Claims (14)
- 澱粉含有および糖含有の原材料の加工から、特に前記原材料の発酵および蒸留の後に生じる副産物を乾燥させ、前記副産物を液体比率の高い精製相と濃厚相とに分別する方法であって、
前記精製相を濃縮してシロップにし、調整前または調整時に混合相を形成するために、前記濃厚相に前記シロップを供給すること、および調整前または調整時に前記濃厚相に添加剤を加えることの少なくとも一方を含むステップであって、混合機または前記調整手順を実施するための装置において別個に、前記濃厚相に前記シロップおよび前記添加剤物質の少なくとも1つを加える、ステップと、
調整工程において均一な幾何学的形状の粒子を形成するステップと、
前記粒子を、流動床層において0.5から0.92までの範囲の相対空隙容量を有する空気流動層乾燥ユニットにおいて乾燥させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記副産物の精製相と濃厚相とへの分別を単純重力場または多重重力場において行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥粒子を流動層装置において冷却することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記濃厚相を、30%から60%まで、特に40%の乾燥物質含有率に調節することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エキスパンダ、押出機、および/またはペレット製造機において前記濃厚相を調整することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濃厚相を、好ましくは、その長さが基本的にその直径と一致し、特に前記長さが5から10mmまでの範囲内である円柱形の、流動化可能な、特に形状安定の個別粒子に調整することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濃厚相の含水率より低い含水率を有する添加剤を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥粒子の一部を、調整前または調整時に、前記濃厚相に対して添加剤物質として再利用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 澱粉含有および糖含有の原材料の加工から、特に発酵および蒸留の後に生じる副産物を乾燥させる装置であって、前記副産物を流体比率の高い精製相と濃厚相に分離するための機械的分離装置を備え、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いる装置であって、
前記精製相から流体を除去するために蒸発装置(2)において濃縮されている前記精製相、および添加剤の少なくとも一方を前記濃厚相まで運ぶ供給装置が設けられ、
前記濃厚相と前記濃縮された精製相および前記添加剤の少なくとも一方のための混合装置(3)が調整装置(4)の前に直列接続されるか又は前記調整装置(4)と一体に形成され、
前記分離装置(1)の後に直列接続されている前記調整装置(4)が、前記濃厚相と前記濃縮された精製相および前記添加剤の少なくとも一方を均一な幾何学的形状の粒子に形成し、
前記調整装置(4)の後に直列接続されている流動層乾燥ユニット(5)において、前記粒子が、0.5から0.92までの空隙容量を有する空気流動化によって乾燥されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記流動層乾燥ユニット(5)の後に冷却装置(6)が直列接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却装置が流動層装置であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記分離装置(1)が単純重力場または多重重力場として作られていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記調整装置(4)が、特に、好ましくは、その長さが基本的にその直径と一致し、特に前記長さが5から10mmまでの範囲内である円柱形の、流動化可能な形状安定の個別粒子を成形するための、エキスパンダ、押出機、および/またはペレット製造機として形勢されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥粒子の流れの一部を前記濃厚相に運ぶ戻し装置(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
