Abstract
Description
a) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が第1の閾値未満である場合は、顧客は専ら液体窒素の気化によって窒素を提供され、:
b) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が、第1の閾値を上回る第2の閾値を超える場合は、顧客は、窒素を製造するための装置によって少なくとも部分的に窒素を提供される。
- 窒素についての顧客の要求が、第2の閾値を上回る第3の閾値を超える場合は、顧客は、窒素を製造するための装置によって部分的に窒素を提供され、かつ液体窒素の気化によって部分的に窒素を提供される;
- 顧客の要求が該第2の閾値と第3の閾値の間である場合、顧客は、窒素を製造するための装置のみによって窒素を提供される;
- ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が第2の閾値を上回る場合、顧客は、窒素を製造するための装置のみによって窒素を提供される;
- 該第1、第2および第3の閾値うちの少なくとも1つは、電力価格および/または液体窒素価格および/または気化手段に接続された貯蔵容器中の液体窒素の量および/または貯蔵容器中の液体窒素の量の変化速度に従って変動する;
- 窒素についての顧客の要求が第2の閾値を上回るか、または第2の閾値を上回るが第3の閾値未満である場合、窒素を製造するための装置は、実質的に一定の流量でガス状窒素を製造し、かつ;
a) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が、該実質的に一定の流量未満である場合、ガス状窒素の過剰な部分は大気に放出され、ガス状窒素の残りの部分が顧客に運ばれ、
b) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が、該実質的に一定の流量以上である場合、全てのガス状窒素流が顧客に運ばれる;
- ガス状窒素を製造するための装置は深冷空気蒸留装置であり、場合によっては、液体窒素がガス状窒素を製造するための装置に運ばれ、装置を低温に保つことに関与する。
Claims (7)
- 空気分離(9)によってガス状窒素を製造するための装置によりおよび液体窒素の気化により窒素を提供するための方法であって、
a) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が第1の閾値未満である場合は、顧客は専ら液体窒素の気化によって窒素を提供され、
b) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が前記第1の閾値を上回る第2の閾値を超える場合、顧客は、窒素を製造するための装置によって少なくとも部分的に窒素を提供される
方法。 - 窒素についての顧客の要求が前記第2の閾値を上回る第3の閾値を超える場合、顧客は、前記窒素を製造するための装置(9)によって部分的に窒素を提供され、かつ、液体窒素の気化によって部分的に窒素を提供される請求項1に記載の窒素を提供するための方法。
- 顧客の要求が前記第2の閾値と第3の閾値の間であり、顧客は前記窒素を製造するための装置(9)のみによって提供される請求項2に記載の方法。
- ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が前記第2の閾値を上回る場合、顧客は前記窒素を製造するための装置(9)のみによって窒素を提供される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1、第2および第3の閾値のうちの少なくとも1つが、電力価格および/または液体窒素価格および/または気化の手段(5)に接続された貯蔵容器(1)中の液体窒素の量および/または前記貯蔵容器中の液体窒素の量の変化速度に従って変動する先行する請求項のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 先行する請求項のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が前記第2の閾値を上回る場合、また場合によっては前記第3の閾値未満である場合は、前記窒素を製造するための装置は、実質的に一定の流量でガス状窒素を製造し、
a) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が前記実質的に一定の流量未満である場合、ガス状窒素の過剰な部分は大気に放出され、前記ガス状窒素の残りの部分は顧客に運ばれ、
b) ガス状窒素についての顧客の要求が前記実質的に一定の流量以上である場合、全てのガス状窒素流が顧客に運ばれる
方法。 - 前記ガス状窒素を製造するための装置が深冷空気蒸留装置(9)であり、また場合によっては液体窒素が、前記ガス状窒素を製造するための装置に運ばれ、前記装置を低温に保っておくことに関与する先行する請求項のうちの1項に記載の方法。
