Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- リアルタイム映像通信のフレーム間の依存関係に関する情報を利用するシステムであって、
複数の取得したフレームに組み込まれた依存関係データを評価して、前記複数の取得したフレーム間の依存構造を再構築する依存関係再構築コンポーネント(110)と、
前記複数の取得したフレームに組み込まれた一意のフレーム特定のシーケンス番号に基づき、損失したフレームを識別する損失評価コンポーネント(112)と、
前記依存構造および前記識別された損失したフレームに基づき、アーチファクトを有する特定のフレームのレンダリングを阻止するアーチファクト隠蔽コンポーネント(114)と
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記複数の取得したフレームのそれぞれを転送する送信コンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信コンポーネントは、
前記依存構造に基づき、タイプ及びフレーム特定のシーケンス番号をフレームに指定するフレーム識別コンポーネントと、
前記タイプおよびフレーム特定のシーケンス番号に基づき、依存関係データを前記フレームに埋め込むことを可能にするフレーム依存関係コンポーネントと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記送信コンポーネントは、受信した性能レポート、チャネル帯域幅分析、または再伝送要求に基づき、エンコーダの動作を変更するフィードバックコンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信コンポーネントは、音声/映像マルチポイント制御ユニット(AVMCU)を含む、ポイントツーポイント映像通信環境またはマルチパーティ映像通信環境を介して、前記複数の取得したフレームのそれぞれを転送することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記依存構造は、複数のフレームタイプのそれぞれの依存関係に関することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のフレームタイプは、イントラフレーム(Iフレーム)、予測フレーム(Pフレーム)、双方向フレーム(Bフレーム)、および超予測フレーム(SPフレーム)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記アーチファクト隠蔽コンポーネントによりアーチファクトを含むと判定されたスキップされるフレームのログをとりレポートする、性能追跡コンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 新しいIフレームの再送信の要求を伝送する再伝送要求コンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の取得したフレームのそれぞれは複数のパケットを備え、前記複数のパケットのそれぞれは、前記一意のフレーム特定のシーケンス番号および前記フレームに付随する少なくとも1つの照会フレーム番号を含むペイロードヘッダを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- フレーム依存関係機構を起動および停止させ、送信コンポーネントと受信コンポーネントとの間の相互運用性の問題を軽減させる切り替えコンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記アーチファクト隠蔽コンポーネントは、アーチファクトが無いフレームをレンダリングすることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の取得したフレームを復号化するデコーダと、
前記復号化された複数の取得したフレームをレンダリングしてリアルタイム映像を表示するレンダリングコンポーネントと
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - リアルタイム映像通信フレーム間の依存構造の記述を容易にする方法であって、
伝送のために符号化されているフレームのタイプを識別するステップと、
シーケンス番号を前記フレームに指定するステップと、
前記フレームが依存する少なくとも1つの照会フレームを、少なくとも一部において前記タイプに基づき判定するステップと、
前記フレームの前記シーケンス番号、および前記少なくとも1つの照会フレームに対応する少なくとも1つの照会フレーム番号を含むパケットを伝送するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記フレームのタイプを識別するステップは既知の依存構造に基づくことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記パケットは前記フレームに対応するN個のパケットの1つであり、Nは整数であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- いくつのフレームがアーチファクトを含むかを測定する質的モデルに基づくレポートを受信するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- Iフレームの再伝送の要求を受信するステップと、
前記要求に基づき、前記Iフレームを再伝送するステップと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - フレーム損失に基づくアーチファクトの隠蔽を容易にするシステムであって、
リアルタイム映像通信のフレーム損失を追跡する手段(112)と、
前に起きたフレーム損失および受信した依存関係情報に基づき、フレームがアーチファクトを有するかどうかを識別する手段(410)と、
前記フレームがアーチファクトを有するとき、前記フレームを隠蔽する手段(114)と
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - ネットワークパケット損失またはレートマッチングにより起こるフレーム損失に起因する映像品質低下を測定する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。
