Claims (4)
- 産業用途の自動化装置(100)の自動化工程部(200、300、400)を起動する方法であって、該自動化工程部は、予め一意的な識別名をそれぞれ与えられた複数のプロフィネット互換機器(501、...、507)を備えており、該方法は、動作するために前記自動化装置に接続された前記自動化工程部の識別は、前記プロフィネット互換機器の前記識別名に基づいて実行され、前記プロフィネット互換機器は、前記識別された自動化工程部に対して関数依存性を有して前記自動化工程部の接続の後に前記自動化装置によって駆動されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記自動化工程部を起動する前に、各識別名と該識別名毎の自動化工程部への論理的割当て仕様とは、前記自動化装置に割り当てることができる構成ユニット(600)に保存され、前記自動化工程部は、起動するために前記自動化装置に物理的に結合され、前記結合された自動化工程部からなる機器は、前記構成ユニットに保存されたデータを用いて、前記識別機器名に基づいて前記自動化装置によって識別され、
前記自動化工程部は、前記識別名のために保存された前記割当て仕様に基づいて識別される請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記自動化工程部を起動する前に、前記自動化工程部と前記自動化工程部からなる一群の付加的に選択された機器とへの論理的割当て仕様は、識別名毎に、前記自動化装置に割り当てることができる前記構成ユニットに保存され、前記自動化工程部からなる前記一群の付加的に選択された機器の識別は、機器の識別によって同時に実行される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記自動化工程部を前記自動化装置へ結合した後に、前記機器は、自発的に報告手順を開始し、前記自動化工程部の前記起動は、前記自動化工程部からなる全ての機器が該報告手順を経た後で初めて完了されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
