Claims (10)
- 磁気機械電子物品監視(EAS)システムで使用するためのマーカーであって、
組成物FeaNibMcであって、式中、a+b+c=100であり、aは40〜70重量パーセントであり、bは10〜50重量パーセントであり、cは10〜50重量パーセントであり、Mは残余の残存要素である、組成物を有するアモルファス磁歪合金の平面ストリップによって形成される、磁気機械活性要素と、
前記共鳴装置要素と近接して位置するバイアス要素と、
前記共鳴装置要素および前記バイアス要素を収容するように構成された筺体と、を備え、
前記磁気機械活性要素は、前記要素の前記平面に対して実質的に横方向の磁場の存在下で、約300℃未満の温度で、少なくとも約1時間を超える時間、バッチアニーリングが実施される、マーカー。 - Mは、Co、Si、B、C、P、Sn、Cu、Ge、Nb、Mo、Cr、およびMnからなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項1に記載のマーカー。
- Mは、Si、B、C、およびPからなる群から選択される1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のマーカー。
- Mは、約15〜約30重量パーセントである、請求項3に記載のマーカー。
- Mは、Sn、Cu、Ge、Nb、Mo、Cr、Mn、およびミスメタルからなる群から選択される1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のマーカー。
- Mは、約0〜約10重量パーセントである、請求項5に記載のマーカー。
- Mは、前記活性要素のガラス的性質に影響を与える、Si、B、C、およびPからなる群から選択される1つ以上の第1の要素と、前記活性要素の磁気的性質に影響を与える、Sn、Cu、Ge、Nb、Mo、Cr、Mn、およびミスメタルからなる群から選択される1つ以上の第2の要素と、を含む、請求項1に記載のマーカー。
- 前記第1の要素は、約15〜約30重量パーセントの前記活性要素を含み、前記第2の要素は、約0〜約10重量パーセントの前記活性要素を含む、請求項7に記載のマーカー。
- Niの量、bは、約25重量パーセント未満である、請求項1に記載のマーカー。
- 前記バッチアニーリングは、約250℃の温度で約1時間実施される、請求項1に記載のマーカー。
