Claims (22)
- チタンを含む第1の基板と、
チタンを含む第2の基板であって、少なくとも2つの逆流用導管が第1の基板と第2の基板の間に画定され、第2の基板が第1の基板またはチタンを含む中間層に拡散結合される第2の基板とを含む
熱交換器を備える、HPLC装置。 - 熱交換器から温度調節液体を受けるために、熱交換器の下流側に配置された検出器セルまたは分離カラムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 検出器セルまたは分離カラムが、拡散結合構成要素を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 拡散結合構成要素が、第1の基板を熱交換器と共有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 第2の基板が、少なくとも2つの導管の少なくとも2つを画定する中間層に拡散結合され、少なくとも2つの導管が熱伝達を容易にするために互いに隣接して配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2の基板が、少なくとも2つの導管の第1の導管を画定する中間層に拡散結合されている装置であって、少なくとも2つの導管の第2の導管を画定するようにパターン化された第2の中間層をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1と第2の中間層の間に配置された、チタンを含むスペーサ層をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- スペーサ層が、第1および第2の中間層に拡散結合されている、請求項7に記載の装置。

- 導管の少なくとも1つの表面上に保護コーティングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 金属を含み、少なくとも2つの配管ポートを画定する外部配管インターフェース部と、
金属を含み、外部配管インターフェース部に拡散結合され、各配管ポートのための流体回路を画定するガスケットであって、各流体回路の外端部が配管ポートの対応するポートと流体連通しているガスケットとを含む
固定子アセンブリを備える、回転剪断密封バルブ。 - チタンを含み、バルブの回転子と噛み合うように構成された表面を有すると共に、ガスケットに拡散結合され、各流体回路のための流体バイアを画定する回転子インターフェース部であって、各流体バイアがその対応する流体回路の内側端部と流体連通している回転子インターフェース部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 回転子インターフェース部が、少なくとも2つの拡散結合層を備えている、請求項14に記載のバルブ。
- 金属がチタンを含んでいる、請求項13に記載のバルブ。
- 分離カラムと、
チタンを含み、流路、分離カラムから溶離剤を受ける入口ポート、および出口ポートを画定するセル本体、
流路の入口に隣接して配置されたウィンドウ、
チタンを含み、ウィンドウとセル本体の間に配置され、流路の入口を入口ポートに接続させる流体回路を画定し、セル本体に拡散結合されたガスケットを備えるフローセルとを備える、HPLC装置。 - ウィンドウが、ガスケットに直接または間接的に拡散結合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ウィンドウが、ガスケットに直接または間接的にアノード結合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ガスケットがさらに、ウィンドウの金コーティングに拡散結合された金コーティングを含んでいる、請求項19に記載の装置。
- フローセルがさらに、流路セル本体の出口に隣接して配置された第2のウィンドウ、および第2のウィンドウと流路の出口の間に配置され、セル本体に拡散結合された第2のガスケットを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 入口および出口ポートが、圧縮ポートを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
