Claims (25)
- 第2の物質の物理的/化学的性質の変化を検出することで第1の物質の漏出を検出する漏れ検知器。
- 物理的性質が、濃度及び/又は圧力であるか、これらの一方または両方に依存する性質である請求項1に記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第1の物質の漏出に起因する第2の物質の濃度減少を検知することで第1の物質の漏出が検出される請求項1または2に記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第2の物質が容器外にあり、その容器内からの第1の物質の漏出が検出できるように検知器を配置した前記請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第1の物質及び/又は第2の物質が、気体または蒸気である前記請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第2の物質が、水または二酸化炭素である前請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第1の物質が、酸素、窒素、ヘリウム、及天然ガスおよびブタンの1種または2種以上である前記請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- 2つ以上の場所で漏出が検出できる前記請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第1の場所における第2の物質の物理的性質に依存する信号と、一個所以上の他の場所における第2の物質の物理的性質に依存する対応信号とを比較して、漏出を検出するようにした前記請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第2の物質の物理的性質の変化を検出する1個またはそれ以上のセンサを備えた前記請求項の何れかに記載の漏れ検知器。
- センサが、好ましくはIR源である放射源と、放射線の吸収を検出する手段とを包含する請求項10に記載の漏れ検知器。
- 放射源が量子カスケード(QC)レーザである請求項11に記載の漏れ検知器。
- レーザがパルス状のチャープQCレーザである請求項12に記載の漏れ検知器。
- 第2の物質の物理的性質変化を検出することで第1の物質の漏出を検出する方法。
- 検出する物理的性質が、濃度もしくは圧力または濃度及び/又は圧力に依存する性質である請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第2の物質が気体及び/又は蒸気である請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 第1の物質が容器の内側に位置する請求項14〜16の何れかに記載の方法。
- 第2の物質が容器の外側に位置する請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第1の物質に由来する第2の物質の少なくとも部分的な変位を検出することを含む請求項14〜18の何れかに記載の方法。
- 第2の物質の物理的性質を2つ以上の場所で測定することを含む請求項14〜19の何れかに記載の方法。
- 第1の場所における第2の物質の物理的性質を、一箇所以上の第2の場所における第2の物質の物理的性質と比較することで漏出を検知する請求項20に記載の方法。
- 第1の物質の検出が、第2の物質の吸収線形における吸収特性または吸収変化を監視または測定することを含む請求項14〜21の何れかに記載の方法。
- 吸収特性または吸収変化が一つまたはそれ以上のIR波長で測定される請求項22に記載の方法。
- 量子カスケード(QC)レーザの出力の吸収を測定することを含む請求項22または23に記載の方法。
- レーザがパルス状の量子カスケードレーザである請求項24に記載の方法。
