Claims (11)
- プランジ放電加工によって被加工物の複数のプランジ位置にパターンを形成する方法であって、
前記複数のプランジ位置において加工すべき前記パターンの全深さを決定する工程と、
前記パターンを前記全深さまで加工するためのプランジステップの総数を選択する工程と、
各プランジステップに対するプランジ深さを前記全深さの一部として決定する工程と、
各プランジステップについて、プランジ位置のシーケンスをランダムに生成し、該プランジ位置のシーケンスに従って、前記被加工物の前記複数のプランジ位置に、前記プランジステップと関連付けられた前記プランジ深さまで前記パターンを加工する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記被加工物に前記パターンを加工する前記工程が、前記複数のプランジ位置に形状電極を配置することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記パターンを加工する前記工程が、前記形状電極及び前記被加工物に電圧を印加することを更に含み、前記形状電極が陰極として作用し、前記被加工物が陽極として作用することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記被加工物に前記パターンを加工する前記工程が、前記複数のプランジ位置において、前記形状電極と前記被加工物との間に電荷を繰り返し通しながら、前記形状電極を前記被加工物内へと進めることを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記被加工物に前記パターンを加工する前記工程が、前記形状電極と前記被加工物との間に誘電性流体を循環させることを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記形状電極が前記パターンを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記パターンがハニカムパターンであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- パターンを有する少なくとも1つの形状電極が配置された第1の固定具と、
被加工物を前記形状電極と対向するように支持するよう構成された第2の固定具と、
前記形状電極に結合された位置決め装置と、
前記形状電極及び前記被加工物に電圧を印加するよう構成された電源と、
前記形状電極が、ランダム化されたシーケンスで前記被加工物の複数の位置に繰り返し位置決めされ、前記被加工物の前記複数の位置に前記パターンの全深さの一部を形成するように、前記位置決め装置を制御する制御装置と
を備えることを特徴とするプランジ放電加工システム。 - 前記第2の固定具に液体チャンバが設けられることを特徴とする請求項8記載の放電加工システム。
- 前記液体チャンバが誘電性流体の供給源に接続されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の放電加工システム。
- 前記形状電極が、前記被加工物にハニカムパターンを形成するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の放電加工システム。
