Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのロータブレード(10)と、ハブ(12)と、ギアボックス(32)を収納するギアボックス筐体(18)と、発電機(34)を収納する発電機筐体(20)と、ヘッド支持体(32)と、タワー(14)と、該ヘッド支持体を該タワー(14)上で回転可能に支持するアジマスベアリング(42)とを有する風力タービンであって、
該ロータベアリング(16)、該ギアボックス筐体(18)及び該発電機筐体(20)は、該ハブ(12)と該ヘッド支持体(22)との間に配置されており、荷重伝達構成部品として設計され、且つねじ接続部(54、38)を介して互いに接合されていることを特徴とする、風力タービン。 - 該ギアボックス筐体(18)及び該発電機筐体(20)は別個の筐体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力タービン。
- 該ギアボックス筐体(18)及び該発電機筐体(20)はおおよそ同じ外径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の風力タービン。
- 該ロータベアリング(16)は、該ギアボックス筐体(18)の正面に直接ねじ留めされているスラストベアリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- 該ギアボックス(32)は2段遊星ギアボックスであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- 該発電機(34)は永久界磁同期発電機であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- 該ギアボックス筐体(18)及び/又は該発電機筐体(20)には外方に面する冷却リブが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- ラビリンスグラントとして設計されているギアボックスシールが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- 該発電機(34)、水冷ジャケット(36)は該発電機筐体(20)内に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- アジマスベアリング(42)、サーボドライブ(44)から成る風向追跡ユニット、垂直ブレーキ(40)、ギアボックス用の油溜め(46)、並びに該ギアボックス(32)及び該発電機(34)の該冷却器(48)は、該ヘッド支持体(22)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- 該ギアボックス(32)及び該発電機(34)の中心を通り、該ロータの速度で回転すると共に該ブレードを調節する給電ラインを収容するパイプ(72)を特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
- 該発電機筐体(18)、該ギアボックス筐体(20)、及び該ヘッド支持体(22)は耐候性設計であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の風力タービン。
