【解決手段】この発明は、物質と特に発泡された物質を量配目標箇所に量配する装置に関し、装置が互いに流体接続しているそれぞれに一つのポンプ(3)と一つのノズル(5)を備える少なくとも一つのユニット(3、5)を有する。ポンプがポンプ室(3a)に配置された少なくとも一つの回転自在な回転要素(3b)を有する回転ポンプ(3)である。

Claims (15)
- 物質と特に発泡された物質を計量分配目標箇所に計量分配する装置であって、装置が互いに流体接続しているそれぞれに一つのポンプ(3)と一つのノズル(5)を備える少なくとも一つのユニット(3、5)を有する装置において、ポンプがポンプ室(3a)に配置された少なくとも一つの回転自在な回転要素(3b)を有する回転ポンプ(3)であることを特徴とする装置。
- 装置は複数の並列に接続されたユニット(3、5)を有し、そのユニットの回転ポンプ(3)がそれぞれに互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのユニット(3、5)或いは複数の互いに連結されたユニット(3、5)が一つの駆動モータ(8)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の装置。
- 駆動モータ(8)が回転要素(3b)へのトルク伝達する非固定式接続部を介して少なくとも一つのユニット(3、5)或いは複数の互いに連結されたユニット(3、5)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 駆動モータの回転数とトルクは制御できることを特徴とする請求項3或いは4に記載の装置。
- ノズル(5)が接続機構(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 接続機構がノズル出口に関して移動できてノズル(5)に配置された復元ピストン(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 接続機構がそれぞれのノズル(5)にそれぞれに互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項6或いは7に記載の装置。
- 装置は搬送ユニットに組み込まれていて、その搬送ユニットによって並んで配置された物品が互いに平行に輸送路に沿って輸送できて、平行に接続されたユニット(3、5)が輸送路に対して横方向に、それぞれのユニット(3、5)の計量分配目標箇所がそれぞれの物品をそれぞれの輸送路上にあるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用の下で物質と特に発泡された物質を量配する方法において、この方法は次の工程a)〜d)を有し:
a)回転ポンプの回転要素(3b)にトルクを導入することににより回転ポンプ(3)を駆動して例えば発泡された物質内に圧力の維持を形成し;
b)ユニット(3、5)をそれぞれの量配目標箇所に近づけて;
c)ユニット(3、5)がその量配目標箇所にあるときに、ノズル(5)を開放するので、発泡された物質がノズル(5)から流出し、それぞれの計量分配目標箇所に到達し;
d)ノズル(5)を閉鎖させる工程から成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 回転ポンプの駆動中に駆動手段のトルク及び/又は回転数が制御されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- ノズル(5)の閉鎖の際にそれぞれの復元ピストンがノズル(5)に帰還されることを特徴とする請求項10或いは11に記載の方法。
- ユニット(3、5)のそれぞれの計量分配目標箇所への接近がユニット(3、5)及び/又は計量分配目標箇所の運動によって行われることを特徴とする請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 計量分配目標箇所が並んで配置されていて、互いに平行に輸送路に沿って輸送される物品に存在することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 二つの或いはそれ以上のポンプ列によって二つの或いはそれ以上の物質が、特に少なくとも一つの発泡された且つ一つの発泡されていない物質が、発泡された物質の量を制御する内部ノズル管(10)と接続ピストン(11)によって作業工程、所謂ワンショット製品に製造され得ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
