Claims (5)
- 下部二重壁フランジと、上部中空補強バルブと、前記フランジおよび前記バルブの間を上方に延びるウェブとを一体的に形成するように折り重ねられた長尺の板金帯状体を備えるT形格子部材であって、
前記フランジが、略水平な面内に位置し、離間して対向する縁部であって長手方向に平行に延びる縁部を有し、かつ前記ウェブに対し垂直であり、
前記ウェブが、略垂直な面内に位置し、前記帯状体が長手方向に延びる2つの辺縁帯を有し、
前記辺縁帯が、略垂直に配置され、少なくとも長手方向に離間した位置で前記ウェブの一部分を形成する前記帯状体の中心領域に固定され、かつ二重ウェブ層領域を形成し、
前記帯状体の前記辺縁帯が、前記ウェブの一部を形成する前記帯状体の前記中心領域の一部分が唯一の単一層となるように、垂直方向に互いに離間する、T形格子部材。 - 前記辺縁帯が、前記ウェブに沿って長手方向に離間した間隔でスポット溶接される、請求項1に記載のT形格子部材。
- 前記辺縁帯が、スポット溶接、機械的締結具、および接着剤を含む1つ以上の手段によって固定される、請求項1に記載のT形格子部材。
- 前記ウェブの中心の前記唯一の層の部分を形成する前記帯状体の中間部分が、前記バルブおよび前記フランジを横方向に二分する面内で中心に位置するように、シートの隣接部分から横方向にオフセットされている、請求項1に記載のT形格子部材。
- 金属帯状体を準備するステップと、
従来の圧延成形技術などによって前記帯状体を折り重ねるステップと
を含む、T形格子部材を構築する方法であって、
前記帯状体が、二重層フランジと、前記フランジから離間した中空補強バルブと、前記フランジおよび前記バルブを結合するウェブとを一体的に形成するように折り曲げられ、
前記帯状体が、前記帯状体の辺縁部が垂直方向に互いに離間したウェブの領域内に位置し、かつ前記帯状体の中心領域が前記辺縁部の間の垂直帯に前記ウェブの唯一の単一層を形成するように折り曲げられ、
前記辺縁部に関連付けられる前記帯状体の周縁帯が、前記単一層の部分を形成する領域に隣接する前記帯状体の当接中間領域に固定される、方法。
