応速度を増大させ、ゆっくり反応するケイ素化化合物の使用を可能にする。次に、生成物は熱的に脱水される。
a)その場形成:第1出発原料は、まず、粉砕によって形成され、次に過剰の又は追加の高重合体第2出発原料と反応するであろう。
b)混合出発原料:2つの出発原料は混合物中に一緒に既に存在し、直接反応粉砕される。
Claims (15)
- 少なくともQ1の平均架橋度を有するシリケート構造単位を含む配置でケイ素原子、カルシウム原子及び酸素原子を含有する単相非晶質の水硬性結合材であって、カルシウム原子が、6重以上に酸素が配位する金属原子M[6]x+で、その一部が置換されているか若しくは一切そのようには置換されておらず、及び/又は、ケイ素原子が、酸素が四面体的に配位する金属原子M[4]y+で、45原子パーセント以下が置換されているか若しくは一切そのようには置換されておらず、[CaO+(x/2)・(M[6]x+Ox/2)]:[SiO2+M[4]y+Oy/2]モル比が0.2〜1.5の値を有し、そして、結合材が3.5重量%未満の水を有する単相非晶質の水硬性結合材。
- 前記[CaO+(x/2)・(M[6]x+Ox/2)]:[SiO2+M[4]y+Oy/2]モル比が0.3〜1.5以下の値を有する、請求項1に記載の単相水硬性結合材。
- カルシウム原子の一部が、Na、K、Li、Mg、Sr、Ba、Mn、Fe[+II]又はAl[+III]原子で、置換されている、請求項1又は2に記載の単相水硬性結合材。
- ケイ素原子の45原子パーセント以下がAl、Ge、B、P、Fe、Be又はTi原子で置換されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の単相水硬性結合材。
- 水を加えた後に反応して水和物を生成する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の単相水硬性結合材であって、水和物の50重量%超が1.5より小さい[CaO+(x/2)・(M[6]x+Ox/2)]:[SiO2+M[4]y+Oy/2]モル比を有するケイ酸カルシウム水和物である単相水硬性結合材。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の単相水硬性結合材を含有する混合物。
- 少なくとも10重量%の単相水硬性結合材を含有する、請求項6に記載の混合物。
- ・ Q0〜Q2の架橋度を有するシリケート構造単位の形態で存在するカルシウム原子、ケイ素原子及び酸素原子を含有する第1出発原料を、Q3〜Q4のシリケート構造単位の架橋度を有する固体シリケート原材料の形態の第2出発原料と、反応粉砕し、
・ 含水率が3.5重量%又はそれ以上である場合、単相水硬性結合材を3.5重量%未満の含水率へ乾燥させる
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の単相水硬性結合材の製造方法。 - ・ Q0〜Q2の架橋度を有するシリケート構造単位の形態で存在するカルシウム原子、ケイ素原子及び酸素原子を含有する第1出発原料の反応粉砕で生成する物質と、Q3〜Q4のシリケート構造単位の架橋度を有する固体シリケート原材料の形態の第2出発原料とを、反応粉砕し、
・ 含水率が3.5重量%以上である場合、単相水硬性結合材を3.5重量%未満の含水率へ乾燥させる
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の単相水硬性結合材の製造方法。 - ・ 請求項8に記載の第1出発原料に加えて若しくは請求項9に記載の第1出発原料の反応粉砕で形成される材料に加えて、又は請求項8若しくは9に記載の第2出発原料に加えて、更なる材料を含有する原材料を反応粉砕し、
・ 単相水硬性結合材の含水率が3.5重量%又はそれ以上である場合、含有される単相水硬性結合材が3.5重量%未満の含水率を有するまで混合物を乾燥する
請求項6又は7に記載の混合物の製造方法。 - 石英又は石英砂が第2出発原料として使用される、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2原材料が1つの材料中に一緒に存在する、請求項8、10又は11に記載の方法。
- ポルトランドセメントクリンカーが第1出発原料として使用される。請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の単相水硬性結合材又は請求項6若しくは7に記載の混合物の水による固化と、その後の硬化によって製造される建材。
- アルカリ感受性の添加剤を含有する、請求項14に記載の建材。
