Claims (10)
- ストリップ(2)が、平坦に形成された移行要素(4)を介して案内され、この移行要素(4)の下にスプレー要素(5)が配設され、このスプレー要素が、少なくとも1つの移行要素(4)の開口(6)を通じて冷媒(7)をストリップ(2)の下面(8)に導く、2つのロールスタンド(3)の間でストリップ(2)を冷却するための装置(1)において、
ストリップ(2)の移送方向(F)に対して横方向(Q)に相並んで配設された少なくとも2つの開口(6)が、移行要素(4)に設けられており、これら開口が、縦長の形状を備え、開口(6)の長手方向軸(9)が、ストリップの移送方向(F)に対して角度(α)を有するように位置調整されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 角度(α)が、10°〜50°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 角度(α)が、20°〜40°であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 相並んで配設された多数の開口(6)が、移行要素(4)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 移行要素(4)の開口(6)が、開口(6)の幅(B)の少なくとも2倍もしくは少なくとも3倍に相当する長さ(L)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 開口(6)の長手方向軸(9)に沿って、複数のスプレーノズル(10)がスプレー要素(5)に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ストリップ(2)の移送方向(F)に対して横方向(Q)にわたって、開口(6)の横方向の広がり部分がオーバーラップしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 開口(6’)の移送方向(F)前端(11)が、ストリップ(2)の移送方向(F)に対して横方向(Q)で見て、隣接する開口(6”)の側面に向かって、隣接する開口(6”)の移送方向(F)後端(12)を越えるように、開口(6)の横方向の広がり部分が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 移行要素(4)が、移行テーブルとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- スプレー要素(5)が、スプレーバーとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
