Claims (14)
- 豚、牛の心膜、又は人の屍体の心臓弁のような、動物又は人由来の生物組織の生体適合性を増すための処理方法であって、当該組織の物理的プラズマ処理によって特徴づけられる、方法。
- プラズマ処理としてのプラズマガス法において、窒素、水素、アルゴン、又は好ましくは酸素をイオン化ガスとして用いることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラズマ生成のためのエネルギー入力が、高周波電磁場、特にマイクロ波場によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- プラズマ処理が、大気圧条件下でプラズマジェットを用いることによる、大気圧プラズマによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記組織が、プラズマガス法によって処理される前に乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥が、真空及び温度の影響によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- プラズマ処理後、乾燥した移植片に水分が供給されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- プラズマ処理を受ける組織に、生体適合性の金属含有被膜が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属含有被膜が、PACVD法によってつけられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 金属含有被膜が、Ti、Ta、Nb、Zr、Hf、Ir、Au、Pd、Pt、Ag及びCuからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 人体内又は動物体内の移植片として用いるための、動物又は人由来の生物組織であって、当該体と接触するようになされ得る少なくともその表面が、解毒のためのプラズマ処理されることを特徴とする、生物組織。
- プラズマ処理した表面に、生体適合性の金属含有被膜が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の生物組織。
- 金属含有被膜が、Ti、Ta、Nb、Zr、Hf、Ir、Au、Pd、Pt、Ag及びCuからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生物組織。
- 生物組織が、心臓弁、血管プロテーゼ、機械的又は生体力学的血液ポンプの血液接触面、頭蓋骨開口部用閉鎖挿入物、又は、軟骨、硬骨、腱、横隔膜、胸壁、腹壁又は鼓膜の代替物として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の生物組織。
